Great overall experience! We liked the off street parking, the local recommendation, and the space was as shown. We did have a minor issue but Stephanie was quick to respond and had a solution ready to go. There was a grocery store and pub in walking distance that we liked. Easy to get around to other places as well. Thanks!

Jarrod is a great host. Helpful and responsive. His place is in a great location. Walkable to a number of great restaurants and even a very nice grocery store. We had a great time.

The place was great! it is centrally located to restaurants and things to do. our place was on the back of the restaurant below, so the noise was no concern. pretty sure we were above the kitchen as the smell of the cooking and food lingered. it wasn't a issue for us though. the place is old. as mentioned. so therefore you do hear a lot of outside noises as well as any other guests in other rooms as well as above you. the area was clean, no concerns with that. the mattress is a little on the firm side , but that is no worry to me. I enjoyed our stay and appreciate tims recommendations on restaurants.

Last minute booking in Tim’s Overton Square rental unit with self check-in was a breeze especially after a late flight. This quaint, reasonably priced gated unit is roomy enough for 2 occupants, had all of the amenities as listed on the website, & is centrally located near buses/restaurants in a safe neighborhood. Tim was an extremely accommodating, pleasant, & responsive Host. One morning between 2-4AM, Tim attempted to assist me with troubleshooting a WiFi issue, but it turned out to be a router malfunction so he provided favorable options to make the remainder of my stay comfortable. My only complaints were that the pedestrian gate code was inoperable r/t the freezing weather conditions prior to my arrival & the firm bed d/t my back problems. However, pillows were used to soften the bed. Definitely would return to one of his Airbnb properties again when needed.

Transitioning to Memphis from ga for work this is a great place to stay for a week or maybe even extended periods of time quiet neighborhood and rarely ran into other guest it’s an old building expect the old house noises but all in all will definitely be booking again in the future

The home was tidy and spacious! We especially enjoyed the patio in the back yard, although wasps were present during the day, likely due to the spring weather. We communicated about damaged blinds upon arrival, but Kim replied almost immediately, which was much appreciated!

Great location right down the street from where we live and perfect for having friends in town. We will use this again. I do think it’s a little on the pricey side, but it was a great place. Thank you Max for everything. The guys that run this Airbnb are fantastic! It was a crazy weekend with the flooding in Memphis this weekend. We couldn’t get in the front door for a while, but that subsided, and the house held up and everything was super!

The house was as pictured and had plenty of space for our family. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. Alissa was helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay while visiting Memphis. Rachel was very communicative. We really appreciated the extra amenities like laundry detergent and shampoo/conditioner. We were a little nervous about the location at first, but after settling in, it felt very like at home and safe.

We had a fabulous stay and will definitely come back to this beautiful home. We went for mom’s weekend and the house accommodated us and our girls nicely. It had everything we needed. Stephanie is very responsive and easy to communicate with. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Great little house! Great host!

I traveled alone to Memphis with my two dogs, so I wanted to make sure I was in a decent neighborhood. Theresa and Russ assured me that this was safe, and I also confirmed the neighborhood with someone in the trip advisor forum. I’m so glad I stayed here! First of all, the place is just cute as it can be and so tastefully decorated. Everything was carefully arranged, well thought out and clean. And the back yard was so wonderful for both the dogs and I. They loved chasing the squirrels and birds and I loved the Edison bulb patio lights and patio. The yard was large and fenced in. The hiuse was just a few blocks from Overton park/the zoo/college of art/Memphis museum of art, also Overton Square and Coopers Young area for dining. It was also only about five miles to downtown. Finally, Theresa and Russ were so kind and left hostess gifts for my dogs and I. The dog scarves are a keepsake. They gave recommendations on where we could dine together and were patient in answering my questi

You cannot go wrong with this Airbnb choice. The host was extremely responsive with our needs; the home is tastefully decorated; the location was ideal for us. The host even had ‘goodies’ for us (sodas and snacks) that were a pleasant surprise after a long drive. I highly recommend this lovely Airbnb!!

JR'S place exceeded expectations! The condo was super clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved how close everything was and that we literally parked our car when we got there and didn't need it again until we left town. We loved our stay and hope to be back!

Very clean, quiet and roomy space. Spent two nights, we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The location is great, right next to the National Civil Rights Museum. Christopher was very responsive, and provided clear instructions. Would highly recommend.

The apartment was large and spacious. It had virtually everything we needed although as Europeans a kettle would have been nice. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was tastefully decorated. We heard footsteps in the upstairs apartment both mornings, and although it didn't bother us, the soundproofing wasn't great. The location is easily walkable to Beale Street and there are lovely restaurants within a stone's throw of the place. We would have no hesitation in recommending this to anyone looking for a central Memphis location.

This was a great place to stay for our family making for a memorable Ole Miss vs Georgia win! This apartment has a great trail behind the complex good for walking your pups! We would definitely stay here again.

It was wonderful to be in the heart of Downtown Memphis. Close to restaurants and the huge river park. Because i travel for work and i have photography equipment, it was a plus that the parking spot is gated. I loved everything.

We enjoyed our stay, the house was very clean, the brewery and restaurant across the street had the best bar food by far on our trip (bbq nachos) Jason was responsive when the fire alarm chirped. We’d stay again. Keep in mind both bedrooms are upstairs
