beautiful place in a closed off area. perfect if you have little kids! yards closed off so the kids can play or eat their breakfast outside! 😁 close to the beach ⛱️ or any stores you might need or want to go.

We had an amazing stay! The host was incredibly responsive, confirming our booking quickly and always available to assist when we had questions. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The furniture and beds were brand new and super comfortable, showing how well the property is maintained. We were all very happy with our stay and would love to return in the future! Highly recommend.

I rented it for someone else but the guest felt the place was safe and comfortable. Bryan is very prompt to communicate and attend the guests needs.

We were very pleased with our accommodations. The pictures did not do the place justice, as it was nicer than the photos. Everything was there that we needed, and the nice thing is we were minutes away from family. We will definitely stay with Jorge again - you can't go wrong with this place. A 2 thumbs up for sure! Our 2 month stay was wonderful! Our hostess was quickly responsive to any requests we may of had. Our stay was beyond our expectations and although we will be in Arizona next year we would stay with Yaime with a high level of confidence in the future.

This was the perfect room for a peaceful retreat. It was spacious, very well equipped, very clean and the bed was super comfy. It's just a short drive from anything you could possibly need for shopping or eating. 10 out of 10 recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay in this home! The host was very helpful and responsive. The highlight of our stay was definitely the ability to kayak right out the back door - we paddled out into Mud River Springs and saw manatees absolutely everywhere. It was a magical experience! The yard was peaceful and it was relaxing to sit out with coffee on the deck and watch the wildlife (squirrels, birds, fish). Situated in a small quiet neighborhood (but still close to all the activities we came to the area for), we couldn’t have imagined a more peaceful place to spend our week. We really loved this spot and hope to enjoy it again someday!

Large family with kids and we had plenty of room. Home and area was so beautiful. Lots to do on the river. One of the best homes to rent on the river. Could be our annual spring break weekend!

This house was a great find! The house seemed fairly new and was in good shape. It was very clean and tidy. The host responded very quickly to the questions I had. We would defiantly stay here again!

Such a cute spot and a quick kayak ride to the beautiful clear weeki Wachee river. Couldn’t find the washer and dryer and Derick responded very quickly. Would def stay again :)

Great host she was very quick to respond not bothersome at all very quite neighborhood with very friendly people.

We just stayed as quick night away - the boys loved having all the kayaks and being able to jump right on the river and go. Cute dock space to relax and enjoy the peacefulness. Kitchen was well equipped - we just hung out and cooked to make the most use of our time there. We brought card games - so if you want stuff like that I would bring it along we didn’t see any in the house. Easy check in and check out…nice that it was 11 for the checkout as the boys got in some extra time to explore before we left.

Great AirBnB! Clean, well furnished with comfortable beds, and a living room on the other side of the house so some guests can sleep, while others watch TV or talk. Kitchen well stocked with everything you need. Drawers, light switches, etc labeled so it is easy to find things. My husband and I will definitely stay here again when in town to visit family.
