This place in Rose is amazing. I don’t think there’s a better place to stay in all of Montenegro. The house is situated on the waterfront in a cute little village with great connections by boat to Herceg Novi as well. In less than 15 seconds you can go from under your beach umbrella into the crystal clear water. Everything was very proper and well kept in the house and we received a warm welcome on checking in, and check out was also a breeze. If this place is free for your dates make sure to snag it before someone else does! All the locals were surprised we had discovered Rose, it seems to be a well kept little secret. Best vacation we’ve had in a long time.

Stojan was a wonderful host and we greatly enjoyed our stay. The views from the villa are truly spectacular and the villa itself is really nice. The location is so relaxing with the sea right under the window! There is an amazing outdoor area to enjoy the views from which you can hear the waves! Please note that the 2 floors of the villa are separate apartments with no stairs inside to get from one floor to the other, you have to go outside to get to the other floor. Stojan was extremely flexible with check in and check out which was so helpful. Stojans villa is amazing! Thank you!

Apartman se nalazi na odličnoj lokaciji. Ima izlaz na terasu sa prelijepim pogledom. Iako čistoća može biti malo bolja, vlasnica je bila jako ljubazna i pristupačna na sve upite. Uživali smo u boravku!

If you like to cook yourself, this is the perfect place to do so. We had the whole place for ourselves which was great. There isn’t a whole lot to do in the town, but the bay of kotor, kotor itself and the drive are all amazing. The hosts are super friendly and considerate and have great tips if you need some. Parking is free if you do so on the street below. The sun goes down quite early behind the mountain, but a little hike to the top gives you a nice sunset on the other side. All in all, we’ve had a great stay!!

We highly recommend the house of Nedjeljko in the mountains. Everything was perfect. Nice place to relax and go to the beach in 20 min.

This is the most beautiful place we have ever stayed! We loved having dinner in the house each evening because the views and the huge windows in the main space were stunning. The location was peaceful and private, but still in a spot that was easy to get to other towns from (with a car). Thanks Sally!

Я никогда не была в более красивом и уединенном месте. Прекрасная вилла и конечно же невероятный Которский залив с частным пляжем! Давно хотела сюда попасть и ни капли не разочаровалась, даже с тем условием, что нам не повезло с погодой. Особенно восхитила гостиная с невероятным видом на залив, кухня, оснащенная всем необходимым и даже больше, два бассейна и частный оборудованный пляж. Всем рекомендую это неземное место, отдельное спасибо хозяйке Ирине и менеджеру Ольге за отзывчивость и гостеприимство. Обязательно вернусь сюда большой компанией на более длительное время;)

Villa Perfetto is a great place to relax away from the more populated areas of Kotor, Tivat, Budva, etc... the swimming is fantastic. All the amenities are there and functional. Large patio umbrellas are great for a day by the water. Underwater lights for night swimming also great. Beds are comfy. Two large bays for cars was a huge plus. Though the area isn't as developed as the big tourist spots, it's a short drive to all of them. I would definitely come back.

et helt fantastisk hus og beliggenhed. Det levede op til forventningerne. Vi var en familie på 9 personer og der var masser af plads, et perfekt hus til en stor familie. huset har den smukkeste udsigt jeg ikke turde drømme om. dog er det ikke så let at finde, men når man først har fundet det, er der guld i vente. Wir haben 10 Tage in der Villa verbracht und sind absolut begeistert. Die Gastgeber sind einfach nur herzlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Selten wurden wir so gastfreundlich empfangen. Am Anreisetag war der Kühlschrank bereits mit dem nötigsten befüllt, dazu gab es noch Tomaten aus dem eigenen Anbau und frische Eier von den eigenen Hühnern, was unsere Kinder sehr gefreut hat 🤩. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Pool ist ebenfalls sauber und sehr groß. Für uns war das ideal, da wir so nicht gezwungen waren bei der Hitze an den Strand zu fahren, damit die Kinder baden können. Wir haben somit nach dem Frühstück am Pool entspannt und sind dann nachmittags an den Strand gefahren. Das Frühstück oder Abendessen kann man übrigens auf der riesengroßen Dachterrasse zu sich nehmen mit herrlichem Weitblick. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits, so dass man ein Auto braucht, um an den Strand zu fahren oder die Gegend zu erkunden. Oder man nimmt sich ein Taxi, was auch nur ein paar Euro zum Strand kostet. Für uns war die Entfernung kein Problem, denn genau sowas haben wir gesucht. Es gibt zwar keinen Meerblick, aber dafür Ruhe pur. Morgens hört man absolut nichts bis auf das zwitschern/zirpen der Grillen…ein Traum ☺️. Noch einmal herzlichen Dank an die lieben Gastgeber Andrija und Ivana, die uns diesen tollen Urlaub ermöglicht haben und immer engagiert waren, dass es uns an nichts fehlt!

