Herceg Novi Municipality : locations de vacances en résidence de tourisme

Conforme à la description: c’est un studio pour 2 très lumineux. Points positifs: -au calme -facile de se garer et gratuit -bien équipé pour la cuisine et grandes serviettes pour la piscine + serviettes supplémentaires pour la douche -ménage fait en milieu de séjour -propre -grande terrasse mais à partager -piscine et transat agréables -bonne literie -pas mal de rangements Points négatifs: -promiscuité avec les voyageurs de l’appartement d’à côté -pièce à vivre petite -Lustica est loin de tout, il faut 30 minutes pour rejoindre le premier grand supermarché, 40 minutes pour Tivat et 45 minutes pour Kotor (si pas trop de bouchons dans le tunnel) donc voiture impérative -pas de machine à laver dans l’appartement, Tatyana nous a demandé d’aller faire la machine chez les voisin mais nous n’avons pas voulu, alors elle s’est gentiment occupé de notre linge En résumé: chouette studio, au calme, pour 2 personnes ayant une voiture. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Nous y étions à 2 adultes + 1 bébé et c’était un peu petit mais faisable.

We had a very pleasant 15 days in the apartment, in beautiful surroundings. Even if it was out on the countryside everything was within 30min driving distance. The apartment was clean and well furnished, and it was great to have access to the pool. The host was warm and welcome, and was easy to communicate with

Tanya is great host and she will do everything to make you feel like at hone. Place was clean and everything was as on pictures. Only minor disadvantage is that place is not close to the beach but Lustica is packed with wild beaches so it is recomended to go by car.

Everything was on time. Very friendly host. Regarding location: It's very close to the airport, so took about 15 min to the destination. Very comfortable apartments. On the territory you could find golf-cars, which could help you to reach clean beach with free lounger. Regarding registration: Host helped with all questions in very short time.

This place was amazing. Very quiet and fantastic to stay away from the crowded places like Kotor or Budva . The apartment was super clean and had all kitchen equipment-including coffee machine ☕️ and delicious coffee. Swim pool was very nice organised and so peaceful place to relax after exploring the country best spots 🌄🏰🗻🌳. I would definitely recommend going there ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you .

Bojana ist überaus freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit und schnell zu erreichen. Das Appartement ist einfach, aber sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet Aussicht direkt aufs Meer ist wunderbar Gerne wieder

This is a great place! Alexander and his wife are very helpful people. We went to a country we knew nothing about and thanks to these people, we had no problems. These apartments are a little far from the center (20km) , but if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful holiday, this is the right address! We stayed in apartment C and loved it there! Shared pool, double air conditioning, plenty of towels... everything you may need is available! thanks a lot

Gerçekten tek kelime ile harikaydı. Bizi kapıda karşıladı. Güler yüzlüydü. Her konuda yardımcı oldu. Umarım tekrar gelebilirim. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum rahatlıkla gidebilirsiniz.

Апартаменты соответствуют описанию, очень уютная, небольшая квартира в тихом и спокойном районе. Анастасия очень приветливый и отзывчивый хозяин! Всё понравилось. Обязательно остановимся ещё при следующем визите в Черногорию! Рекомендую!

Spędziliśmy przyjemny czas w Budvie, apartament był idealny, gospodarz bardzo sympatyczny. Mieszkanie czyste oraz zadbane z zapewnionym miejscem parkingowym na którym nam zależało. Było to idealne zakwaterowanie. Z chęcią wrócimy w przyszłości :)

Perfect location. Short walk to the old town and beaches. Private and clean space. The house contained all the essentials and when I needed anything Milos was super responsive and helpful.

Eine traumhafte Aussicht von der Terrasse und geräumige Wohnung. Man kann wunderbar am Ufer entlang flanieren und gute Restaurants sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt, um die Gegend um Kotor kennenzulernen. Gerne wieder!

also mein Aufenthalt bei Dubi war super! Ich wurde von seiner reizenden Mama und Tante in Empfang genommen, sie haben mir alles gezeigt. Die Wohnung ist klasse gelegen, im Umkreis hat man Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, mehrere Bäckereien und Restaurants! Zur Altstadt und Mogren Beach waren es 20 min zu Fuß. Ich habe die Strecke zum kurzen Joggen verwendet. Ein Parkplatz war mir sehr wichtig, ich war mit Auto unterwegs und auch das war perfekt, es gibt direkt ein Parkplatz vorm Haus und wenn man da kein Platz fand konnte man noch in den stillgelegten Kanal zum Parken runterfahren, noch nie so wenig Stress mit Parken gehabt :) Der Besuch lohnt sich! Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, alles da! Vielen Dank!

el mejor alejamiento de Kotor, frente a la playa, 2 cuadras del casco antiguo y con cochera!! Pavle y Mila aunque no hablan mucho inglés sin embargo se nota que quieren ayudarte en todo, nos sentimos en casa. La terraza del edificio tiene una vista panorámica que parece sacada de una fantasía. cierto que no hay lavabo en el baño y hay que lavarse las manos en la cocina, pero eso es solo un detalle pequeño considerando todo lo anterior
