Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Irene & Emmanouel. Die beiden Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit und haben zu jeder Zeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden. Die Kinder konnten direkt aus dem Appartment an den Strand und haben diesen tollen kinderfreundlichen Strand sehr genossen. Die Lage direkt am Wasser ist unglaublich schön und man fühlt sich in wenigen Sekunden wie im Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist genauso toll wie beschrieben und es gibt alles was es braucht. Ein voll ausgestattetes Kinderzimmer, Strandspielzeug vor der Tür und vieles mehr haben uns sehr gefallen. Vielen Lieben Dank für Alles

Lovely place to stay and well set up - we had a very comfortable couple of days Fabulous to be welcomed with fresh produce most of which was home grown in the fridge and a bottle of wine as well as oils and vinegar and tea and coffee Would definitely stay there again

Wir hatten das Vergnügen in dieser gemütlichen Unterkunft in einem charmanten, ruhigen Dorf auf Kreta unseren Urlaub zu verbringen. Die Lage in den Bergen bietet eine friedliche Atmosphäre, die für unsere Entspannung gut tat, abseits vom Tourismus. Die Unterkunft selbst war äußerst praktisch und gut ausgestattet. Die gemütliche Einrichtung sorgte dafür, dass wir uns wohl fühlten. Die Ruhe der Umgebung war einfach himmlisch – ideal, um dem Alltagsstress zu entfliehen. Um die Umgebung und die vielen schönen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erkunden, ist ein Auto wichtig. So kann man die authentische kretische Kultur und die atemberaubende Natur in vollen Zügen genießen. Insgesamt kann ich diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen! Ein perfekter Ort für alle, die Ruhe und Gemütlichkeit in einer naturnahen und bergigen Umgebung suchen. Wir bedanken uns sehr für die Gastfreundschaft und die tolle Kommunikation!

Un séjour vraiment très agréable dans la villa de stellios ! La vue est magnifique, la villa est très belle. Stellios a été très réactif lorsque nous avions une question. Nous reviendrons certainement !

Our family had a truly amazing holiday at Giorgos villa. so clean, well equipped, comfortable and fun. The pool was beautiful. We spent a lot of time in and around it. The beds were comfortable and clean. The two bathrooms and extra toilet were so convenient for our family, and the hot water and water pressure was great. Giorgos is the perfect host. nothing was too much trouble. the communication between us was spot on. The Villa made our first trip to Crete one to remember. we will definitely be booking again.

My wife and I recently spent a couple of nights at Archanes Village, and we were extremely satisfied with every aspect of our stay. The comfort of the accommodations was outstanding, with beautifully furnished rooms that combined traditional charm and modern amenities. The aesthetics of the property are stunning, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere. The delicious breakfast was a highlight, offering fresh local delights each morning that made our start to the day perfect. The convenience of free parking made our stay hassle-free, allowing us to easily explore the beautiful surroundings. Overall, our stay at Archanes Village exceeded our expectations. The owners of this place were amazing! They were so nice! The apartment is very clean and organized. The view is absolutely stunning from this place! Recommending everyone to stay here! Would stay here again if we ever visited!

We stayed at Villa Elena for a week. ( Family of five / three children age 8,11 and 14. The Villa was lovely - nicer than the photos. We loved the pool - great size, a bit bigger and deeper than expected. The view was was amazing, i miss it already. Beaches, restaurants and shops in walking distance. Everyone was so friendly. George was a brilliant host - very responsive and kind He spent time giving great recommendations which was very helpful. We loved our time in crete and would definitely recommend booking here.

Πολύ όμορφο σπίτι, καθαρό και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο στο γραφικό χωριό των κάτω Ασιτών. Η φιλοξενία ήταν επίσης άψογη . Ο οικοδεσπότης πολύ φιλικός και επικοινωνιακός.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und das Meer direkt vor der Terrasse. Während unseres Aufenthalts waren wir in der Einflugschneise des Flughafens, was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat. Unsere Hosts waren sehr hilfreich und haben meiner Oma auch ein Taxi zum Flughafen bestellt. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Im Großen und Ganzen sind wir mit unserem Aufenthalt zufrieden. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die äußerst professionelle und freundliche Art der Gastgeber - großes Lob an die Beiden! Wir haben die Wohnung in einem guten und vor allem sehr sauberen Zustand vorgefunden. Neuer Zustand, modern eingerichtet, klimatisiert, Fenster inkl. Fliegengitter, komfortable Betten und mit allen notwendigen Utensilien ausgestattet. Zudem verfügt die Wohnung über eine Aussendusche (separater Raum der von außen zu betreten ist) und einem kleinen Waschraum mit einer Waschmaschine. Außerdem durften wir uns über einige Gastgeschenke erfreuen (Wasser, Bier, Cocktails, Nüsse, etc). Zudem ist es möglich, die Pools in dem gegenüberliegenden Hotel kostenfrei zu nutzen. Der einzige negative Punkt ist die nicht optimale Lage der Wohnung. Da das Objekt recht hellhörig ist und die Terrasse zur Straße hin ausgerichtet ist, bekommt man recht viel vom Verkehr mit (vor allem die vielen Reisebusse waren zu hören).

