Héraklion : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

Schitterende accommodatie, fijne locatie t.o.v. luchthaven en badplaats. Via een shortcut kan je de badplaats in 10 min aanlopen. Communicatie met host / smartplan zeer soepel, reageren heel erg snel.

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Nikos klappte sehr gut. Innenstadt ist schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen, der Flughafen mit den örtlichen Buslinien ebenso.

Its a great loft styled house that has an amazing patio/ rooftop! The place is also very conveniently located close to the highway and has lots of restaurants, shops, and pharmacies nearby! As its close to the airport, we did hear a lot of loud airplane taking off but it DID NOT bother us and it was very cool to see plane taking off in the hot tub! The hot tub was such a great addition to the space and the host provided bathrobes for our stay which was also a nice touch! It is placed in an area that is very private on the rooftop so you can totally enjoy with privacy. The host is great communicators and respond very promptly! The check out experience was very easy and they made it extra hassle free!

Having stayed in the area before, a quiet location was the most important aspect for me along with easy access to the beaches and a short walk into Hersonnisos. I couldn't have wished for a better location. The apartment was quiet with little traffic noise, compact and clean. The nearest beach was just a few minutes walk away with cafes and restaurants next to the beach. Hersonnisos itself was about 15 mins easy walk. The garden was a perfect spot for some sunbathing on those lazy days when you didn't want to leave comforts of home. It was an ideal suntrap. I didn't need anything from George on my 10 days, staying at Blue Coast Gardens -Juniper. but he was within easy reach with a whole host of helpful numbers and contacts made available, should have needed to contact him. It was great having a large comfortable double bed with good quality bedding and Aircon if it got too hot at night. All the equipment provided was in great working order, the apartment spotlessly clean. Loved it!!

I asked my mother recently what her favorite part of our entire Greece trip was and she answered, “The Landscape View House near Knossos Palace.” We had a little trouble navigating our rental car and our host offered to drive to the airport and guide us in. They also had a homemade pasta waiting for us on arrival. The home was serene and surrounded by beautiful gardens. Hand painted murals and artwork adorned the walls. It was truly enchanting, from atmosphere to hospitality.

The number one thing I look for in an Airbnb is a great view. Xanthi’s view couldn’t get much better. I’d go out looking to have coffee with a good view and realized the best view was back on the balcony. Surely saved me 5 euros a day that way. The second quality I look for is a great location. Near the sea, on the main road to the famous fountain and market street. Restaurants, shopping, groceries, everything you need close by. This too couldn’t get much better. Then on top of that, the cleanliness, attention to detail, thoughtful little extras (too many to list) and everything you could need to start your stay there. I was visiting for a month, in the winter, all by myself and Xanthi was the best host. I felt like I had a good friend close by when I needed anything. She went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. One again, couldn’t get much better. Stop looking and just book this one. Trust me, you won’t regret it.

Un séjour vraiment très agréable dans la villa de stellios ! La vue est magnifique, la villa est très belle. Stellios a été très réactif lorsque nous avions une question. Nous reviendrons certainement !

Magdalena und Vasilis sind sehr hilfsbereit und haben uns in jedem Anliegen bestens unterstützt. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, sauber und wie auf den Bildern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Had an amazing stay at this beautiful apartment. Our host was very nice, responsive and was happy to help with any of our questions. The apartment itself was lovely and clean and seconds away from the beach. The private outdoor hot tub and bbq area was very nice to have. I would definitely recommend this place to future holiday goers.

Exceptionally clean and modern flat in the Old Town of Heraklion. Parking was a dedicated space in the basement and easy to use. The instructions were excellent, we arrived at about midnight and had no problem checking in, the tsikoudia and sesame sticks were very welcome! The wraparound balcony was a bonus, we really did have part views over the harbour although the airport at the other end of town is apparent, with the efficient air conditioning and windows closed, there was no noise at night. We asked for local restaurant recommendations, which we booked and enjoyed, as well as those just around the corner in the little square. Everything in the old town was walkable and it was easy to drive out to explore more of the beautiful island and extraordinary history.

