Great place to unwind, plenty of space, spotless, and I didn't see a single bug, love the enclosed screens. Everything worked, there was everything I needed and more, great hosts, great place, felt at home instantly.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb during a short golf trip with family and cousins in Tampa. The house was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for all of us to relax after long days on the course. The location was convenient, close to several great golf courses, restaurants, and shops. The host was responsive and made check-in super easy. Perfect spot for a casual getaway—would definitely stay again!

Beautiful property. Well equipped and offered different amenities and entertainment for families with children and young adults. Jennifer was an amazing host. Definitely recommend for large families looking to enjoy the river and a peaceful time.

My husband and I just returned from our second stay at The Modern Farmhouse and we can highly recommend it. Spacious and super clean, and a huge backyard with plenty of seating options. The kitchen is a dream, fully stocked and very modern appliances. The house is walking distance to some great restaurants and shopping. A short 3 minute drive to Publix, Walmart, etc.. we absolutely love this house and will definitely return! Lastly, Elise is a fantastic host…wonderful communication! Just book this place, you wont regret it!

We felt right at home! The kids loved the pool, games and art desk. It was close to shops and a good central location for us to explore Weeki Wachee Springs, Crystal River, Clearwater Beach, etc. We would definitely stay again!

Spacious and sun-filled space, thoughtfully decorated and stocked with everything needed to feel at home. Tons of indoor and outdoor seating. Unparalleled backyard - many games of H-O-R-S-E were played of mini golf and pool basketball. Our 12 year-old was in heaven! Great location! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay with our 3 kids. We felt right at home and enjoyed swimming in the pool every day, watching the sun rises, and fishing by the water. We were close to many great beaches and restaurants and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including snacks on arrival, extra toiletries etc, games for the kids, fishing rods, coffee and tea, and even an extra curling iron and straightener, to name a few. The hosts were responsive and provided all the info we needed. When we couldn’t figure out the AC Cindie offered to come right away to help, but luckily she gave me a call and we got it sorted quickly. Thank you for your hospitality, we would love to come back again!

Stayed at Erika’s place for a few days since we were visiting Busch Gardens and going on a cruise, it was in the perfect location! Super comfy couch and beds. Love the fact that there is a coffee maker. So easy to get in and Erika was super helpful. Will definitely stay here again when in the area!

Ira & Gay are truly super hosts. They go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable and have everything you need. I was introduced to neighbors and learned a lot about the area through my conversations with them. Tarpon is a very friendly and welcoming area. The close proximity to Craig Park/Spring Branch, Whitcomb Bayou, and downtown minimize the amount of driving you have to do. One walk around Spring Branch yielded a dolphin sighting. A really great blend of relaxation and activities. I am looking forward to returning in the near future.

We stayed with at Tom's place for one month. It is on the second level but easy access. Street noise is noticeable as the music from the local favorite, Brians Place. Music is not excessive loud and usually done by 11 PM (only weekends). Cleanliness was very good, except 3 unwashed dishes, the previous renters put back in the cabinets. It is a very nice unit. anand spacious

This was a wonderful place for my family to visit and spend time together. I loved the view and peace. Sharon is very hospitable very sweet! We will definitely go back!

May's place is exactly as described! It's cute, clean an near the beach! It's a short drive downtown and May was very responsive to our questions and helped us with recommendations. I highly recommend staying here! You won't regret it!

Amazing 2 level tripod home and surrounding area right next to the ocean in downtown Ozona near some of the best seafood restaurants in the entire county! Eric is hands down the best host/owner I have ever encountered and my experiences staying at his location 2 times now have been impeccable-😇

We had a group of 7 for this stay and we were all slightly nervous about home being added with host. But our privacy never felt disturbed and we had the best time! Such a clean and organized home.

My stay in the Rooster Hut was too short. This is the kind of place you fantasize about holding up to hide from the world, write a book, etc.. It is very private and has just enough space for one or two people. It is close to major roads in the area, but still gives you the feeling that you're 10 miles into the wilderness. Inside, the feel is very rustic. Lots of exposed wood and matching furniture. The rooster theme continues inside. The house is furnished as a small home/cabin with a well provisioned full kitchen, etc. There is a bathroom that fits one and a separate shower attached to the kitchen. Upstairs is a nicely sized bedroom with two desks. The bed was large and comfy with soft, clean linens. There were several well placed power outlets to keep devices charged. There are 360 degree windows, so you can wake with the sun (and nearby rooster :)). Wifi was strong and fast and both floors had smart TVs. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and can't wait to return.

This place was so relaxful and peaceful! The photos did not do the place justice, it was even more beautiful in person!! We enjoyed the backyard with kayaking and fishing off the dock. Thank yall so much!

Great cabin with lots of games. Quiet and peaceful. Comfortably accommodated seven of us. The host was very responsive and quick to communicate.

Wonderful place , we loved the place, the pull out bed not so much but we brought an air mattress so all was good, didn't do much Fishing, but did some and there are some good sized fish in hat small pond

We had a lovely time during our stay! The cabin is a cute hidden gem and and we enjoyed our time here! They had free Netflix/hulu and checkout was a breeze. (No complicated checkout “binder” asking you to do a bunch of things like some annoying Airbnbs I’ve had in the past)!

I frequently stay at Airbnbs when I travel and Miss Ruby and the surrounding land and trees and lake where so beautiful, much more beautiful than the pictures demonstate. Judi is so helpful and responsive and easy to communicate with. I loved every aspect of my three night stay, the outside shower is amazing, and the camper is so cozy. The lake is stunning. A true nature lovers retreat. I highly recommend staying at Judi's Miss Ruby or Cozy Suite. Thank you Judi, beautiful home and guest quarters for people like me who love to travel and have different experiences. She thought of everything guests may need. Very cute & cozy, so much so that we ended up staying in all Saturday vs going out to Tampa! Lots of activities at the cabin, which we took advantage of, private & peaceful. Appreciated all of the little touches, including the very sweet handwritten note & s’mores kit! Will definitely consider coming back if we are looking for another local cozy trip!

Enjoyed our weekend at the cabin. The place was just as advertised and a short drive to Weeki Wachee springs. Easy to spot the place during the day but there is no lighting on the road there at night if you're getting there late like we did. Overall an enjoyable experience.
