Gia's ZEN house was just what we wanted for our family gathering of 6 adults and 5 kids. Away from all the tourists but within a short drive to beaches and rainforest, beautiful forest flora and birds, a sense of privacy (even though neighbors are close by), clean and comfortable, the pool and covered patio were definitely the gem of the entire stay.

Our vacation at this oceanfront house was unforgettable! The view was stunning, with the property right on the ocean, perfect for exploring marine life during low tide - easily the highlight! We found lots of crabs, sea anemones, fish, and more. During low tide, you can walk along the shoreline to other beaches, which was a treat. The nice pool (a touch cold after rain but still ok) and most bedrooms having their own bathrooms added comfort. The AC worked great, and it was breezy most of the time, keeping things pleasant. However, if the breeze stops, bugs can get a bit bothersome. When the breeze dies down during low tide with no waves, it’s the perfect time to kayak - otherwise, kayaking’s a bit tougher due to the usual breeze. The papaya and coconuts on the property gave a tropical vibe, and my lacrosse-playing son loved the concrete walls for wall-ball practice. With plenty of towels and blankets, we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

The property was as described and exactly what I was looking for; private and plenty of room for the family. Check in was seamless and response time for my general inquiries and requests for local recommendations was incredibly fast. If you are looking to experience nature but still want to be conveniently located near cities and tourist attractions I would recommend staying here.

The house was immaculate and easy to get to from the highway, making day trips very easy. The backyard was a great oasis after a day of exploring.

We loved our stay so much! This was a great fit for our family of seven. We had lots of beds and plenty of space for everyone. Everything was clean and the furniture was really nice and everything was well taken care of. We really appreciated how there were lots of things there for us to use, like a cooler for us to take our lunches in every day on our adventures, chairs , umbrella, Sand toys, balls — all the things that we could possibly need. Gretchen was really easy to communicate with and always responded very quickly. We would definitely recommend this for anybody! We had a great time. Thank you so much.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. This house had it all! The host really thought of everything when making sure you enjoyed your stay. From everything for the pool to everything for the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked to cook in or outside on the BBQ. The entire house was extremely clean and I can be pretty picky when it comes to cleanliness, and this one hit the mark for me. We would stay at this house again for sure.

Great location close to El Yunque national park and beautiful beaches. We felt very safe in this location. Lots of fun admenatities…we especially enjoyed the pool and pool table. Great communication with owner and they even helped drive extras keys to us when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the house.

This place was immaculately clean when we arrived and looked exactly as in the photos and smelled so clean. The pool was obviously a plus and they have floaties for kids. The host were over the top polite, friendly and attentive to us. It felt like a home away from home. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook all those scrumptious Boricua Meals. There was a ton of Love and thought put into this home and everything is well organized and put together. The area is quiet and safe ! Definitely will recommend and this place will be our go to place in the future. We will be back..

The unit was exactly as described. The beds were comfortable and having 3 full sized beds was such a plus! The bathroom in the main bedroom wasn’t something I noticed in the listing and was a nice surprise. Our host was very responsive and check in was very simple. I would definitely recommend.

La Brisa was exactly as it was described! The location was perfectly situated in the rainforest in close proximity to all of the activities we wanted to do. The bedrooms were perfectly suited for both families. The kids loved sharing the room with the triple bunks. The pool was a great way to start and end the days at the beach, exploring the islands, visiting Old San Juan, and adventuring through El Yunque. We would highly recommend.

Love this house with private access to beach and great restaurants options surrounding. Victoria has been very helpful to advise all options. We had great time in her house. Would definitely refer to my friends and family.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was comfortable and clean, though it was a bit tricky to find at first. Once I got there, everything was perfect. There was a small issue with the bathroom when I arrived, but the host was super responsive and took care of it quickly. They also replied to all my questions promptly, which made the experience much easier. Overall, a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely recommend it!