The apartment is very nice and bright, and has everything you need, felt right at home :) Spacious terrace with patio furniture is perfect for morning coffee. Irini was really helpful and considerate host, very responsive as well. Definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It is a lovely, spacious studio apartment with good amenities whilst being very private and has lovely views from the terrace of both countryside and sea. A car is highly recommended, though the local beach, marina and tavernas are within a 25 minute walk. With easy parking, it is a good base to explore the island, whether you are looking for the vibrant shopping and historical culture of Heraklion, or the peace and tranquility of local mountain and coastal villages. Nous avons passé 7 jours, dans ce cosi petit appartement. Il correspondait tout à fait à la description, et à nos attentes. La mer est accessible quasi directement ce qui n'ai pas négligeable et très appréciable. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut à proximité, petit magasin, boutiques souvenirs, restaurant, bar de plage ... Fanis est très sympathique et réactif, elle a su nous aiguiller notamment pour les activités au alentours, elle est de bon conseils. Il y avait pas mal de moustiques, mais c'est le risque en étant si près de la mer, des produits répulsif était cependant à disposition. Nous recommandons cet hébergement sans soucis. Merci

Wir haben auf unserer Kreta Reise kurzfristig eine Unterkunft benötigt und haben dabei die Wohnung von Thanos gefunden. Thanos war sofort super erreichbar und der Check-in 2 Stunden später hat auch einfach super funktioniert. Was wir nicht wussten, ist dass die Unterkunft nah an einer Partymeile liegt, sie ist aber trotzdem weit genug entfernt, dass man vom Lärm und den Partygängern nichts mitbekommt. Vor der Tür hat man direkt mehrere Restaurants und eine Bar direkt neben an, bei der man den Pool mitbenutzen darf. Von ihr hört man etwas Musik, sie schließt allerdings um 12 und dann ist Ruhe. Was gute Empfehlungen und schnelle Reaktion angeht ist Thanos besser als Google! Wir haben auf alle unsere Fragen direkt antworten, links oder Beschreibungen bekommen. Alles in einem war unser Aufenthalt entspannend und wir haben uns durch die unglaublich freundliche Art von Thanos und seiner Familie wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt!

Nous recommandons réellement le logement d’Izabela pour énormément de points. Nous sommes arrivés Izabela nous a accueillit avec le sourire la bienveillance. Pendant le séjour elle a su se rendre discrète afin de nous laisser l’intimité mais tout autant très présente lorsque nous en avions besoins. Je comprends mieux tous les commentaires à l’égard d’izabela elle est la meilleure hôte tout pays confondus que nous ayons eu. Un vrai plus pour le logement qui est vraiment très propre, les serviettes, linges… sentent très bon ! L’appartement est situé pas loin des avenues principal (5min à pied) mais est situé dans un lieu isolé et calme ce qui fait beaucoup de bien. Puisqu’il n’y avait pas de voyageur nous avons pu rester un peu plus tard dans la journée. Merci encore Izabela !

The apartment was great, we had everything we needed (and more). The apartment was easy to find and check in was easy with clear instructions. My wife and daughter stayed a night longer than me and the neighbour (I think the hosts mum?) was kindly checking in on them to make sure they had everything then needed and even brought around some lovely homemade treats! Would absolutely stay here again in future!

Maria is a wonderful host. I enjoyed her place, the area and the culture of Crete. I will definitely be coming back.

Very much enjoyed our stay at Tasos’s apartment! It was clean and comfortable and he was very flexible with check-in/check-out as we had flight delays and arrived later then we expected, along with having to check-out at 3:30 in the morning to catch our flight. He was great at communicating, responding promptly, and also gave us a bunch of recommendations on things to do locally. Would definitely stay here again, and totally recommend to others!

Le logement est vraiment tres bien situé, très accesible a pied et on peut facilement se garer dans les rues aux alentours. Le logement était très propre et correspondait parfait à la description. Le vrai plus est la machine à laver ! George est un hôte exceptionnel, très à l’écoute et disponible !

We had Dimitris as our host and let me say, everything was perfect. We were delayed getting in by a day and he was always very responsive when we communicated our later check-in needs. When we finally arrived a day later he was quick to get us in our place but not before grabbing us a couple beers and a bottle of wine to start our 10 year anniversary trip. He also gave us excellent recommendations of local restaurants to start the trip off right. The place is exactly as described and then some. It is in the heart of the night life and all the beaches, but the location still quiet and peaceful. When enjoying the rooftop patio and hot tub, you would swear you were off in a secluded location. When inside the suite with the doors closed, you couldn’t even hear peep from anyone walking around on the beach front strip. Dimitris was always quick with answers to our questions and recommendations throughout our stay. Without a doubt we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The location and room we're amazing. We really liked the amenities available and the location is in the heart of Heraklion. It's very walkable to major attractions and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Giannis kept in contact with us and helped us when needed. The only thing is that if you're not familiar driving in Greece or on narrow streets, it can be difficult to access the parking spot with a larger vehicle. Take it slow down the ramp and you should be ok.

The pictures don’t lie! A-MA-ZING view on the balcony! Kostis even sent us plenty of recommandation ahead of time to help us planning our trip. The appartment is on the 4th floor, but there is an elevator. The bed is really confortable and the appartment itself made it feel like home with all the plants and the lights.
