This place was great for our family. We got a unit close to the pool (which is heated, and has a kiddie pool next to it) and spent a lot of time with our daughter going back and forth. It's close enough to The Village that we were able to enjoy the lake, restaurants, and shopping without much of a drive. We will definitely be back!

This place is so cute a cozy! It worked well for my little family (kids 6 and 4, my husband, mini labradoodle). Lance went above and beyond to make sure we got settled. He checked on us throughout the stay, which made us feel welcomed. The place is pristine! First Air bnb unit that is actually CLEAN. We walked on the floor barefoot and our feet remained clean. I have high expectations when it comes to cleanliness and I will say this is the first place where I felt at home because nothing grossed me out. Water pressure is great and water gets warm quick. There were board games for the kids and a first aidkit, which was convenient as I did need to use it. The location is great but if you’re trying to get to Snow Valley or Big Bear you must leave early. Lake Arrowhead is awesome with a very friendly neighborhood! We appreciated the high quality kitchen utensils. The fire alarm is hyper sensitive so be sure to open windows when cooking! Neighbor offered us a fan to clear the air.

Kiro was an exceptional host! He responded promptly to all our questions and needs, making our stay seamless and stress-free. The cabin itself was incredibly cozy and perfect for a relaxing getaway. We really enjoyed our stay here! It’s a cute little home with all the amenities you may need. The place is cozy and very modern. I would definitely recommend if you are visiting the University as it’s a short walk!

Silva’s place was very charming and comfortable! It had everything my husband and I needed. It was super clean. Best of all it was close to downtown Riverside. And close to restaurants, grocery stores, and museums. Silva was a super host and always responded quickly to my questions.

Large beautiful home. We were coming for my grandfathers celebration of life and Paul’s home was close to our venue and large enough to host family that was coming in from out of town. His house looks just like the photos and is on the water. I wish the weather was warmer so we could’ve taken advantage of enjoying the outdoor space. Place was definitely a gem in San Bernardino. Very nice very clean. Great hosts would definitely return again at first I thought it wasn’t going to be private, but that fence did the trick me and my wife absolutely enjoyed our stay. God bless you guys.

Yuriy’s cabin in Big Bear was fantastic! We stayed 3 nights and absolutely loved it. It was super clean and had SO MANY amenities! Those include a hot tub, sauna, gas grill, outdoor heat lamp, a ton of board games, and a Nintendo Switch with a few games. There were plenty of blankets, towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. The spot to put our snowboards after boarding was really convenient. The central heating, space heaters, and laundry on premises was also great. The place was so cozy and comfortable (including the amazing couch)! We did bring our two small dogs with us, and the fenced in yard made that very nice and convenient for them to run around without worrying about traffic. There was no snow on the ground or street when we arrived, but the last night we were there it hailed, and then snowed, but it was not a problem at all. Yuriy was professional, courteous, respectful of our privacy, eager to help, and very responsive to any inquiries. We will definitely be booking again!

This home was in a great location. Everything was accessible and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Per was so nice and if I had a question, he answered very quickly. I would highly recommend this home.

We absolutely loved it there! We were looking for a place to stay for our family vacation where we would feel at ease and comfortable and this place absolutely nailed it! And the place was so beautifully furnished and decorated. Also we had enough space, since the place had a big living / dining room and kitchen.

It was really nice and open and clean, looked under the beds and there was trash under it. Despite the little things, there was clean towels, clean bedding and the bunk beds there was a lot of space, i think it may be a queen size. It was decent price but the time we booked it i just wish the last room wasnt a bunk bed. It was in a really nice area. nice and private lots of parking. Communicating to the host was really easy and clearly communicated, how to gt there and get into the place

Thank you for an excellent stay! We were able to host family for my sisters wedding nearby and the place was fully stocked with things to do and amenities. Loved the bathtub in the master and the layout of the house let multiple people feel like they were in their own zones of the house. Very comfortable bed and couches nice 65 in tv also tvs in each bedroom all have prime and all the movies you want to watch. Nice bbq with patios and great pool and spa. I will definitely be staying here again when in big bear.

We had a great time staying at Leanne’s apartment - the place has a beautiful view and lakefront access, and is a short walk away from the Village shops & restaurants. Well stocked kitchen and everything was clean and tidy when we arrived!

Had to change from a different reservation last minute and Nancy was more than accommodating! Place was clean and comfortable. Kids had a blast playing uno and foozball…. They didn’t want to leave! Bathrooms even had fancy toilet paper bows and the toilets had the paper wrappers to show they were clean like a hotel. Would stay again!

es un lugar tranquilo y muy recomendable para estar con la familia, tiene vista del lago y está cerca de un parque, cuenta con espacio para estacionar el auto. las camas y almohadas fueron muy cómodas, cocina con los elementos suficientes para cocinar, pero también hay muy buenos restaurantes cerca por si lo deseas. la limpieza del lugar cuando llegamos era excelente
