We had an amazing one night stay after getting in on a late flight to SJO. It was so close to the airport and felt like an oasis in the city. It was a great value for our money. We loved our stay and would definitely book again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment is well-decorated. It’s in a lovely neighborhood and perfectly located for exploring the city. San José is a cool and vibrant place, and this spot is ideal for both short and long stays. Lee was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our visit. Highly recommend!

Such a wonderful stay! The host was very nice and welcoming, making everything smooth and enjoyable. The highlight of the place is the incredible balcony—perfect for relaxing and taking in the stunning surroundings. The location is truly magical, surrounded by nature yet just a short distance from the center. A perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. Highly recommend!

Casa Peces is a beautiful property in a private and secure neighborhood. Jessica was very helpful offering recommendations on local eats and attractions. She always made sure the house was nice and clean, and even offered to cook for us. I highly recommend Casa Peces for anyone the travels to Santa Ana.

Sin duda volveríamos, muy limpio y muy lindo lugar

We are blown away by the hospitality of Ursula and her husband, Erick. The home and property are beautiful and are in a safe, quiet, gated community. We also enjoyed seeing Guadi, the pet peacock. He was not bothersome at all and the chirping birds native to the area were so beautiful to hear each morning. What especially blew us away was Ursula’s husband , who actually spent the day taking us around the area of Sarchi. He gave us some history of Costa Rica, and took us to a bunch of small shopping areas/factories that create much of the art pieces seen around the area, which are a great part of the countries culture, history, and goods you will see in all the souvenir/tourist areas. Such a great experience and what a lovely person he was. The only bit of advice I will offer is to make sure you look over the house manual because Ursula offers a lot of good information that we wish we had took the time to review our first evening at the house, prior to attempting to order uber eats

Un lugar lleno de paz, tranquilidad y amor. Vimos un atardecer precioso, disfrutamos en familia, tienen muchos juegos para pasar entretenidos. Nos dejaron unos regalitos súper ricos y que disfrutamos mucho. La anfitriona súper amable y atenta a nuestras consultas. Nos colaboró en todo lo que le solicitamos y nos ayudó a que nuestra estancia fuera placentera y nos hizo sentir como en casa. Super flexible en las horas de entrada y salida. En fin nos vinimos con muchos deseos de volver.

We loved our stay at Claudia's place in Alajuela. It was a cozy home in a great location in the city. Claudia made it easy for us to enjoy our visit, providing clear instructions for accessing the home, for resources nearby, and for check in/out. I would recommend this for any group of ~4 people looking for an affordable housing option in Alajuela. Thanks Claudia!

I have stayed here before and always come back - the apartment is perfect - fast WiFi and easy to get everywhere in the San Jose area. I use Uber while in CR and the location is perfect - Uber always available quickly. The host is always available and quick to respond to any question and recommendations… As they say - she has very positive energy and is a pleasure to work with on any request. Carolina was an excellent host: communicative, attentive, and genuinely caring. The place was perfect for our family, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. During our visit, we faced an unexpected emergency, and Carolina went above and beyond to assist us. Her quick responses, dedication, and support made all the difference, ensuring we felt safe and well taken care of. We’re incredibly grateful for her hospitality and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Mariana’s was exactly what we were looking for - a place to base ourselves while we explored San Jose. Mariana was very responsive to questions and we really enjoyed the gym and pool to help our recovery from a long red-eye flight.

This Friends themed apartment was nostalgic with great lighting. Great view of the city from the 16th floor, and awesome restaurants next door. It is about an hour away from SJO airport with traffic.

This is a lovely, modern, apartment with many amenities—rooftop garden area, library/work/study areas, great gym, lap pool, running track, as well as beautiful swimming pool. The restaurants across the street are great and a grocery store will be opening soon. While there is not a lot to walk to nearby, Ubers are very inexpensive and responsive. The people working the front desk were so lovely and helpful. We had a lock on our credit card so when we were leaving asked the fellow at the front desk if he would call a taxi (much more expensive than Uber)—he instead called Uber on his phone and we paid him. I wish I got his name—but they were all like that. We lost one of our entrance keys and Marcella came in record time to replace it. We highly recommend this apartment!

Pedro siempre estuvo al pendiente en todo momento, muy amable, siempre atento y amigable, nos recibió al llegar y nos dió explicaciones muy claras de todo. El departamento tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia larga, una buena vista, muchas amenidades y Seguridad en el edificio, la zona es hermosa con un parque muy lindo enfrente. Definitivamente regresaría a este lugar.

El apartamento tiene una ubicación perfecta, cerca del aeropuerto y a pocos minutos de un centro comercial, lo que lo hace súper conveniente para viajes cortos. Desde que llegamos, todo estaba impecable, con un ambiente acogedor. La comunicación con Carolina y Diego, fue excelente. Definitivamente, una opción que recomendaría y en la que nos volveríamos a hospedar.

This was our first time in Costa Rica, so we were a little intimidated about staying in the heart of a big city. However, from start to finish we had a wonderful time! The condo was easy to find and located next to a ton of restaurants, bars, markets, museums parks… I could go on but there was so much to do we couldn’t fit it all in during our 3 night stay. The property was clean, beautiful, safe and private. As for the host, Karil, he was fantastic as well. He contacted us with very thorough instructions prior to our arrival, as well as a litany of suggestions for places to eat and things to do. I would stay at a property owned by Karil again without hesitation. I cannot recommend this airbnb enough! 5+ stars and we would love to stay here again if we are ever back in San Jose!

this is our second time staying with Jon. its a very nice place, strong wifi and he's fast to answer if we have questions or issues. we stayed in 2 other places on that property but Jon's is best because you can't hear the highway noise from his place and it's in the first floor so safe for kids not to be with a balcony. Definitely recommended

This was our spot for 2 days in San Jose and it was perfectly located right by the airport. Hassle free. The home was clean and up to date with furniture and appliances. They have security so that was a plus for the peace of mind and are very friendly.
