Tabatha’s place was very nice the neighborhood was quiet. We had a very short stay, but we were able to enjoy the floating dock one night. Beautiful for star gazing. We will definitely be back. Thank you

This house is a perfect location on the Weeki Wachee River! It was a perfect spot for a little spring break getaway with my family of four. Comfortable living quarters and an awesome deck to enjoy the beautiful weather. The inside is a bit dated, which is why I gave 4/5 for the value. But the place is spotlessly clean and the location can't be beat. Outside: Plenty of kayaks for everyone to use and an easy dock made for a quick launch. The backyard firepit was perfect for s'mores as the sun set. Tabitha was happy to give us a late checkout (with a super speedy response) so we could enjoy one more morning on the river. Def would recommend!

If you're searching for an excellent accommodation option for a group of six or more, I wholeheartedly recommend this place. It's ideal for gatherings, whether you're planning a family reunion, a friends' getaway, or a retreat. You will find ample space for socializing, along with inviting bedrooms that ensure everyone has their own comfortable nook. Overall, it exceeded my expectations in every way!

Such a cute spot and a quick kayak ride to the beautiful clear weeki Wachee river. Couldn’t find the washer and dryer and Derick responded very quickly. Would def stay again :)

After Hurricane Helene hit the area, inventory for rentals was low. I knew nothing about this area, but the pictures and description of the house hooked us, and we were so happy with the results! The photos were slightly different from the actual house but storm damage causes things to change. Understandable. This house is so very well equipped: plenty of towels, bed linens, games and baby items, toys, plenty of seating. The kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of dishes, cookware and small appliances. Gorgeous views from every place, and we had lots of fun watching dolphins play in the canal while sitting in the heated pool or hot tub. Docks, kayaks, screened decks, gas grill…. The outside was as well-equipped as the inside. Quiet and peaceful, with several restaurants and bars, and just minutes away from shopping centers made for a great time for an adults only trip! Would definitely return! Management was quick to respond and met all our expectations!

This place is a gem, the view from back deck of the river is top notch we loved watching people kayak by and saw a coupe manatees from the deck kayaks and canoe onsite was such a nice amenity highlight of our trip was renting some electric round boats from a business that was just several houses up the river we were able to go all the way up the weeki wachee river

Nice place. The pool and hot tub were great for extra entertainment. Saw manatees, a dolphin, turtles, jumping fish, caught blue crabs off the dock! Great place with lots to do! Plenty of kitchen equipment and towels! On a corner, so peaceful. Host let us get in early with our long travels. I would recommend this place to others.

We had a great stay ! The bathroom was a dream 😍 and the bed was super comfy! Also only a 10-15 min drive to the beautiful weekie wachie springs which was super convenient for us ! Thanks again !

I found this gem online while searching for a place near Weeki Wachee. My Husband and I brought our two teenagers and 4 of their friends for spring break. The 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms with the pullout couch was plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably. The screened in porch and outdoor seating was relaxing and right on the water as pictured. Yes the water is that clear. We took advantage of the kayaks and spent plenty of time on the water. We saw a few manatees and otters during our stay. We also spent one day at Universal, the drive time wasn’t too bad from this location. We would recommend this house for those needing space for a large family or trip with friends.
