Me and my family had the best time at Chalet du lac! The views are just amazing and there was everything you needed to relax and have some fun. The family particularly enjoyed “the temple bar” it was a fab space to unwind with a few drinks and have a game of pool and darts. Both Richard and Sophie’s communication was excellent. Really helpful in suggesting places to eat and things to do in the local area. Anyone that books to go here wouldn’t be disappointed. Thanks again for a fab stay!

A gorgeous stay! Exceeded our expectations. All the nice little touches, like the freshly baked goodies, ample teas, coffees, hot chocolates and marshmallows, really added to the experience. The property is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is really peaceful and not far to walk in to Holmfirth centre. We would definitely visit here again!

Me and my colleague stayed here with work. Fantastic place to stay beautiful property, lovely kitchen and bathroom ,bedrooms good size nice big beds, lovely views. Lovely living room with a nice sofa, big tv good size table . Parking right outside the cottage on the drive and garden out the back with a table and chairs. The cottage is located down quiet country lane very peaceful , beautiful property inside and out .

The room was tidy and the sleeping quarters were extraordinary. My kids said that they had never slept better in their lives until then! The scenery was beautiful and the multiple activities such as the (out of tune but wonderful) piano, playground and solo tennis in the vicinity kept all of us company. The owners were super sweet and let us see the swans and ducks on our last day! 10/10, i would definitely come here again with more family members.

Cottage located on smallholding where you are entertained by the hens, cockerels, pigs and sheep! Feels remote and peaceful but within 10 mins drive of amenities. One bathroom, which was very accessible for someone with mobility issues. Lovely treats awaiting us on arrival. A warm welcome and great communication from hosts!

This was my favourite Airbnb so far it was absolutely beautiful, the barn has everything you need and the beds are super comfy with quality mattresses, duvets and pillows! Plenty of space for 6. Enclosed garden for dogs. We loved Richard's pet pigs who came to see us when they were let out ❤️ Thankyou so much we had a brilliant time x

An amazing accomodation to explore hebden bridge and the local area. Chloe had thought of everything, and the little details were fantastic, as was the Hot Tub! Couldn't recommend enough! Thankyou!

2nd time staying here. Great place to stay, lovely pub just down the road, Steves place is always clean looks just like the pictures and has a very comfortable bed. Thanks for having me again Steve.

Property was as advertised. Good off-street parking, large garden (perfect for playing with our dog) and the house was clean and had most things we needed. The property is also in a good spot close to shops and restaurants.

Amazing stay at Jo’s. Great comms beforehand. Excellent, private location in Beeston. A few mins walk to supermarkets, shops and tram stop. Appartment is exactly as listed with everything you need, including tea and coffee. Always responsive and helpful. Have already booked again.

We had an amazing time at this place, it was peaceful and the view is absolutely amazing. The old post house is fully stocked, we felt like every detail was thought about and Mike was a lovely and responsive host. Highly recommend

We spent a lovely 3 nights here with our 2 children (8 & 4) and our dog. The apartment was perfect, had everything we needed. Beds were super comfy & the whole place had a really homely feel to it. The hot tub was great, we also booked the pool on 2 of the days which was really easy and the kids loved having it to ourselves. We used the games room which had some really good equipment in it. The location was a few mins drive into Bakewell. Overall a great family friendly place to stay which we all loved and would happily stay at again.

Marshall was very responsive when we messaged him. the listing did say there was a parking space but it is now just parking on the road. Marshall was very quick in responding when we weren't sure where to park, there is a street just down the road with space for overnight parking. We had some difficulty entering the building (issues with keypad) but again Marshall was very quick to assist us to gain entry. Once in the apartment it had everything we needed to make a meal, the lounge was spacious and the sofa is comfy. The apartment was very clean and there were books if you wanted to read something. Very happy with our stay overall.

Paul was an amazing host and staying at berry bottom cabin rescued our holiday. our car had broken down on route to wales and we found ourselves stranded. so booked this at the last minute to try and use our holiday time from work. we loved staying there. I sat in the sun writing my book. it's an amazing place for creatives who want to work on projects away from the distractions of home life. also we went on the amazing walk to see the tw waterfalls that are so close by. there were baby lambs in the nearby fields. it was just magical. thanks for being an amazing host Paul and we hope to see you again soon. Such a great place to stay in Wirksworth. We were up visiting family nearby and have recommended Sarah’s glamping for any other visitors they have. Perfect for the children with the bunk beds, games and alpacas, just wish we had stayed longer! Thank you Sarah and family!

Second time I have stayed as it’s ideally located for a private quiet walking holiday for the Peaks. Staying again in June- can’t wait!

Absolutely loved our stay at the canal side cabin, will definitely return. One of the nicest places we have ever stayed, perfect for a peaceful getaway. Our daughter loved the playground and all the animals. Thanks to Rod for making us feel so welcome.

Hosts were super friendly and helpful, the site was in a great location for walks, hot tub had a great view. All facilities were clean and well taken care of. Would definitely stay again