Fantastic everything! We couldn't have been happier with the location of Aqua Green. The views of the rainforest and ocean must be some of the best in the region. In terms of the location, we were close to pristine beaches for swimming and surfing. We were minutes from the rainforest where we took a expertly guided trip to see birds and other native wildlife, including incredible stick bugs, as well as the simple beauty of waterfalls and gorgeous foliage. The food was amazing. I highly recommend Don Pepe's, a place the hosts recommended to us, for delicious PR fare. We were also a very accessible drive to a bioluminescence bay kayak adventure and a boat trip to Vieques for snorkeling. This was our first trip to PR and we will definitely be returning. What a beautiful island and people. Aqua Green is the perfect location to enjoy it all!!!! Thank you!!!!

The location could not have been better with beautiful water around the location and a spectacular fountain on the grounds as well. The house had everything you can think of not only AC in every bedroom but also an office area and a patio with lights and overhead fans. I was not expecting the theater room with the large screen projector and the plush seating where you can use any of your streaming accounts. What was even better was the proximity of El Yunque rainforest which was literally minutes away. Also minutes away was El Luquillo beach where you can literally park just a few feet from the actual beach. There were also plenty of bars and restaurants along the beach area. This place is also close to San Juan if you wanted to try the nightlife. The house was close to local restaurants and street food vendors. Best of all it’s less than a half hour from the airport. 10 out of 10 will definitely stay here again

The stay was beautiful! My youngest really enjoyed being able to be on the beach everyday we were there. Its a great backdrop for photos and the space was clean. The area the people are nice and speak however they are still really reserved. We would definitely come back to visit again. Thank you for allowing us to share your space and for coming to yo fix the tv the next day.

The backyard view is extremely amazing and peaceful. The house overall looks beautiful but it does need some repairs specially the handrails in the backyard, so becareful. Besides that rooms, pool, kitchen was great. Host sent helpful instructions to find the house.

This house is exactly as described and pictured. It's in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from El Yunque and many of the rainforest activities. Grocery stores are just 10 minutes away and many beaches about 15 minutes. We had a group of 11 and this house worked well since we had kids stay in rooms with their parents, it might not work so well for a large group of adults. The pool was amazing and offered hours of entertainment. We enjoyed sunrises from the deck while sipping coffee and sunsets by the pool while grilling out. Josefina was very responsive.

My guy Ed was the best host ever, this was a last minute reservation and my guy took care of me…. The place looks like a luxury condo from miami… beds were hilton Comfy and the pillows as well… the neighborhood was peaceful and safe… I would come back to this airbnb! As a crewmember from jetblue I would totally recommend it… if you want an excellent host and a luxury airbnb you gotta come over here…. Thanks ed 🫡🫡🫡🫡

The home was a great stay especially for our big group. It accommodates everything when it comes to needing a place to stay and live for a week +. To give a caution the area was warned by other residents that it can be dangerous and not to go out late at night without car but during day is completely fine. That has nothing to do with the house but just a caution. With the house it could use a rotation in new linens and sheets as some old stains showed. Understandably there are lots of insects in the area but a lot of ants find their way inside so some precautions could be done with sprays by windows and entrances to prevent entry before guests arrive. Other than that the house has all amenities you need to live there as if you weren’t on vacation. Price is great for big groups and not the farthest from San Juan and the nearest beach even though you should rent a car anyways. Lastly, the hosts were great as they communicated perfectly with us wether we initiated convo or they checked up

Love the hospitality! It was very hot in the main house!! Rooms were okay. Far from San Juan but worth the stay.

Absolutely loved my stay! My kiddos had a great time killing energy in the pool and in the river! Although, I do not recommend the river at night, the kids went down for a little bit for spooky story telling! It was so much fun! Even the neighbor was super friendly and we got to buy some of their homemade sorbet! Delicious! Loved the location, house, host, everythinggg 🥰 thank you so much ❤️

We had a wonderful stay! The house is down the road from El Yunque- literally! The surroundings are beautiful and you really feel like you are on the edge of the rainforest! The house is spacious with a wonderful backyard with beautiful trees and lots to do! My kids loved the hammocks, games, climbing wall, etc! The hosts were also wonderful and helped us when we had a health issue come up! We would 100% recommend this house!
