Een klein paradijsje met een privéstrand, temidden alle drukte op de andere plekken. We hebben genoten! Je vergeet dat de badkamer en de keuken niet 100% zijn is als je het uitzicht ziet. Een zalige plek om te verblijven!

Dragana und ihre Familie sind sehr liebevoll. Die Kommunikation war reaktionsschnell und wir konnten sogar sehr spät am Abend einchecken. Das Apartment liegt im obersten (2.) Stock in einem Familien-Haus. Es ist geräumig und wir fühlten uns gleich wie zu Hause. Von der ruhigen Gegend und dem wunderbaren Ausblick in alle Richtungen waren wir verzaubert. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!

The apartment has everything you might or might not need! AC and a washingmachine is particulary usefull and pleasant. The view was incredible and the apartment easy to find. Dino responds in 5seconds, and is very proactiv. i will definitely go back!

Manzarası harika tüm körfezi panoramik olarak izleme imkanı sunuyor. Muhit olarak sessiz sakin ve huzur vericiydi. Aracı olmayanlar için yorucu olabilir çünkü bulunan mevki dik rampaların olduğu bir bölgede yer alıyor. Bizim aracımız olduğu için sorun yaşamadık. Plaja da oldukça yakın ve ailelerin bulunduğu bir yerdi. Ev sahibinin iletişimi çok iyiydi, bizi güzel yüzlü karşıladı. Ev fotoğraflarda gözüktüğü gibiydi, klima yeterliydi. 1,5 yaşında bebeğimiz için park yatak hazırlamışlardı çok memnun olduk. Turist vergimizin ödemesi için de ev sahibi çok yardımcı oldu. 3 gün keyifliydi teşekkür ederiz.

Много приятно място. Подходящо за семейства с деца, съвсем близо е до плажа и заведенията за хранене. Има всичко необходимо в апартамента за семейна почивка. Най-хубава разбира се е голямата тераса, на която докато закусваш или вечеряш се наслаждаваш на прекрасна гледка. Препоръчвам мястото и бих се върнала пак!

We have spent over 10 days in Andrijana’s house and absolutely enjoyed it! It has fantastic views, amazing pool and private access to beach/ bay with a shower to rinse off salty water. Outdoor area has barbecue spot with big table and chair for sun bathing. House itself has everything that you would need for comfortable stay, every room has air conditioner so even in hot nights we were getting perfect sleep. Surroundings are great with several restaurants with local food, bars and shops. Great location! Andrijana was very communicative, friendly and helpful. Self check-in was flawless. Overall amazing experience and we really enjoyed our stay in Andrijana house. Absolutely would come back for more!

Апартаменты и сам комплекс превзошли ожидания. Было всё, что нужно , красивая терраса, шикарный вид. Понравился панорамный бассейн с изумительным видом на залив. Поблизости есть магазин и хорошие рестораны, до моря близко, но обратный подъем достаточно крутой. Все понравилось. Если важно, учтите, что WiFi слабый, нам требовался для работы. Это единственный минус

I stayed there for 4 days and Marija made sure I was comfortable. The Airnbnb itself was exactly what I expected and the view of the pool was amazing, as was the easy access. Marija herself was a fantastic host who always supported me when I needed anything. She provided me with info about the city and activities, and any time I had a question I simply messaged her on What's App and she replied almost, if not immediately All in all, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay there again.

Un séjour parfait dans un cadre très sympathique ! Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans cette magnifique maison. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par notre hôte, qui s’est montré très disponible et attentionné tout au long de notre séjour. La maison est conforme aux photos, propre et très fonctionnelle (four, barbecue, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle). Le quartier est calme et reposant, parfait pour des vacances en toute tranquillité. La proximité des commerces (en voiture) et d’Herceg Novi est un plus. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine et la terrasse, idéales pour se détendre après une journée de découverte. Je recommande vivement cette location à tous ceux qui cherchent un lieu paisible et accueillant pour leurs vacances. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter lors d’un éventuel retour au Monténégro !

Lidija and Milo were wonderful hosts that were always happy to help us with anything we needed. We were amazed by their hospitality. The accommodation is exactly as shown in the pictures and even more beautiful considering the view from the terrace. Milo even offered to prepare our fish on his barbecue so we had a lovely evening with the hosts on our last day. The house is located in a very calm and quiet neighbourhood but in walking distance to everything that needs to be seen jn Herceg Novi. Prepare to walk up steep hills if you are without a car like us.

Fabulous spot in Montenegro with gorgeous views of the sea and the mountains! Pool was the highlight. The town below is very small so you need a car (should be obvious to anyone visiting the area but just to be clear!) good to have a local shop just below the apartment though. A few small things with the area - lots of wasps, the pool was cleaned mid afternoon one day which wasn’t ideal, the cafe wasn’t open at all when we were there and you have to take your rubbish out up a huge hill which isn’t ideal. All small things but worth flagging! Great stay otherwise and would highly recommend.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Lepetani! Die Wohnung liegt traumhaft schön am Meer, man muss nur über die Straße laufen, dann ist man dort. Außerdem ist ein Strandbad nur ca 2 min zu Fuß entfernt. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht und war sehr sauber, als wir ankamen. Wenn wir Fragen hatten, konnten wir Davor jederzeit kontaktieren und bekamen direkt eine Antwort. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Great place, beach access was amazing. Shared with other guests but we did not mind or feel it mostly. Any issue we had was resolved right away and without delay. I forgot a Macbook charger and she informed me right away, helpful and responsive.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this Airbnb and its incredible host. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and right at home. The host is one of the kindest, most thoughtful, and helpful people I have ever met—truly going above and beyond to ensure that every detail of my stay was perfect. The apartment itself is spacious, airy, and spotlessly clean, equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights for me was the breathtaking view from the balcony. No photos can truly capture how stunning it is. Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee on the swing or watching the rain roll in, the view is absolutely mesmerizing. The host was always available and responded within minutes whenever I needed assistance. This place exceeded all my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect, peaceful retreat. You won’t find a more welcoming space or a more considerate host.

È una casa particolarissima,tutte le zone sono pensate per renderla più comoda e rilassante possibile,le zone esterne sono piacevoli per pranzare e godersi la vista mare,ci è piaciuta tantissimo...bravo Drasko!

Très beau logement avec une vue magnifique! Emplacement de choix. Beaucoup de restaurants et plages à proximité. Nous avons adoré notre Séjour chez Nevena.

Een appartement met alles erop en eraan, goed ingericht, alles was aanwezig. Nevena was erg vriendelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam. Het grote terras ligt wel niet aan het appartement zelf, dat ligt 2 verdiepingen lager. Locatie is top om de Kotor baai te verkennen, gelukkig een stuk rustiger dan op andere plaatsen rond de baai. enige nadeel is wel de erg drukke baan voor het gebouw, je moet die oversteken om aan het strandje/ water te geraken . Groot voordeel is dan wel de garage voor de wagen met oplader voor een elektrische wagen. Nevena doet er alles aan om haar huurders een top verblijf te geven!

Очень большой, просторный дом, где мы с семьей из семи человек очень легко разместились. Отличный сад. Андрей также позволил нам сделать там мясо на гриле. Близкий выход на пляж, можно вечером прогуляться в сторону Порто Нови. Остались исключительно приятные впечатления, большое спасибо Андрею!
