Loved this place so much! From the moment I walked in I felt right at home. Daniel was quick to answer any questions I had. Location was accessible to a few great areas of Charlotte, parking was easy, place was comfortable and clean. No complaints at all, and excited to return sometime! Actually I was sad when this place wasn't available for my next trip to Charlotte. First AirBnb that I've missed when I left.

We had a fabulous family vacation! The house was comfortable and we enjoyed lots of fishing off the dock.

Review Title: Perfect Lakefront Stay for a Multigenerational Family Our family, spanning three generations, stayed at this beautiful lakehouse over New Year’s, and it was truly the perfect getaway. From retired grandparents to working professionals, two small children, and even our dog, the house had something for everyone. The lakefront views were stunning, providing a peaceful backdrop for morning coffee and evening conversations. The house was thoughtfully equipped with modern conveniences, making it both comfortable and functional. It truly felt like a home away from home, with cozy spaces to gather, a well-appointed kitchen, and plenty of room for everyone to relax. The owners clearly take pride in the property, and the attention to detail was evident. Whether it was enjoying family meals together, taking in the serenity of the lake, or simply spending quality time, this house offered everything we could ask for. We left with wonderful memories and would highly recommend!

The host provided a guest book with a lot of helpful information. Great communication. Very responsive. Very happy with our stay.

Very quiet neighborhood. Easy access to freeway. Very friendly neighbors. Asked for later check out and had problem with getting it approved. You might need to bringing simple daily little things like dish soap, air freshener…etc., or make sure to ask if it’s there…

I would give this place 10 stars if I could! We booked a last-minute stay with our two dogs and foster dog. Our dogs are too crazy for the foster dog, so it was nice that the house was large enough we could easily keep the dogs separated. All the dogs loved the fenced yard. Brent and Tabitha were very sweet and communicative. They provided snacks, coffee, tea, and a helpful guidebook. Super bonus...they had a brand new sponge in the kitchen, which isn't the standard for all Airbnbs. The house was very clean and obviously renovated, but is not a generic Airbnb with no character. It is apparent that the hosts care about their place. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything. Check in was a breeze, and there is plenty of space to park in the driveway.

Jayne was a great host. Her house was very lovely and clean. Great location with lots of trees and very centric yet private from all the noise. Also located beside a park for children and greenbelt to walk and jog for miles.

Great place, easy check in, close to mountains, peaceful and serene. Great value. Would stay there again!

Loved staying at this condo complex. Beautiful boardwalk on the lake that we walked on each day, close to the wedding venue we had events at and accessible to main road with plenty of restaurants and stores. Katie was very responsive as well and made the check in/check out process easy. We had a dog with us who would bark when someone was walking by outside which was out of character for him and a neighbor did submit a noise complaint. Katie was great about it, asking us to be more mindful but letting us know barking from a passerby is accepted but excessive barking won’t be if it continues. So if you plan to stay here and have a hyperactive dog, you may want to plan for how you’ll best control the situation (shut the blinds if you leave or don’t let them access the front bedroom where they can see the front walkway). One of my favorite stays so far. The condo is so cute and I love the decor. For a few days I felt like an uptown girl living in chic urban studio. The surrounding area is beautiful and walkable, and the free parking spot was super convenient. I would definitely stay here again!

The pictures do not do this cabin justice! It is absolutely beautiful. Erin is an amazing host! She went above and beyond for us and we had the most amazing stay! I would definitely recommend this cabin and anything that Erin host worth it!

Beautiful residence, and so many hidden gems in the residence as well as thr backyard. I will be rebooking for the future. it is literally minutes from everything uptown ( downtown) restaurants and activities literally down the street without any of the noise of the city. Phenomenal residence and backyard, is a jewel.

We had a wonderful time staying at Suzanne’s place! It was stunningly beautiful and so comfortably outfitted. She was very communicative and so welcoming. We enjoyed meeting her and the 4-footed friends on the property. We will definitely stay again!

This place exceeded our expectations!! The pictures are on point! Ranin gave clear instructions on how to get in. Because of the weather, I was told that we could not enjoy the pool. HOWEVER... I got a call saying the pool guys would be outside would try to heat the pool. Yes.... heated!! They definitely went about and beyond. I only got to stick my legs in because that Charlotte wind was so disrespectful!! lol But just the effort was enough for me. I took full advantage of the beautiful bathroom in the master suite. Just look at the pics goodness!! You will absolutely love this place. I could say so much more. Definitely worth looking into.

I’ve stayed here multiple times in the past 6 mos while working at Rutherford Regional Hospital. It’s always been a wonderful place to stay and with the fenced in back yard it’s perfect for my dog.

The Host was wonderful and helpful. Everything went smooth. I enjoyed my stay and definitely will recommend to others. The price was affordable and reasonable for the space that was provided. Thank you for making my stay so easy. Great Home !

Lisa was a very responsive host and we appreciate that the property is dog friendly! The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary items for our stay and the bathrooms were pristine. It's a new home, so everything is spotless and comfortable. The host lives on site, but we barely heard them while we were staying there.

This was a wonderful place to stay! Came for a couples ski weekend and it had everything to make that easy and affordable. It was close to both the best rental shop in the area and the 2 ski resorts in Banner Elk. Hosts were very nice, accommodating, kept the place nice and provided plenty of details to make our stay easy and without worries. I will definitely consider renting again!

Perfect house for Valentine’s Day surprise trip!! Probably the best relaxing vacation I been on in a while. Had more than needed at the house to make the stay comfy and enjoyable. Will definitely visit again😊

Great bungalow just a few minutes from downtown blowing rock. It was very clean, very private and very peaceful. Blue ridge rentals were very helpful as well.

Felt like home with all the amenities. Close to ski slope and also to grocery store. Made sure they put salt on steps so we would not slip.

Our stay at Diane’s cozy spot on Lake Norman was the perfect experience for a mother/daughter/sister 2 night stay. The weather was absolutely beautiful mid October and the full moon put on a show on the lake. Diane was attentive, quick to respond (we had no issues) when I had questions and our space was clean, well stocked and furnished.
