Loved this place! A few colleagues and I decided to stay in this condo while at a conference at the resort and it was totally worth it! We saved money, had room to spread out, maintained our privacy, and it was a quick drive to our meetings. Great cozy spot on the mountain. Easy parking, cable tv, comfy beds, and a nice hot tub. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our time at the ski house! It was very well equipped with everything we could’ve needed. The main living space was stunning with the high ceiling, wood stove, and wood features. The rooms were cozy and beds were comfortable! We would definitely stay again.

Super great spot! Loved it and plan to be back! Ski in/out for sure when snow permits. We didn’t get that luxury but it was still just a short drive. Loved this spot!

Great stay for a larger group of people. Check in and check out were very simple. The place was clean, the kitchen was stocked with pots/pans/dishes/utensils, and each bedroom was very comfy.

This house was perfect for three generations of our family. The babies could sleep peacefully on the top floor and bottom floor, while the rest of the family hung out on the two middle floors. The playrooms for kids and adults were a big hit. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all our meals, including lots of pantry space and table seating for 14 adults and four babies. The two high chairs were well used, as was the pack and play. Plenty of parking for all our cars. Short drive to hiking, a little bit longer to the grocery store! Great house for a multi-generational stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was fine & place was as described. We were disappointed because fireplace didn’t work & when we inquired we didn’t receive a response. There was a lock on it so we didn’t try.

The place was great! It was super spacious and in a great location. Super close to the lodge and you are right on the golf course. The 24/7 shuttle was an amazing plus to this place. 10/10 definitely will book again.

This was a nice spot to stay off the beaten path. The creek in the backyard was fun, especially after a heavy rain filled it up. We played in it with the kids one afternoon which was a great time. All of the appliances were clean and in working order. We had firewood in case we wanted to have a fire, multiple tanks of propane for the grill, and if you are a ski group. there is a TON of ski stuff offered for use. Even though you are out in the woods, the hosts are responsive to needs, and there are friendly neighbors near by too! I would absolutely recommend this place to folks looking for an alternative to a hotel with the benefit of multiple rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and yard space. You cannot beat it for the price.

My party of 13 had a great stay here during our Seven Springs ski trip! The kitchen is well stocked and clean. We also appreciated that the driveway had been cleared for easy parking access. The basement level was a bit chilly but there was a space heater provided that worked great! We did seem to run out of hot water with our large group showering all at once but if you wait an hour or so then it's fine. Overall, a very nice home!

The bathroom and kitchen were well-stocked, and the house was spotless and nicely decorated. The rear parking was on the grass, but it was spacious and trouble-free. I would recommend Lydia's place if you want privacy.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property was very clean and well equipped.

As always we enjoyed our stay at the Roost yet again. Our host is very accommodating and responsive to all of our inquiries.

This sweet cabin was adorable! Easy to get to seven springs resort for a quick getaway weekend. I was able to save money by cooking breakfast and dinner in the kitchen , 3 teenage boys were able to sleep comfortably and hangout in the loft upstairs,living room was easy to relax and watch tv in, beds were comfortable and place was clean. Thanks again Alison!

Our family of 8 really enjoyed a weekend at George and Joy's cabin in the woods. There was so much space for everyone to use independently and also to come together to hang out as a family. George and Joy were particularly helpful in communicating with us before and during our stay to make sure everything went perfectly. The cabin is very cozy, in a beautiful and peaceful setting, and the bedrooms are perfect if you have a big family. The arcade game was also a hit for our boys! We look forward to coming back soon!

Earle’s place was exactly what we needed! A perfect little cabin for our friends to reunite and spend time together and on the mountain. We even had some trouble with a blizzard (lol) and Candace was very responsive with sending someone to help us get our car out of the driveway. The best part is that our friendly neighbors actually towed us out before we could even finish speaking to Candace about needing someone and her person came anyway to just help with snow. Great people and great neighborhood.

John provided all of the necessary information before the stay. The home actually had a generator which was amazing because we did lose power for a short time due to a storm. He was very responsive and helpful!

Mint-to-be was a great place to stay while my son was wrestling for states at PJWs. It was a 30 min drive from Johnstown which was perfect for us. Anni is the perfect host with friendly communication and flexibility. The place was appointed well with every necessity one might want or need. I’d stay here again if and when in the area. So grateful for Anni’s hospitality and kindness while staying at her place.

Second time renting with Michael. Would highly recommend. His home is great, very spacious, has all the amenities we could ask for. Will probably rent again next year!

Had a wonderful weekend stay here. Comfortably fit a larger group of people. Host was responsive and everything was as listed/pictured. Would recommend!

We had a great stay - Amenities as listed and comfy atmosphere. Head on over to falls city pub for great food and an excellent beer menu. Shopping nearby is limited in the winter season, so try and come prepared with food, but regardless it was an awesome house!

Our family came together for our annual Christmas weekend get together at Thomas' home. Our children live in Philadelphia and Ohio and we are in Pittsburgh. Everyone LOVED this home and we had the best weekend. The home was decorated for Christmas WITH a Christmas tree! Made it nice for the young ones to open presents under! There are so many amenities here. The multiple living areas were amazing, especially with 6 grandchildren all under the age of 6! Our children enjoyed themselves so much that they have requested to come back here again next year! We highly recommend Thomas' home.
