A truly memorable experience! One day was as peaceful and relaxing as I could have hoped for, while the next was filled with the excitement and joy of swimming and kayaking. The kids had a blast fishing and catching blue crabs off the dock. The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive, making the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a fantastic vacation.

Emanuel's home was the perfect place to stay for my husband and I while visiting family nearby. The location was very quiet, the sitting area and kitchen were perfect to rest, eat and recharge. The master bed and all towels were resort-level quality! We loved that the interior had artwork and design touches to make it truly feel like a home. Bottled water in the fridge was a nice welcome touch. The listing says cozy - but for the two of us it was quite spacious.

It was a great place to get away but still close to everything. Nothing like sitting outside at night with the firepit on looking up at the stars! The place was very comfortable, clean with all the necessary amenities. We hope to return.

We really enjoyed our stay in this home! The host was very helpful and responsive. The highlight of our stay was definitely the ability to kayak right out the back door - we paddled out into Mud River Springs and saw manatees absolutely everywhere. It was a magical experience! The yard was peaceful and it was relaxing to sit out with coffee on the deck and watch the wildlife (squirrels, birds, fish). Situated in a small quiet neighborhood (but still close to all the activities we came to the area for), we couldn’t have imagined a more peaceful place to spend our week. We really loved this spot and hope to enjoy it again someday!

The house is in a quiet neighborhood and was so clean!!!! We were greeted with a welcome note, a bouquet of flowers, a few water bottles, and some fruit and snacks. A lovely welcome. The owners responded to my texts within minutes. It's close to shopping of all kinds and is near the Weekiwachee Preserve and the Weeki Wachee mermaids. The place was animal free which was important to us because of allergies to dander.

What a lovely home this is, and right on the river! It had absolutely everything we needed to relax and unwind. The home was spotless and well equipped so we could just walk in enjoy. Thank you, Jennifer, for your warm welcome and amazing hospitality! We absolutely loved our stay, and would love to stay again whenever we return to the area!

This house was a great find! The house seemed fairly new and was in good shape. It was very clean and tidy. The host responded very quickly to the questions I had. We would defiantly stay here again!

It was all good i like it in starting bed was broken she replaced it right away without any questions she bought new bed.

We stayed with at Tom's place for one month. It is on the second level but easy access. Street noise is noticeable as the music from the local favorite, Brians Place. Music is not excessive loud and usually done by 11 PM (only weekends). Cleanliness was very good, except 3 unwashed dishes, the previous renters put back in the cabinets. It is a very nice unit. anand spacious

Host was very accommodating with our schedule. Place is clean and cozy to stay in, had everything we needed. Garage is a bonus. Loved kayaking up and down the river, may have to came back as we only got to see one manatees (weather was too warm for many manatees to come out.)

This is my first Air BnB experience and I have several more reserved in the future. This was well worth the price of admission from registration, check-in, checkout, and more. As someone who doesn't need a lot of attention or otherwise personally self-sufficient, I feel that the rates for Hotels are overrated - I don't require daily turn-downs, concierge services, or other amenities that come with the Hotel prices. Estervina and Raphael were both clear communicators, check-in and check-out processes were not over-drawn out experiences and my two-night stay experience was exactly what I am looking for in a stay: a place to shower, a place to sleep, and a place to work quietly. Thank you for the experience.

We had a great time at Mermaid Landing, very relaxing. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking and has everything you need (bring specific spices- there was salt and oil). We used the grill and kitchen and didn’t need to go out for any food. We spent most of our days on the kayaks or outside on the patio. We aren’t experienced kayakers and had no problems navigating. The location is perfect. The host was great with communication. The house was very clean. People around were friendly. We did not see any manatees but there are many local places you can go see them as well. Lots of stores/dining close and the host had a great little binder with recommendarions. I think the people that are renting upstairs could or could not impact your stay- not that the host can control this but FYI. The first set of guests we shared with were great, the second were a bit loud. I’m a light sleeper and I had trouble sleeping. We would return to rent the whole space.

beautiful place in a closed off area. perfect if you have little kids! yards closed off so the kids can play or eat their breakfast outside! 😁 close to the beach ⛱️ or any stores you might need or want to go.

Me and girlfriend loved everything about this Airbnb! We will definitely be coming again in the future! To anyone who’s in the area I’d 10/10 recommend, Jorge is not lying when he says this is the “CozyNest”, clean and spacious and even came with drinks and snacks!

My wife has relatives in this area and we were on an East Coast road trip from New England to Florida celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and this spot was ideal for our stop in Brooksville. We were very pleased with the apartment.
