We stayed with at Tom's place for one month. It is on the second level but easy access. Street noise is noticeable as the music from the local favorite, Brians Place. Music is not excessive loud and usually done by 11 PM (only weekends). Cleanliness was very good, except 3 unwashed dishes, the previous renters put back in the cabinets. It is a very nice unit. anand spacious

At first I was skeptical because I wasn't aware it was attached to someone's home, but it was refreshing once I entered. It was like staying in a hotel. All the things and more that you need. It was clean, smelled nice and was very cozy. I would definitely recommend this space to future guests. You will not be disappointed. Thank you once again 😊

Host was very accommodating with our schedule. Place is clean and cozy to stay in, had everything we needed. Garage is a bonus. Loved kayaking up and down the river, may have to came back as we only got to see one manatees (weather was too warm for many manatees to come out.)

We had a great time at Mermaid Landing, very relaxing. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking and has everything you need (bring specific spices- there was salt and oil). We used the grill and kitchen and didn’t need to go out for any food. We spent most of our days on the kayaks or outside on the patio. We aren’t experienced kayakers and had no problems navigating. The location is perfect. The host was great with communication. The house was very clean. People around were friendly. We did not see any manatees but there are many local places you can go see them as well. Lots of stores/dining close and the host had a great little binder with recommendarions. I think the people that are renting upstairs could or could not impact your stay- not that the host can control this but FYI. The first set of guests we shared with were great, the second were a bit loud. I’m a light sleeper and I had trouble sleeping. We would return to rent the whole space.

beautiful place in a closed off area. perfect if you have little kids! yards closed off so the kids can play or eat their breakfast outside! 😁 close to the beach ⛱️ or any stores you might need or want to go.

We had an amazing stay! The host was incredibly responsive, confirming our booking quickly and always available to assist when we had questions. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The furniture and beds were brand new and super comfortable, showing how well the property is maintained. We were all very happy with our stay and would love to return in the future! Highly recommend.

We visited Larry & Deborah's place while visiting our ailing in laws, their place was a nice respite from hospital visits. The apartment is surrounded by trees and birds, its very clean & comfortable. We enjoyed our morning walks to downtown Brooksville.

Our 2 month stay was wonderful! Our hostess was quickly responsive to any requests we may of had. Our stay was beyond our expectations and although we will be in Arizona next year we would stay with Yaime with a high level of confidence in the future.

This was the perfect room for a peaceful retreat. It was spacious, very well equipped, very clean and the bed was super comfy. It's just a short drive from anything you could possibly need for shopping or eating. 10 out of 10 recommend.
