Arnoldo’s Airbnb was just what we needed. I fell in love with the island, the culture, the beaches, the food but having a cozy spot to return to each day was the cherry on top. The location was ideal too. It wasn't right downtown, which was actually a bonus imo. It felt peaceful, yet was central enough to easily explore both sides of the island. Plus, the place had everything we needed for our 7 day stay, especially the washer and dryer. That was a game changer after beach days and rainforest adventures. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to experience Puerto Rico in comfort and out of the city!

Loved our stay here. Better than the photos! Lots of space. The best part was the location, 360 degree, gorgeous view. Cute pool. Just note, it’s quite a steep hill to get up.

I stayed for a few days at this airbnb and it was amazing! Highly recommend to anyone traveling with children or a group of family/friends It’s only 20 minutes from the airport. The house was exactly as shown in pictures and the area is very quiet/peaceful. The beach is extremely close and there’s many good places in the area. It was not touristy like San Juan which made the experience feel authentic!

Beautiful and safe place! Great for larger groups as there is ample seating with a larger dining table and patio, washer and dryer in unit which was helpful with a toddler, beach accessories, games, kitchen essentials, gated community. Host was very responsive, friendly and communicated proactively.

We had an amazing stay at this lovely home for our family trip! The house was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed to feel right at home. The layout was perfect for our group, with plenty of room for the kids to play and for the adults to relax. The host was incredibly responsive and made the whole process seamless. We’d absolutely book again for our next family getaway. Highly recommend

The location of the home was perfect for exploring El Yunque. It was just 4 minutes from the visitor center and a short drive from all the major hikes. It was also only 5 minutes from the small town of Palmer. We ate many delicious meals in Palmer. The pool at the house was fun to hang out in after hiking. And we even used the grill at the house and ate dinner at one of the outdoor tables.

Everything was great and wonderful. The villa was very beautiful, so much to do. I'll definitely. We'll book again. The beach was beautiful as well. And if you go down the road, you'll find a couple of more beaches and a lot of places to eat.

Julie and Pablo are the best airbnb hosts we have had yet. Extremely accommodating and responsive to all our requests. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our 2 little ones and to make our stay amazing. They have suggestions for restaurants and grocery shopping which was very helpful. We loved Don Pepe. Pictures may be a little old as things have clearly been worn a bit since they were taken, some areas could use some fresh paint, turf on roof is very uneven and wrinkled, but the condo has everything we needed for an amazing week, the location is perfect, and the hosts are amazing. Highly recommend!! 5***

I had booked this spot last minute and Cathy was great. Was close to where i needed to be, i do suggest you rent a car when staying here. The big windows are beautiful the rooftop area was my favorite. The beach on property was clean and spacious. The lazy River is under construction right now but there are a few other pools to hang out by. Cathy’s spot also has more than enough things for you to use while at the beach, chairs, towels, cooler, and things for the kids to play with.

Great location! Great views! Slept 11 people comfortably!! Having an elevator was clutch!! Pool was perfect!! Even the neighborhood was great for a nice morning walk!! I’d stay here again!!

… Sharon you where the best host ever! We stayed so many places in PR but you were the best. I have to say that this property is huge, so much space, great location, gated community,close to everything! We are Family of 4 and wanted to stay outside of San Juan but close to beaches and this was perfect choice. Two parking spaces are great to have. Pool was nice to have after long day at beach evenings at pool were great! Groceries and restaurants just across the street you can easy walk if you dont have the car. We had a fantastic day! The condo is right next to the complex playground and a gated pool. That meant that I could sip my coffee while my kids played or swim every day we were there. It’s about a six minute walk from the unit to the private beach. The private beach is not very fancy and could probably use more regular grooming by the complex, but it was sufficient for our needs. There’s a pharmacy/grocery store two minutes away and lots of restaurants near the beach about 10 minutes away between Loiza and San Juan. The interior of the unit was fantastic, clean, spacious, and well equipped for hanging out and cooking for our family. It mattered to us that there were no major steps or stairs to get into the unit as my senior parents came along and have limited mobility. We appreciated that the unit had bunkbeds for our kids, and even had toys and pool toys to play with while we were there. The washer and dryer was another major bonus. All in all, it was a great stay!

Carmens home is just what my family needed. It's beautiful and the Ocean is at your back door. I did not want to leave. The kids enjoyed the pool and volleyball court. My husband and I love the cute home and had everything and more we needed. Private gated safe with security 24 hours and close to the everything you need. We cant wait to stay again at Carmen's place. The place was super clean and not one bug, clean dishes and clean blankets that smell like fresh laundry! Thank you, Carmen, for opening your home to us!

Chose this place because of all the amenities plus price. We really had everything we needed which was super helpful since we were traveling with two little kidos. Big bonus was the fact that’s it’s a ground floor! The apartments themselves are very clean, well maintained and safe. Didn’t once question my safety here. Very spacious and comfortable apartment, including comfortable mattresses. The pool was very clean, good gym even though we didn’t use it, and the beach was perfect and only a two minute walk from the door. Secluded, clean and just so pretty. I would definitely stay here again. Loved it!

This property was great, and as described in the Airbnb pics and review. It's a very big condo... 3-4 bedrooms, with a large living room/kitchen, etc.. We had no issues finding the location, and our family had a good time. It's close to El Yunque forest (highly recommend the Carabali rainforest ATV rides) and the Hotel is just down the road.

Didier is a great host and very kind. His place is nice, clean, spacious and great for a family vacation.

Wonderful stay! Everything exactly as described. Host was very communicative, giving us heads up on routine maintenance of things, but didn't interrupt our stay at all. Having direct access to beach with private pool was perfect for our very active kids. House was neat, felt clean, and felt like a beach home. Would visit again!

Our stay at the condo and having Dally as a host was beyond remarkable. The place had everything we needed and more, and the location on the beach is heavenly. We had a number of hiccups during our trip, and Dally went above and beyond to help us. We are a family of four with two young sons and my boys loved the place and all it had to offer. Tears were shed when it was time to leave! We will be booking this place again when we return to the island!
