We have spent over 10 days in Andrijana’s house and absolutely enjoyed it! It has fantastic views, amazing pool and private access to beach/ bay with a shower to rinse off salty water. Outdoor area has barbecue spot with big table and chair for sun bathing. House itself has everything that you would need for comfortable stay, every room has air conditioner so even in hot nights we were getting perfect sleep. Surroundings are great with several restaurants with local food, bars and shops. Great location! Andrijana was very communicative, friendly and helpful. Self check-in was flawless. Overall amazing experience and we really enjoyed our stay in Andrijana house. Absolutely would come back for more!

Liebe Marica und lieber Marko, vielen lieben Dank euch noch mal für Ihre Gastfreundschaft und die Möglichkeit, in eurem Haus zu bleiben! Die Lage der Unterkunft ist paradiesisch, dieser Aussicht von dem ganzen Grundstück auf die grünen Berge und Meer ist umwerfend! Wir haben es sehr genossen, draußen auf der Terrasse an dem großen Tisch zu essen (der Tisch ist neu und noch nicht auf den Fotos) und im beheizten Pool zu baden. Das war perfekt. Die Unterkunft besteht aus zwei Häuser. In einem ist ein Schlafzimmer mit Galerie. In anderem gibt es zwei Einheiten jeweils mit separatem Eingang (ein Schlafzimmer in 1. Etage, zwei Schlafzimmer zusammen in 2. Etage). Alle Einheiten haben eigenes Bad. In der Unterkunft ist alles, was man braucht, vorhanden und sogar noch mehr, weil die Besitzer auch selbst da wohnen. Die Zufahrt ist nicht einfach, aber auf jeden Fall machbar, man soll gut Auto fahren können. Marko gibt viele nützliche Tipps und ist sehr hilfsbereit und humorvoll. Viele Grüße

Branka was incredibly engaging and supportive throughout the booking and stay. Having walked much of Bijela, we couldn’t find another with the view and the pool that we had access to. Seems like one of a kind for the area. We had one small issue with a water leak - and within 30 minutes it had been rectified. This should give all readers and potential holiday makers a huge sense of confidence in Branka and the property. We could not recommend Branka and the property highly enough and are hoping to return. The welcome pack of fruit, a bottle of wine and some soft drinks was appreciated. Really enjoyed the BBQ facilities as well.

Un séjour parfait dans un cadre très sympathique ! Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans cette magnifique maison. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par notre hôte, qui s’est montré très disponible et attentionné tout au long de notre séjour. La maison est conforme aux photos, propre et très fonctionnelle (four, barbecue, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle). Le quartier est calme et reposant, parfait pour des vacances en toute tranquillité. La proximité des commerces (en voiture) et d’Herceg Novi est un plus. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine et la terrasse, idéales pour se détendre après une journée de découverte. Je recommande vivement cette location à tous ceux qui cherchent un lieu paisible et accueillant pour leurs vacances. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter lors d’un éventuel retour au Monténégro !

My stay at Milan’s beautiful cliff home was absolutely unforgettable. The views were breathtaking, offering a serene and picturesque backdrop for a relaxing getaway. What made the experience even better was Milan’s responsiveness—every question or request was met with a quick and instant reply, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. If you’re looking for a place with stunning scenery and a thoughtful host, this is the spot. Highly recommended!

Amazing hosts who were happy to help at any point and made our stay so easy and enjoyable. The house and grounds are even better in real life. Loved the dog and the tortoises! Fantastic place, could not recommend more.

Villa Pcela is outstanding in every way. The villa itself is perfect for large groups, with each double bedroom having its own en-suite, and the upper terrace and dining area with plenty of space to eat and cook together. We will miss watching the sun rise every morning over the mountains to the sound of the local cockerel crowing. The villa is well located to visit Tivat and Kotor, and hiring a car was really helpful to visit Lake Skadar for birdwatching and Budva ( Sally recommended Pavel for car hire and we can confirm he was really helpful and reasonably priced). The cable cars and speed boat trip to the blue caves were amazing.

We had a fantastic time together as a family staying at Dorde’s apartments. The views are amazing and the setup around the pool is absolutely perfect. The only thing to note is the kitchen setup is a little basic, if you were travelling with a large group. Dorde was super communicative and helpful and we would definitely visit again! Calm, beautiful surroundings and relaxing - perfect getaway for those looking to spend some time in Boka Bay. We spent a week here in the summer without a car, using the ferry, bus and the occasional taxi. There was a grocery store, bakery and simple coffee shop all within walking distance and also two swimming beaches, plus the beaches that are easily reachable from the Lepetani side. Dorothea and her family were very welcoming, helpful and were great hosts. I would recommend this stay to anyone who’s looking for a chance to enjoy the wonderful scenery in Montenegro without having to rent a car.

Das kleine Haus mit 2 Etagen steht direkt am Meer. Nur ein paar Treppen und man kann baden. Es war alles so wie beschrieben. In den Schlafräumen gibt es keine Klimaanlage, aber Ventilatoren. Entsprechend ist es etwas warm und man hat Nebengeräusche. Ich habe trotzdem gut schlafen können. Küche hatte alles nötig ist. 2 Kühlschränke sogar plus Gefrierschrank. 2 Bäder und Toiletten waren praktisch. Toll ist auch der Platz in der Tiefgarage fürs Auto. Nicht ganz so einfach raus und rein zu kommen, aber zum Schluss hatten wir es raus. Ansonsten ist aber parken in Njivice sehr schwierig. Die Trauben waren reif und sehr lecker. Der Blick von der Terrasse aufs Meer und den Fjord, ein Traum. Ein toller Ort zum erholen.

