We enjoyed our stay very much.

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet! Franz hat an viele Details gedacht, das haben wir gemerkt - Schokoladenosterhasen 🙂, Wasser, Soda, Milch, Käse ... und die hilfreichen Anleitungen. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Check-in einfach: Schlüsselbox mit Code. Lage: Da zu unserer Zeit die U6 wegen Reparaturarbeiten nicht bis nach München-Hadern fuhr, haben wir die Buslinien 54 (H Aurikelstr. 5 Min. Fußweg) oder 56 (H Marchioninistraße 18 Min. Fußweg) genutzt, um mit einem Umstieg in die U6/U3 in die Stadt zu kommen. Die Variante Marchioninistraße ließ sich gut mit einem Frühstück im Café Widmann verbinden. Mit Bus X6 und U4/U5 kommt man auch gut in die Stadt. Vielen Dank an Franz!

Sabeeka and her husband made us extremely welcome and helped out enormously by driving us to and from a lakeside restaurant as well as to and from the train station. Even helped out by buying us supplies for breakfast.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage. Haus ist großräumig und gemütlich, hat alles was man brauchen könnte.

Oh and the beautiful view which took our breath away every day. The gentle jingling of cow bells was so relaxing too. You have a really beautiful and homely home, which enabled such a relaxing stay! The sauna was such a welcome touch for my eldest daughter and I. Your home was spotlessly clean and everything we could want for to cater for ourselves was there. Thank you so much again from the bottom of our hearts for such a magical stay! We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay! The space was immaculately clean, and the location was both peaceful and breathtakingly beautiful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Markus. Nos hôtes ont été super précis et communiquants avant notre arrivée. L’immense ciel bleu nous a accompagné toute la semaine pour découvrir cette belle région, quelle belle semaine en famille !

Exceptional house with great accommodations. Easy access from Munich by car or train. The lakeside community is beautiful and very tranquil. Will definitely use again.

We came to Munich for Oktoberfest and we could not have been more pleased with our stay at Rainer’s beautiful house. Rainer was there to personally greet us and show us around the property. The home was perfectly clean and the neighborhood was so peaceful. Walkable distance to many things. I would absolutely recommend this as a place to stay and would love to return someday.

We felt like VIP’s in this lovely home- we were greeted with pairs of slippers and German cookies for everyone! It is a spacious and pleasing environment, with luxury touches everywhere, providing ample gathering areas for our family of six adults, but also affording guest privacy. Even in wintertime, the garden was beautiful, and in warmer months, the balconies and patio would expand the living space even more! Hohenbrunn is a quiet, quaint community with a great Bavarian restaurant, and the train to anywhere you want to go in Munich or surrounding areas is just a block away. Chris and Birgit are thoughtful hosts.

Such a beautiful home! We had our family reunion here and everything was so perfect. The home was clean and spotless. It had everything that we needed. It had beautiful furniture and decor , and felt very spacious! There was a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and heated floors for the cold weather. Our kids loved the fenced in front and backyard and spent a lot of time playing outdoors. It was very safe. It was a nice and quiet area, but had plenty of restaurants, grocery stores , and the train station within walking distance. Sabine was so nice and accommodating. We will definitely be back again the next time we go to Germany. Thank you for the hospitality!

Everything was perfect, we highly recommend it to everyone without hesitation. The host was very helpful and the accommodation was very comfortable.

When you look at the pictures of a place, you always assume and prepare yourself for worse. Because, you know, pictures could be deceptive. But, this place, the pictures are not enough to show how cozy, comfortable and useful it is! And me and my family are so grateful for such a nice and helpful hospitality to our host Steffi.

Unsere Zeit in Waltersberg bei Georg und seiner Frau war unglaublich schön. Der ehemalige Kälberstall ist mit so viel Liebe zum Detail und hochwertig umgebaut worden, der Garten ist einfach entzückend und der Blick über die Wiesen in die Berge unbezahlbar. Georg und seine Frau sind die herzlichsten Gastgeber, die man sich vorstellen kann. Man wird bei Nacht und Nebel auf der Dorfstraße in Empfang genommen, damit man nicht lange nach dem Haus suchen muss und bei der Abreise mit Gastgeschenk bis zum Auto gebracht und herzlichst verabschiedet. Dazwischen liegen Tage, in denen Georg immer mal wieder dezent seine Hilfe, Rat und Ausflugstipps anbietet, man aber ansonsten völlig ungestört ist.

We spent 4 days in the région of Murnau and it was delightful: nice walks, nice visit of Munich, nice place. The house is confortable, and everything as announced. We spent 4 great days in family in that place. Thanks!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Dagmar war sehr angenehm. Sie ist eine freundliche und Herzensliebe Gastgeberin, bei der wir uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt haben. Vor unserer Anreise hatte ich eine Frage, die Dagmar schnell beantwortet hat. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend mit guter Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, sodass man die Innenstadt problemlos erreichen kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Excellent house in a quiet and peaceful location yet a short drive to all the attractions in Munich. The house is extremely well equipped for large groups and families as well. The hosts are proactive and take special attention in making sure guests are comfortable and are having a nice stay. I would highly recommend this airbnb and will gladly visiting them again. Great location for the Messe and concert, easy train access into Munich, lots of shops, cafes, restaurants close by. Spacious house, quiet and comfortable

Sabrina und Simon waren sehr freundlich und haben es beim Bau und der Inneneinrichtung verstanden, Moderne und Tradition zu verbinden. Sie ware super Gastgeber, bei denen man sich einfach wohl fühlt. Von Großweil aus sind viele Seen erreichbar. Wer die Berge und Ruhe schätzt, ist hier goldrichtig.

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind) waren für eine Woche in der Unterkunft. Die Räume sind definitiv größer als sie auf den Bildern aussehen. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und oft in der Sauna entspannt. Mit dem Auto waren wir flexibel und schnell an unseren Ausflugszielen. Wir können die Ferientenne absolut zum erholen empfehlen.

This is a cute and cozy cottage, not far from the train station (12 or so minutes by foot), the lake (maybe 5 to 7 minutes), a grocery store (7-10 minutes), and a bakery (5-7 minutes). The hosts stopped by on our first evening there and gave us some delicious apple cider they made themselves. They also provided eggs when we asked about them, which were a tasty breakfast one morning. Hosts were super repsponsive whenever we had a question. Note that there is a foot path directly down the street from the house with easier access to the stores and older parts of Dießen, but which doesn't appear on Google Maps. Some highlights: Getting visited by the neighborhood cat as well as the ducks and chickens (they came up to the patio door). Christmas dinner in the living / dining room that we cooked in the well-stocked kitchen. A lovely walk down by the lake on Christmas day. We will have very fond memories of this Christmas!
