Nice little beach shack. Clean, tidy and comfortable inside. Aircon in the bedrooms was good. And it was fun playing pool downstairs. Great views of the beach out the front and of the creek and hills out the back. A very beautiful and peaceful spot to spend the weekend. Thank you, we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful apartment right on the foreshore. Walking distance to everything you need. Very comfortable accomodations. Kate was very lovely and communicative.

Large apartment in the centre of Yeppoon with good views over to the Keppel Islands. The apartment is bright and airy and had everything we needed, and more, for our 3 night stay in Yeppoon. The balcony is a lovely place to sit and relax and enjoy sundowners and an evening meal. The apartment is close to the main beach and restaurants - all within easy walking distance. Jacqui is a very helpful and responsive and made us feel very welcome.

Location and Views! This was a blissful 4 days right on the beach in this comfortable holiday house with the best verandah in Queensland. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, situated beach front with a huge rear yard, very well fenced (kept our dog Ted secure in between long walks on the miles of sandy beach). Looks unassuming until you get up the stairs to the verandah. We spent hours in the comfy chairs on there, watching the sea and the birds. Didn't try the open air clawfoot bath - would be ideal in the winter though. We had great weather, but it wouldn't have mattered if it had been rainy. Was a perfect fit for a couple and a dog, but there was another bedroom if needed. Yeppoon seems to be booming, and there is plenty of choice for eating/drinking out, if we could only have torn ourselves away from that view. Perfect spot. Strait across the road from the beach. Walking distance to everything. We will definitely be back.

We had a fabulous time using Mark's place as a base for exploring the region. The house was clean, the beds comfortable and the proximity to the beach was a huge bonus for us. The Sister's Coffee Shop was a wonderful cafe within walking distance and we had a great surprise finding a fresh pineapple cart as we walked home with the most delicous pineapple ever.
