Apartment was exactly as described. The host was very responsive to any questions and needs we had. There was a change to the original unit we booked but the host made sure to reach out to notify us of the change and the need to change apartments. We will definitely book again if we’re in the area in the future.

This place was exactly what we needed. Plenty of room, nice kitchen, and very clean restrooms. Every place we needed to go was less than 10 mins away. Will be staying again when we are in the area again!

I had a fantastic stay! The host was incredibly responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. The location is quiet, secure, and within a gated community, making it feel extra safe and peaceful. It’s close to good restaurants and grocery stores, which is convenient. I truly enjoyed my time here and can’t wait to stay again!

Nice clean, roomy space. Easy parking. Excellent location if happen to be birding the abundant Lower Rio Grand Valley sites. Great host communication and check in. Thank you Alejandro.

Stayed at this property for a little over a month and never had any issues. The apartment is nice and bright during the day and feels like home. It was well stocked and items were thoughtful to a guest. It was convenient to have laundry located in the apartment, as well as the ability to cook for myself with a kitchen stocked with cookware items. Having a private balcony with a higher view of the city was relaxing. The bed and couch were very comfortable and the apartment was spacious. It is in a great and safe location with almost anything you need down the street. The security staff members were kind & personable. The host, Griselda, was great throughout my extended stay. She was easy to contact and was helpful with any needs or questions. I would recommend this property to others and hope to be back next year.

Best place for the price point. Bilingual communication. Nice sizes kitchen. Very quiet, could not hear the neighbors.

Very homey, cozy, and clean. My mom is picky and points out everything she doesn’t like but she did NOT point out a single thing during our stay! We loved and hope to stay again in the future.

My family and I enjoyed getting away for a relaxing visit at the Lavender Home. Trudy was amazing, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. I can't wait to return.

Had a great time. hector was always responsive and helpful, and very accommodating for check in/check out times when my flights were delayed. House was clean and came equipped with the necessities. exactly as depicted. i’ll likely visit again next winter. lots of good food and golf in the area.

Nos la pasamos super bien. Ibamos con 3 niños y se la pasaron super bien con las amenidades del condominio. El airbnb estaba super limpio y bonito. Sin duda regresaré. Gracias!!

Nothing but good things to say about this space. We were very lucky to have found this place. A last minute booking and Claudia was very responsive to our last minute request. The place was beautiful and spotless. Comfortable beds. Comfy Couch. Cold Fridge. Would definitely stay here again!

Place was nice, and has everything we need. Place is centrally located for the things we wanted to do. Ruben was very responsive and very flexible with checking in. His responsiveness and flexibility is something that really worked for us.