Clean, immaculate, well-equipped & well-managed villa with one of a kind view, pool & jacuzzi. Spending a week there was like living in a dream. Everything was perfect to be honest. Also want to note Milos, who helped us and cooked for us during our stay. Thank you for hospitality!

The Waterfront Villa was beautiful and Nevena was the perfect host. The views from the villa are even better in person. Our favorite area was the large terrace overlooking the coastline where we spent every morning and evening together! There is seating for 12+. The villa had pretty much everything we needed. My favorite sleeping area was the downstairs huge studio with a small kitchen, bath/shower and two small terraces and a great air conditioner! The access to the water is just feet away and we frequented a few great restaurants within a 3-5 minute walk up the coastal walkway. For those with a car plan on parking it (Villa provides parking for two) driving everywhere is crazy and good luck trying to park once you get there. We used cabs throughout our entire stay.

A gorgeous property with stunning views. Inside and outside was well set up and had EVERYTHING you needed, I stay in air bnbs frequently, the kitchen was very well set up and there was nothing I needed and couldn't find. All rooms had an ensuite and were large. Garden and outside kitchen was also very comfortable. Pool a good size and it was very peaceful. We were a very short walk into town with some restaurants and also walking distance to either bay. Taxis were easy to get & there were some bus routes at the bottom of the road; we went to Kotor, Tivat and Budva all from this base and had lots to access / explore on foot. The loft bedroom was gorgeous, but not shutters on the velux windows, personally I loved waking up to the views and the sun coming up behind the mountains, it was truly magical, but if you are a light sleeper take an eye mask. All other rooms had shutters. Host was always super responsive when we needed her. (thanks). x

We had amazing holidays with my friends in Montenegro. Jelena, Natasha and Marco provided everything we needed. They were all really helpful, gave us many recommendations and for the whole time we felt well taken care of. Everyone was super kind, we even got beautiful homemade magnets as a gift at the end of our stay. The home itself was also amazing, swimming pool was awesome for really hot weather and chillout. Whole place was super comfy and clean. Big big big recommendation! :)

Le logement est propre mais cela me paraît important de préciser que : Le jacuzzi est une baignoire Le sauna ne fonctionne pas Il n’y a pas 2 canapés convertibles mais 1 seul, donc pour 8 le couchage est plus compliqué Il n’y a pas assez de couverts si vous êtes 8. Il est impossible de trouver une place pour se garer si Nikola ne nous aide pas. La place qu’il nous a trouvé était payante (5€/jour) Au delà de ça, la maison est fonctionnelle elle offre une vue magnifique et on est au pied de la mer.. Nikola est adorable et fait tout pour nous satisfaire.

It’s a perfect place for rest from the crowds of the city. Warm swimming pool, great balcony view, privacy, better than we expected! We did BBQ, swam, had a great time. We had enough space for 5 of us. Nenad always responded and helped us out with taxi when we wanted to go out. We will be back for sure! Highly recommended!

Ana was a perfect hostess. We were supposed to be there 6 people, but only 2 of us made it, because our flights were cancelled. She offered us to reschedule our stay without us asking. Sadly we couldn’t do that.. She has waited until very late for our friends check in no questions asked. At least two of our friends had a chance to enjoy their stay and they loved it. Thank you Ana!

Masa waited for us to arrive, even though we were later than expected. The house is lovely and the pool was a great asset. I would stress for anyone renting this property to trust the map location Goca will send even if the little road looks like someone else’s driveway, the hill to the house is quite steep but worth it! The restaurants in Denovici are excellent and make the climb back up the hill worth it.

Petite maison dans les copines, avec une vue magnifique sur la baie de Kotor (face Herzeg Novi). La maison est confortable et bien équipée. Les consignes d'entrée sont claires, avec des places de parking à proximité de la maison (en bord de route, avant une petite montée pour rejoindre la maison). La piscine est paisible et privée, entourée de murs. Elle permet de se rafraîchir aisément. En conclusion, excellent logement pour visiter la région de Kotor tout en étant au calme.
