We loved our stay! The cabin is in the perfect location for exploring Old Forge and various hiking trails. Our kids loved the beach and the kayaks and paddle boards. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

It was a great set up for us. Very close to a small Adirondack town(Inlet), we ordered pizza and got ice cream about a mile from the home. As well, we stopped at the small grocery store and got some items. My son is obsessed with fishing, and there are plenty of spots very close by. The house was clean, and the Donna had it well stocked. The house is very comfortable and well suited for our weekend get-away. I would stay again.

We had a great stay. The house is very big, spacious, well decorated and clean. It felt very cozy. The house rules were clear and the host was reachable at any time.

We enjoyed this home very much. My sister is in an assisted living facility in Herkimer, NY so this home was convenient to visit her over the holidays.

The home was great, water access was down the road. I thought it was closer. but still a great place to stay

Such a great home for our family trip. Manager was very responsive and the house was extremely clean. All the amenities you could imagine and then some provided by host. Cannot wait to come back.

Jaynee and her family made us feel right at home. Our stay was super relaxing and enjoyable. The property had gorgeous views and the kids loved the cows. The space had all the necessary amenities and was very clean. Dan took our family on a ride through the property to see the wild life and views. I would highly recommend this place. We will be back !

Melanie was super friendly & accommodating. The place was ready earlier than expected. It’s cute & cozy, perfect for a few days. The location is great. Very walkable. The Little Place on Main ( located next door) was great for breakfast. Affordable & delicious. Gigi’s on the other side was perfect for dinner, pizza or a sandwich. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Very nice, reasonably spacious apartment taking up the entire second floor of a house, with a separate entrance. Obviously rehabbed sometime recently. As the listing and comments say, the stairs going up are solid, but have a pretty narrow tread, so you have to be careful. The water, especially the hot water in the bathroom, has a distinct sulfurous odor, but seems to be fine for washing/showering. (Susan left us some large bottles of fresh water in the fridge for drinking. ) There is no air conditioning, but there are a couple of fans. The apartment can get pretty hot midday/afternoon in the heat of summer (probably mid to late July/early August), so if you'll be there at that time and will be spending the daytime in your room, you might want to consider someplace else with air conditioning. But even then, nights usually cool down. Floors are a little uneven. Very short ride to Glimmerglass opera nearby. A short walk to the marvelous Sunflower Cafe for breakfast or lunch.

Bianka was very responsive and messaged me the morning of our arrival date with instructions on check in and parking. She was very kind and helpful, she responded to me even during evening hours (7-8pm) 😊 The place was very clean and the bed super comfortable!

This airbnb is a must stay if you are looking for a getaway in Old Forge! Not only is it in the perfect location in town with lots of shops, restaurants and things to do around it, but it is the cleanest airbnb I have ever stayed at. Check in and out instructions were very clear and Chloe was very responsive when I messaged her. I can’t wait to be back and I will definitely be recommending the Loft to everyone I know who is going to Old Forge!

Tracy is an excellent host! Very responsive and makes you feel right at home. This was my third stay; always neat and very clean. Well equipped with everything I needed. Peaceful setting on the lake. Will definitely stay again!

Absolutely love our stay! We had the lower level of a charming home. Spacious rooms, living, kitchen, dining, bathroom and bedroom. Renee is an amazing host and we hope to return again.
