We had a really great time at Schalk's home under the amazing Milkwood trees. The outside area is even bigger than it looks in the pictures and it has a very nice braai area, pizza oven and fire pit to enjoy. The house makes you feel like you're away in the bush but you also have the ocean a 100 meters away. There is a balcony upstairs where we had our breakfasts daily which looks onto the ocean through the trees. Lovely to hear the ocean in the evening whilst sleeping. We would definitely recommend it.

Lovely and well kept, Heleen was super as a host, the location was amazing with clever architecture to hide from the wind and still enjoy the clear nights and days.

The perfect getaway for family or friends! The house looked exactly like the photos and had all the necessary amenities. It was spotless, and we felt at home from the moment we arrived. The location is great, with a beautiful mountain view. Plus, it’s just a short drive to the beach and excellent restaurants. The host was very responsive, and the information pack was so helpful. Great place to stay near the best beaches in Hermanus with easy access to the Fernkloof nature reserve. The house and garden were nice and tranquil and Lydia is a very kind and communicative host.

We had a girls weekend and we loved it. It was safe, comfortable and clean. We all really enjoyed it. It is a short walk to the beach, there's a market there every month right next door and there is a great pizza spot just down the road. Perfect spot for a getaway!

Sue’s place was an absolute dream. It was as clean as a pin, was cosy and welcoming and the garden and courtyard were a hit with the kids. Sue’s communication was outstanding and we are very thankful for the lovely stay. Highly recommended!

Madeleine's place was amazing! Great views and scenery, Hermanus is a lovely town and there is so much to do.

I stayed at quiet a few Airbnb's, but never at such a well and modern equipped stay. We were well received and with loads of local recommendations. Only a short walk to the cliff path or sitting on a bench listening to the sea.

Prieur is a great host, very helpful and responsive. The accommodation is very clean and set within their own grounds with everything you need for a short break. Parking on site which is very secure and private and a 3 min stroll to the most beautiful clean beach with fantastic surfing waves. In the evening we walked to Lizettes restaurant which we highly recommend. Hermanus is a very beautiful area with a relaxing and welcoming feel. Thank you for a fantastic stay Prieur. 5*

Hanlie's place was an amazing place to stay. I had never stayed at a cleaner Airbnb before until now. Hanlie was always on hand if I needed any help, she recommended a lot of restaurants/things to do. Plenty of immenties, change of bedsheets and towels for longer stays much better than hotels. Hanlie and her husband were great listeners and we had good conversions. I would definitely recommend this place and I would stay again. 🙂

This is a great property in a good location.The property is secure nicely furnished and has everything you need for a relaxing stay including an out door pool.Our hosts Maggie and Marius were very welcoming and informative and quickly sorted out any problems we had in particular the problem we had with the alarm. Firstly, Lorraine was a terrific host, her communication excellent, her thoughtfulness about warning us about impending load shedding and helpfulness with finding and sending items we left behind. Secondly the cabin was exactly as expected and advertised. It was cosy, very comfortable and slightly quirky. Exactly what we hoped. The outdoor living spaces are absolutely fantastic.

Mooi vakantiehuis waar wij ons meteen thuis voelden. Gezellig ingericht en een keuken met alles erop en eraan! Zwembad en strand op loopafstand en genoeg te doen in de omgeving. Prettige communicatie met de eigenaren. Naar mijn smaak was het bed iets wat hard, maar we hebben een fijn verblijf gehad!

A friend and I needed a few days to get away and relax. This was the perfect place for us. Quiet and serene. We enjoyed walking a bit and the swimming pool was so nice on a hot day. The house and kitchen are well set up and the lounge furniture is very comfortable. Great care has been taken to make sure that guests are very comfortable!

A peaceful loft setup for a nice getaway. The AirBnB has all the amenities that you would want. The place was clean and Mike was friendly and helpful.

This is the perfect cabin for a small family who love nature and want to explore vibrant Hermanus nearby. Selah Holiday Cabin II is a stylish, well-thought out and comfortable small home nestled in a private nature reserve. The estate offers access to a lagoon, beach, tennis courts and pool - perfect for a young, active family. If you're lucky, you may even spot the majestic wild horses that wander along this stretch of coastline. The living space feels bigger than it looks in pictures. It has everything we needed - a practical kitchen, a table to eat at, and a comfy couch. Our son loved the novelty of crawling around the upstairs bedroom. Finding a cupboard with games and books was a lovely surprise. We love that the cabin is a short drive from Hermanus. It means we could easily explore the bustling Hermanus in the morning and then head back to the estate for a relaxing afternoon. We look forward to coming back!