Wat een geweldig appartement!! Zo schoon en netjes, alles aanwezig wat je maar nodig hebt. Zelfs boodschappen in koelkast! Tussendoor wordt er nogmaals schoongemaakt en beddengoed/handdoeken vervangen. De communicatie verloopt heel makkelijk en vriendelijk. Echt een aanrader!! Wel heb je echt een auto nodig omdat je niet op loopafstand zit van bv stad of strand.

The apartment was ideally located, very close to the beach and restaurants, but we were not disturbed by any noise whatsoever. Plenty of space for a couple and a small child. The outdoor terrace has a good view of the sea. Magdalena was the perfect host, arranging transport to and from the airport and quickly responded to any questions we had. We basically had a very good time and will hopefully return in the future.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, mit allem was man braucht. Direkt am Strand. Blick vom Balkon ist einfach traumhaft, wir haben es genossen jeden Morgen da zu frühstücken. Das Auto konnte man problemlos auf der Straße abstellen. Würden die Wohnung jede Zeit wieder buchen ohne wenn und aber.

We have stayed in many Airbnbs over the years and this was the best! The apartment was definitely luxurious and made us feel like we were in the fanciest hotel. The location was great, very near the center of town with a fabulous coffee shop just a block away. Best of all was the suggestion in the information packet of who to call if you want a private tour. It is hard to describe how wonderful Antonis was. He took us to various places on the island on two different days and stopped along the way at various places, explaining the history and significance of the site. He has a warm and engaging personality and is by far the best tour guide that we ever had. I highly recommend him to everyone. Thank you to the host for recommending him!

We stayed here for 8 days with our son and his wife and our granddaughter. It was absolutely perfect for us, we spent several days in Heraklion and then toured the neighbouring regions of the island in our rented car. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with a large and well-stocked kitchen which allowed us to cook some meals together. We were especially grateful for Eirini's offers of assistance and suggestions for activities such as the Oxi day celebrations on October 28. We would have missed it if she hadn't alerted us to the parade. All in all a perfect holiday, would gladly stay there again.

Lovely clean villa and we all enjoyed the great pool area. Stelios was a great host and greeted us on arrival with a friendly and helpful attitude, he was always very easily contactable throughout our stay. The villa is set in a quiet area and hiring a car to get around is recommended. It is a 15-20 minute walk to the restaurants of the Old Town, which is a lovely family friendly place to go. We had a relaxing stay and would not hesitate to recommend!

Perfect stay! Host: John was amazing gave us lots of recommendations and made check in and out easy Location: The location is great just 15/20 min drive from Heraklion airport and town. There is a local beach and restaurants that are walkable from the villa which are lovely but if you want to get the most of out of your stay I highly recommend getting a car. The Villa: Honestly the villa was even nicer than the pictures you will not be disappointed! Beds super comfortable aircon amazing! You will feel so well rested. Sitting on the balcony outside the bedroom drinking a coffee in the morning with sea view was absolutely bliss!! The villa had everything you could possibly need. Travel tip: This might be different at different times of year (we stayed in Sept) but outside there are a lot of mosquitoes, John does provide bug repellent but if you are particularly prone definitely bring an extra .

We held a strategy offsite with a total of 11 colleague at Villa GG. The locations offers lots of opportunities to sit all together or use different terraces or the large garden to retreat to work alone or in smaller groups. Our host was super responsive, very friendly and helpful for the entirety of our stay. Recommendations for restaurants, transfer arrangements and early check-in/late check-out were provided. We had an amazing time and Villa GG and thank our host for his contribution.

A fantastic villa with a wonderful host. Emmanouil was great from booking, with a few questions we had before we arrived, to check in, during our stay and also for checking out. So pleasant and helpful. The Villa was really clean and modern, well furnished and had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this villa!

Wir kamen spät am Abend in der Unterkunft an und Manolis hat uns sehr gut empfangen. Er hat uns frische Pizza mitgebracht und waren sehr froh darüber, da nichts mehr offen hatte um diese Zeit. Die Einrichtung entsprach den Bildern, aber die Betten hätten bequemer sein können. Ich hätte mir etwas mehr privatsphäre gewünscht, da die Balkone der Hotelgäste direkt auf unser Aussenbereich (Pool) gerichtet war und das auf den Bildern nicht gut ersichtlich ist. Die Lage ist gut, man ist schnell überall, aber ich empfehle ein Auto zu mieten. Ansonsten war alles top und ich würde die Villa Anna Maria wieder buchen.

Очень уютное и просторное жилье , находится в очень тихом месте , но при этом все в доступности , хотели бы вернуться, хозяин очень отзывчивый ,быстро отвечает и всегда готов помочь , отдельное спасибо за гостинцы при заселение

Great villa perched up on a hillside, with stunning sea view. You definitely need a hire car as nothing much within walking distance but this was clear when we booked. Three lovely bedrooms, 2 en-suite. The outdoor kitchen is a really good feature. Friendly host who was flexible with check in and out times. Thank you for a lovely stay!
