This was one of the best vacation experiences we've had! The house is perfect, it's well stocked, has tons of amenities, and is in a great location. We ended up staying for 3 weeks and never needed a thing. Carolyn or Miranda answer any question or concern immediately. The house is comfortable and the yard is great. Being right on the water was a dream, getting out to the river took less than 10 minutes and then it's like you're on a different planet it's so beautiful. We would DEFINITELY come back to stay any time!

The place was more than we expected. It was so peaceful and great for a morning walk or paddle. The house had all the comforts of home. The hosts were very responsive and made some wonderful recommendations. Peace in Weeki!

It was a great place to get away but still close to everything. Nothing like sitting outside at night with the firepit on looking up at the stars! The place was very comfortable, clean with all the necessary amenities. We hope to return.

We really enjoyed our stay in this home! The host was very helpful and responsive. The highlight of our stay was definitely the ability to kayak right out the back door - we paddled out into Mud River Springs and saw manatees absolutely everywhere. It was a magical experience! The yard was peaceful and it was relaxing to sit out with coffee on the deck and watch the wildlife (squirrels, birds, fish). Situated in a small quiet neighborhood (but still close to all the activities we came to the area for), we couldn’t have imagined a more peaceful place to spend our week. We really loved this spot and hope to enjoy it again someday!

We had the best time at Brian’s property! The house was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need and more. Plenty of towels, linens, soaps and shampoos… you name it and they have thought of it. There was tons of space and no shortage of things to do. The kids loved the ping pong table and arcade game. We also had a blast kayaking and even had a couple close encounters with dolphins and manatees while out on the water. It was honestly magical! Even the neighbors were incredibly friendly which was awesome. I can’t say enough nice things about our stay and Brian’s hospitality. He was extremely friendly and responsive. 10000/10 would stay again!

This was the perfect river shack for our multi family vacay. We had kids from 1yo to 15 and they all had a blast. They loved the rope swing and having their own space in the bunk houses. The outdoor full bathroom was perfect for kids. Plenty of kayaks or paddle boards for us to share. Not a far paddle to clear water. It was our first time to Weeki wachi river and we had a great experience. Allison was always quick to respond any time we messaged her. We would stay here again.

Appreciate the waterfront and peaceful evening and close proximity to great food and drinks at the upper deck.

We had an amazing stay at this house! It's incredibly spacious, offering 4 rooms that are perfect for families or groups. The highlight was definitely the heated pool – it was so relaxing to unwind after a day of activities. The house is also stocked with plenty of kayaks, which made exploring the nearby waters so much fun for everyone. Additionally, there's ample parking available, which was a huge convenience. Kevin, the host, was exceptionally responsive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We had a fantastic time and would absolutely stay again

Tiffany's home was clean, neat and spacious - all in a great neighborhood and location - close to everything! We will come back again for sure. Tiffany was great to work with. Enjoy the home, the pool and the game room !!! Well worth it !!! TAM

Nice home in centralized location, close to stores and restaurants while also being near parks and walking trails. Within one hour driving distance of major destinations as well. The heated pool was excellent and got up to temperature within a few days. Being pet friendly was a huge plus and our dogs loved the patio area and fenced-in yard. Hosts were helpful and very responsive. Perfect spot for a small group, family, or those just looking for a cozy home away from home.

I booked this for my husband and his friends to go riding for his birthday. They raved about the house! It was spacious and clean. The access to amenities and riding was wonderful. He had an amazing birthday.

The RV was very nice and perfect for what we needed, the kitchen was very good and had everything. I’d definitely recommend this to everyone, the hosts were very nice and friendly and helped with everything we needed

This place was perfect for myself, husband and 2 dogs. It had a pool and more importantly a fenced in yard for our dogs. It was located near places to eat and shop yet tucked away from the busyness. I defiantly would recommend this place.

Overall, it was a great place to stay! Spacious. Had everything to accommodate kids including plastic kitchenware! Plenty of extra blankets and pillows too! We had fun and enjoyed the space. The host was great as well! ^_^

It was definitely an older house with minor blemishes but very well maintained and while the handyman was fixing the shower I noticed a broken metal flashing by the sliding glass door leading in from the pool and told the kids to be careful. He overheard and fixed it too! The pool was very nice and the layout of the house and yard was great. 10/10 would recommend!

Stacey and Jason were great hosts. Their place was perfect for my husband and I. Everything was clean and they had everything there we needed. They told us some great local restaurants which were great. Thank you for a great stay! We truly felt at home.

Richard was very responsive when we had questions or had a need. For example, the frying pan wasn’t in good shape, and when I let Richard know, a new one got delivered! The gift wine was a nice touch also! Would highly recommend!!

We loved our stay! From peacocks to lemurs, there are so many interesting animals here, and the hosts are wonderfully informative about them. The apartment was spotless and had all the little touches that make it that much nicer, like ice already in the freezer. The host and her family were so kind and welcoming, would highly recommend!

My wife and I were in town for a wedding, and the place was just perfect for our needs. The place was clean and had everything we needed. There’s also a restaurant across the street with live music that you can walk to. You also have a dollar general and circle k right across from each other about 45 secs away from the Airbnb in case you need anything extra. Overall, we had a great experience.

The place is newly renovated and very clean. Great family getaway, we spent most our time by the water watching manatees, fishing, catching crabs and making use of the kayaks. The place feels secluded but is close enough a wide variety of restaurants and stores. Would definitely recommend.

Nice roomy house, clean, safe area, great yard, clean heated pool... overall exactly what we were told and what we needed. I requested the pool be heated and it was the perfect temperature when we arrived! We were in town for our son's wedding and the house was a hit with the kids(young adults) and grandkids! This place was so relaxful and peaceful! The photos did not do the place justice, it was even more beautiful in person!! We enjoyed the backyard with kayaking and fishing off the dock. Thank yall so much!

We travel often to Weeki Wachee. This was one of our favorite rentals to date. The location is excellent, yet off the river enough to be peaceful during peak periods on the river. It was well decorated and supplied with subtle touches that made the difference between the run-of-the-mill rentals in the area and one we'd return to without a second thought. We'd stay here again and bring more family next time!

We had a lovely stay. Very comfy bed and furniture with a well equipped kitchen. Went kayaking with the included kayaks and saw manatees and enjoyed the crystal clear waters of the Weeki Wachee!
