What a wonderful find! A beautifully presented apartment just off the high street yet set back and private. With the variety of shops and cafes on the doorstep and the beach and harbour about 7 minutes walk away, the location was perfect. Absolutely nothing to improve! I had a lovely stay and look forward to staying again.

Fantastic location just off the beach. The apartment is nicely laid out and spacious. Chris provided a lot of help and support throughout the stay - everything from parking to local businesses. A great value space.

The flat was lovely, just what we were looking for out of our long weekend in Margate. Having coffee on the balcony in the sun was a particular highlight! Lisa was a great hostess, with clear instructions, attentive to our needs, and leaving little treats around the place. I look forward to staying again in the future.

Beautifully quiet and spotlessly clean ground floor apartment; cosy and warm with a comfortable bed and good strong shower. Very close to the town centre (only 5 minutes walk) and although it's on a relatively busy road there was very little traffic noise. Anna was a gracious and helpful host. I thoroughly recommend the place, it's a great place to stay.

Absolutely first class accommodation. Didn't meet the owners as we had everything we needed and our stay was perfect. Had messages to check we were happy with everything and the instrucions fir arrival were easy and clear. The location is fabulous and we enjoyed walks along the coast path and to Westgate for great restaurants. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. Would love to stay again on our next visit to our daughter in Margate.

Wonderful stay in Margate thanks to Nancy and her spacious and thoughtfully decorated apartment. It has all the amenities you could wish for and we were cozy and comfortable for all of our stay over Christmas. Another thing I appreciated were the softer lighting options, as well as overhead lights, which add to the relaxation and ambience. We had a little issue with getting the heating on when we arrived and some noise from other guests in an apartment above us, but Nancy was incredibly responsive and caring and helped us resolve these quickly. We will stay again!

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Lavender Apartment. The property was very well presented, very clean, very well equipped and organised, and we were given a lovely welcome pack together with local information which were much appreciated. The facilities were excellent and the location ideal for our stay in Deal / Walmer. We would definitely recommend this apartment

I had a lovely stay — the place was comfortable, clean, and exactly as described. The bed was cosy, everything was spotless, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. It felt like a home away from home. Would happily stay again!

this was a rgetaway for a few days at the coast, lovely first floor apartment with a balcony to sit out and watch the sunrise and sunset over the sea.. Quiet location even with the early morning joggers and beach lovers. Groceries left for us was a nice touch along with the blankets for the chilly evenings outside

Lovely place to wake up to coastal views and a walk away from the town. Felt homely and clean and Agatha made sure we had all the information we needed to make the most of our short stay. There are lots of stairs to the top floor so pack lightly :)

My friends and I had a wonderful stay in Vicki’s apartment. She communicated clearly with us throughout the course of our stay, and the apartment was beautiful, clean and in an amazing location.

Ala and Mario's place is absolutely charming - the whole top floor of a grand Victorian house which has been decorated and furnished in a luxurious gothic-chic style. The bed was huge and comfy, and all the little details like bathrobes, whimsical books and posh teabags made it such a pleasureable stay. The 'parlour' was a lovely place to sit and have a cup of tea or glass or wine. Ala and Mario were also really helpful with lots of suggestions about where to eat in the area. Highly recommend!

Booked Marie’s place as a last minute getaway to Margate and was not disappointed! The flat was beautiful, warm and clean. Myself, my partner and our cat loved the little trip away.

The basement flat was a lovely cosy place. Really close to all amenities and Jo was very friendly and responsive. Thanks for a fantastic break. We would definitely stay again.

Shevon's apartment lives up to her photographs. It is a bright and colourful space, with great views over the park, large windows letting in lots of light. Shevon and her partner have a great artistic flair and the decoration is brilliant. Right in the Old Town and on a bus route makes it easy to explore both Margate and the rest of the coastal towns. Shevon made check in and entry easy as pie, the apartment had everything you could want for a stay in Margate, be it a short break or a longer stay. There are so many great bars and restaurants in town, with recommendations made both in the welcome pack and in the messages left by other guests. This is a great base for a stay in Margate and we thoroughly recommend it - when we return to Margate we will be looking to rebook with Shevon! Thanks for a great base from which to explore.

Had a lovely few days at Craig & Imogen’s property. They were great hosts, really responsive. We had a minor issue on the first evening and Craig was there within 20 minutes to sort it. The place is on a busy main road, but inside is an oasis of calm. Beautifully presented with everything you could hope for. Easy 10 minute walk in Margate (or buses are available). Would definitely recommend

I had a great time at Mohammed house! He was very communicative, and left for me very clear instructions! Also he was very flexible with the check in! I will definitely book this room if I have to comeback to Broadstairs!

Fabulous stay for our wedding anniversary … took our two Pomeranians lovely little dog bowls and blankets left for them! Also rose petals on bed and happy anniversary sign was a nice touch! Hot tub was great and heated up fully within 3 hours .. really enjoyed our stay and have recommended to all our friends

Sonia and Lees place was amazing. I could not recommend enough. From the point of booking Sonia messaged to check what wine and bread we would like, as well as providing helpful tips! Check in was super easy and the apartment itself was stunning. When we met Sonia and Lee they were so lovely a provided us with recommendations for restaurants. Everything was so lovely and we felt right at home.

My partner and I had a really dreamy weekend in Margate staying at Robbie’s apartment. The location is fantastic with a gorgeous view of the beach from the balcony and loads of excellent restaurants within walking distance, the flat is clean and tidy with everything you could possibly need, and Robbie was super helpful and communicative. We hope to stay again!

Chloe's place is perfect if you're looking for a spacious well equipped, tastefully decorated, clean apartment with a private hot tub. Perfect size for a couple. Conveniently located two minute walk to sea front at Herne Bay and all the amenities you need on the doorstep. Chloe is a welcoming host. She explains everything you need to know about the apartment and the local area and will leave you to enjoy the private space. She is very responsive if you have any questions or need help during your stay. Thanks Chloe!

Fantastic apartment, with secure parking, literally on the beach front. Amazing views over the Channel. Easy walking distance to town and the harbour. We had an issue with not recieving the check in information via the website, but the owner was able to respond quickly and provide us with the necessary information when contacted by telephone to remedy the situation. Similarly, very quick response and resolution when we found the saucepans had stopped completing the induction loop on the kitchen hob. Excellent host, great apartment - we had a wonderful holiday!
