We had our family of 4 adults and 2 small children, 4 1/2 and 1yr old ,, I chose this house primarily because of the location and the pool to keep the kiddos entertained.. we have family that lives in Sumter Square, so it was close to go back-and-forth for our visits . !! Prior to our visit there were certain Things we needed for the toddlers. Specifically a crib for the one year-old. ROBERT was most accommodating in giving us a local connection that could actually deliver a full size portable crib . It was a very easy process.!! This house was particularly close to Spanish Springs shopping centers, with lots of food and grocery stores and any accommodations that you might need!! We are not yet Disney people so we chose to go to Legoland with our toddlers and to Swamp Fever Alligator adventure!! Both were more than entertaining for all of us. I would highly recommend this area and ROBERT as your host !!!

Great place. Very comfortable. Loved the pool and driving golf cart was fun. We had everything we needed for a great stay. This is not a complaint at all more of a helpful hint but one of the town squares was too far to take golf cart and you will need a car.

Exactly as advertised. Convenient location to get to the river. I definitely recommend renting the golf cart to bring the kayaks to the river park. Overall comfortable and convenient.

A great place to stay again. Such a great location in the villages and friendly helpful host. Loved the close walkable shuffle board and our nice warm private pool. We will return next year. Thank you Gary for another nice stay!

Loved staying in this home with my family including 2 small children . Unfortunately the pool was too cold to enjoy but the patio/pool area is very clean and beautiful. The home is fully equipped with everything you may need and more ! A lot of towels , self-care items and more ! Spacious and clean ! Highly recommend 5/5 stars! Would definitely stay again when the weather is warmer to enjoy the pool with the kids !

Perfect location for our needs, especially being close to the racetrack! Leslie was very responsive, and check-in was a breeze. Recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and hassle-free stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Val’s place. It was easy and clean. Comfortable and the setting was charming. The surroundings are bucolic. We will surely come back.

Chuck is very accommodating and friendly. This is our second and will probably be booking again. Highly recommend this home. Great area and host is super.

Jennifers place was even better than the photos. She really thought of everything. My family enjoyed our stay tremendously and highly recommend staying there.

We really enjoyed our stay in this home! The host was very helpful and responsive. The highlight of our stay was definitely the ability to kayak right out the back door - we paddled out into Mud River Springs and saw manatees absolutely everywhere. It was a magical experience! The yard was peaceful and it was relaxing to sit out with coffee on the deck and watch the wildlife (squirrels, birds, fish). Situated in a small quiet neighborhood (but still close to all the activities we came to the area for), we couldn’t have imagined a more peaceful place to spend our week. We really loved this spot and hope to enjoy it again someday!

We had a group of six adults in the area for a family wedding. It was absolutely perfect and so homey and inviting. Highly recommend this beautiful home!

Absolutely spotless. Great master bed and shower. Very nice coffee set up with sweetener and creamer. Plenty of pods to choose from. Wonderful snack basket. To top it off a golf cart is provided. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay here! We took the kayaks out for a day, easily paddled the beautiful little route to Weeki Wachee, and spent the afternoon with a group of 15-20 friendly manatees. We'll remember it forever!

Great location, super private, pet friendly would definitely rent again!! Went for my daughters birthday, location was minutes away from rainbow springs. Lots of outdoor space for the kids to play football and tons of area for the dogs to roam. Post was very responsive and very helpful. We would definitely return again!

We were visiting relatives in the Villages - and recommend this, if you are in similar circumstances. This location is very close to the Villages and very convenient to a number of amenities. Debra was easy to communicate with. We had a couple of minor issues, that are to be expected, but she was very quick to respond and remedy them. The house is very private and shaded.

Very cute and comfortable house. We enjoyed the farmers market and long bike ride along the Withlacoochee Stste trail nearby. Great restaurants downtown.

We were displaced after hurricane Helene and found this beautiful place to stay. We didn’t realize that we were also getting by staying here such beautiful, caring people in Michael and Rachel. When hurricane Milton came through Michael let us know if we lost power that he would be right over to hook the generator up. They have kept check on us almost every day making sure we were okay. They have a beautiful home that is also wonderful for extended stay. I really needed their love and support that they have shown me. I had a kidney stone and wrecked my truck so I’m grateful for their love and prayers. Thank you both for being here during such a dark time in my life. You both are such beautiful people. I definitely recommend staying here. Love you both dearly

We enjoyed our stay at Sheila's place. It was so quiet and peaceful with a wonderful backyard and green space behind the house. The kitchen is well supplied and the mattress was great! Sheila provided us with guest passes so we took advantage of The Villages amenities. She also provided us with information for a golf car rental and got back to us quickly when we had questions. Overall it was a great stay!

Nice clean facility. Very close to many activities. Nice and quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Would stay there again.