Excellent house with spectacular views. On private deck on the sea and with in walking distance (5 min) to local restaurants and beach. The beach (also 5 min walk) is perfect for kids. Our 2 year old daughter loved it. The beach has a cool beach bar for drinks. The local shop has the basics you need but for bigger shops you need a car. House is nice and the views from the deck and the BBQ place are priceless. The village is small and nice without the tourist crowds. Highly recommended!

Fantastic apartment, and I am happier with my experience. The apartment is exactly as described — spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The fully-fitted. The living room is cozy and perfect for relaxing after a long day. The host was very welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with any questions or concerns. Their hospitality made me feel at home right away. I highly recommend this apartment and its friendly host to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live.

Hemos estado muy a gusto en el apartamento. El salón y las habitaciones son amplias, las camas son cómodas, la cocina es completa y tiene todo lo necesario, incluso una mesa para comer. El baño tiene ducha y una lavadora que es muy útil. Está todo muy limpio y agradable. En la zona exterior hay un pequeño porche con mesa y sillas. La zona es tranquila y tiene muy buenas vistas, aproximadamente a 2kms de la playa. Nosotros hemos estado visitando toda la bahía de Kotor desde allí, pero nunca hemos ido andando a la playa, pero vimos que había gente que iba andando a la playa. Tanto Jasna como su padre han sido muy amables y han puesto todo de su parte para que nos sintieramos a gusto. La gente de la zona era agradable. Recomendaría el apartamento, relación calidad precio perfecta.

My family and I enjoyed a great stay at Dragana's villa. It is in a very peaceful location with great views over the surrounding mountains and sea. As a result it is very quiet and private but also means a car is a must to get to shops, restaurants, etc. There is a shop van which comes daily and sells bread, water, vegetables and other basics (including beer) which is very handy but means getting up around 7.45am! The accommodation is comfortable and very spacious for 4 people and the kitchen is well equipped. The outside area including the pool is lovely and there are lots of sunbeds, chairs, tables and a small BBQ. We loved the pool and spent a LOT of time lounging around it. Dragana was a great host and was extremely helpful and responsive to all our questions before we got there, helped us find somewhere to celebrate our daughter's birthday and was. very understanding when our flight was delayed and we ended up arriving a day late. A great stay we would recommend.

We had a great time in this accommodation. The house is really old, with old design and furniture. But there are all the things and electronics for a comfortable life, everything works well, the beds are comfortable. There is a delightful well-kept garden with a breathtaking view. And a nice veranda with a large window for rainy days. The only downside for our children was the smell of old furniture. But it was not strong. For me and my husband, it was a great opportunity to immerse ourselves in the memories of our grandparents' country house and our light-hearted childhood holidays there. To be honest, our grandparents lived more than 2000 km from here, but the lifestyle is really similar. Thanks to the owners!

Tout est irréprochable en partant de l'annonce jusqu'au constat à notre arrivée sur place. Nous conseillons cette location pour ceux qui aiment le calme, l'air pur.... le tout avec une belle vue

Spędziliśmy cudowne wakacje. Miejsce jest bardzo urokliwe, widok z balkonu zapiera dech w piersiach. Domek jest położony na uboczu co umożliwia odpoczynek w ciszy i spokoju. Gospodarze są mili i bardzo pomocni. Kuchnia jest bardzo dobrze wyposażona. Dwie łazienki zapewniają duży komfort. Plaża w Morinj jest najczystsza i najlepsza, zwiedziliśmy wiele miejscowości w okolicy. Jesteśmy pod dużym wrażeniem Czarnogóry, będziemy polecać i tęsknić Dziękujemy za wszystko :)))

Это было потрясающее время проведенное в доме Бориса. Дому 150 лет, состоит из двух этажей. На первом этаже уютная кухня, на втором этаже жилая комната. Все было чисто и уютно. Мебель не новая, но создавала колорит. Есть маленький сад с цветами который мы поливали и брызгались со шланга водой. В жару это было очень кстати). Место очень тихое, но рядом есть все что нужно, хорошие магазины, банкомат и выход дороги к пляжам. Хозяева очень заботливые и быстро реагировали на запросы. Однозначно рекомендую!

We had a wonderful, relaxing week in Jana’s house. The spacious stone house is beautiful and is equipped with everything you might need during your stay. The secluded beach is only a couple of minutes’ walk and we have spent many hours swimming, sunbathing and relaxing by the sea. Jana and Risto are wonderful and kind hosts and very quick to respond to any question we had. Thank you very much for having us, we hope we will come again soon!

У нас был замечательный отдых в доме Энн. Он очень удачно расположен в небольшой деревне - всего 10 минут на машине от паромной переправы, и вы окажитесь в этом уединенном и живописном месте. В доме есть все для комфортного длительного проживания. Отдельно хочется отметить потрясающий сад - очень уютно сидеть с бокалом вина под виноградными лозами. От дома начинаются пешие маршруты с видом на Которскую бухту. В тоже время, чтобы оказаться в ресторане или на пляже вам достаточно всего 10 минут на машине. Отличное место для отдыха!
