I appreciated the information provided about the area. I appreciated the owner's communication. I loved the layout of the home and the triple sliding door to the pool area made it the perfect Florida home to enjoy our vacation.

wow ! beautiful, well maintained home ! the home was clean with lots of natural light. kitchen was well equipped with cooking Utensils. the pool was AMAZING 👏 back yard was full fenced making for lots of Privacy. strongly recommend. the rental agreement was basically the Exact same thing as the airbnb website so no need to be worried. affordable & well wroth it . Melinda was such a pleasure to work with . my family will be returning in sep for another week . plenty of family activities , groceries store and restaurants. located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. lots of towels and cleaning supplies. comfortable beds with lauge master. overall 5 stars.

Bang for buck is what you get with this stay. it was everything I hoped it would be and then some. Everything was nice and clean and easy to find and Zelijko was very responsive and helpful every stepmother the way. I would gladly recommend this stay and if ever in the area again would happily seek to stay here again.

Mercy and Jamie's place was just as described. Comfortable, very clean and plenty of room. Loved that it was free of clutter. Pool was clean and although it was on the chilly side, we were able to dip our toes in it and also enjoy the sunshine on the Lanai. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels. Did I mention clean? Yes, it sure was. The neighborhood was quiet, and it was nice to watch the golfers. This is just what was needed. Connect with old friends, see some of my old places that I liked to visit and discover new.

The place is spacious, has an amazing pool, and a great kitchen. We enjoyed our stay, and we were also pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was even being about a block off of Hwy. 19. The master bathroom was pretty spectacular, with an awesome rainfall shower. It’s worth the price for the quality and location.

Chris is an excellent communicator and maintains a clean, beautiful home! It was spacious for my family's needs but also cozy. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Beautiful property. Well equipped and offered different amenities and entertainment for families with children and young adults. Jennifer was an amazing host. Definitely recommend for large families looking to enjoy the river and a peaceful time.

Michelle went above & beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we could feel the warm atmosphere that her home exudes. It felt like cozy retreat, a perfect escape from our everyday hustle. The location is perfect & yet affordable located near the main river. Michelle's attention to detail truly sets her apart as a host. Everything to make her guests feel comfortable & valued. The house has little stuff here & there that make it so thoughtful. It was a little chilly the weekend we were visiting and we enjoyed roasting s’more’s outside around fire pit. Front yard has a nice space for the kids to play. We enjoyed fishing and kayaking right off the property. We seen so many manatees during our visit to the springs. It was really refreshing to have someone so engaged & passionate about hosting. She truly makes you feel like a valued guest & not just another customer. We’re already looking forward to our next visit—thank you, Michelle!

The house is in a quiet neighborhood and was so clean!!!! We were greeted with a welcome note, a bouquet of flowers, a few water bottles, and some fruit and snacks. A lovely welcome. The owners responded to my texts within minutes. It's close to shopping of all kinds and is near the Weekiwachee Preserve and the Weeki Wachee mermaids. The place was animal free which was important to us because of allergies to dander.

Large family with kids and we had plenty of room. Home and area was so beautiful. Lots to do on the river. One of the best homes to rent on the river. Could be our annual spring break weekend!

We loved this place., we will definitely be back.. We didn't get to use the pool due to the chilly temperatures, which was a bummer. The host was responsive with our needs. Supermarket, shopping and restaurants not far no more than 15 mins aways. Thank you for sharing your home with us..

We loved our stay here! We took the kayaks out for a day, easily paddled the beautiful little route to Weeki Wachee, and spent the afternoon with a group of 15-20 friendly manatees. We'll remember it forever!

Great trip. The house was perfect for 2 adults and 1 child. Ms. Lori has great attention to detail: having tons of towels, blankets, dishware, body wash, the list goes on. All new appliances and it was great having a washer and dryer on-site. House was super clean and Ms. Lori is incredibly communicative throughout. Multiple kayaks to choose from and paddles. We took her advice and went out early in the morning and saw tons of manatee and 2 dolphins. It was truly amazing. We also took her recommendation of going to the Preserve and it was gorgeous. Her and the house are a gem!

We loved the house and will definitely stay there again next time we visit our kids. The house was in a convenient location and very clean and spacious. The instruction book was very informative and helpful.

Great place to stay! Home has everything and host is amazing. Easy access to everywhere as you are just about a 45 min drive to downtown Tampa and since you are just north of everything you can get to all the great locations like st. Pete, Tampa, Clearwater very easily. We would certainly stay again. Ps. Bed was super comfortable, shower is amazing plus pool is always warm

This was the perfect place to stay! Super clean, peaceful, and private. The layout of the home is ideal and it is nearby many places to shop and eat. Very responsive and kind host. We would definitely stay here again if we ever came back to the area. 100% recommend this home.

We just stayed as quick night away - the boys loved having all the kayaks and being able to jump right on the river and go. Cute dock space to relax and enjoy the peacefulness. Kitchen was well equipped - we just hung out and cooked to make the most use of our time there. We brought card games - so if you want stuff like that I would bring it along we didn’t see any in the house. Easy check in and check out…nice that it was 11 for the checkout as the boys got in some extra time to explore before we left.

We booked our vacation as a bucket list trip for my mom who has Alzheimer’s . My mom grew up in Orlando and had visited Weeki Wachee (where mermaids swim) when she was young. This fueled her obsession of being a mermaid when she grew up. We decided as a family that this was the time to make my 72 year old mom’s dream come true. Jennifer’s place is about 10 minutes from Weeki Wachee which is what initially caught my eye. The place was absolutely beautiful! It sits on the canal where we drank coffee and wine and watched boats and kayaks go up and down the canal. We also were able to see beautiful birds of all kind every morning and evening. There is plenty of chairs to sit inside and out to watch all the coming and going on the canal. Plus there a pool and a sandy beach in the back yard. But most of all we were able to check off one of my mom’s bucket list items and make some lasting memories with her in a beautiful resort like setting.
