Gorgeous place. The design is chic and felt luxe yet homely. friendly farm cats and goats that the children loved playing with. Hot tub was excellent and warm, loved the fire pit and the log burner. Junction in pub which is a 5 minute walk was amazing - great home cooked food - and the best pies ever!! Sarah was charming and had great recommendations for anything you could possibly need. seriously considering returning in the summer also!

Such a rare find in such a beautiful location. We loved having nature on your doorstep and enjoyed how peaceful the surroundings are. The cabin felt like a home aways from home and the whole family enjoyed it, especially the dog. We were even lucky to see a few calfs that were only a few hours old in the barn.

Joanne was lovely and helpful. She accommodated a last minute request to set up a baby cot so we didn't have to bring ours. And the place is lovely. Beautifully appointed, spacious, and clean. Would definitely stay again

A very nice apartment at a fantastic location. Close to shops and tram-station. Maybe a bit for the center of town, but for us it was perfect. And Jo was a very proactive and responding host.

Great communication. Good location with some nice eateries locally and easy access into Leeds. Dedicated parking is a bonus. We stayed with an infant for a wedding in Leeds and it was an ideal base.

Fabulous place in the perfect location, easy access, privacy, loads of space. Was immaculate on arrival, lovely and warm and with everything we needed for a short break. Had our 2 dogs with us and its perfect for them.

If you're searching for a home away from home, look no further than Simon's place! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning location and Simon's lovely house. The views were simply amazing – especially with the property backing directly onto the Yorkshire Sculpture Park! Simon is a truly exceptional host. We felt instantly welcomed and at ease. Even our dogs felt right at home! When we inquired about a space for them to roam, Simon graciously allowed us to use his garden. Nothing was too much trouble, and his kindness made our stay unforgettable. The views alone are worth the price, but it's Simon's warm hospitality that truly sets this place apart. His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made our trip truly special. For a relaxing and memorable getaway with breathtaking scenery and a host who genuinely cares, we wholeheartedly recommend a stay with Simon. Thank you, Simon, for everything!

There was good communication prior to us arriving. The apartment was spotless, seems very new, everything was comfortable. Loads of space! There were four of us and it was anything but cramped. Even with double the number of people it would still feel extremely spacious. Amazing view from the balcony - we didn't go in summer but would be amazing to sit out there in the sunshine! You're quite near a main road but you don't hear it and it means you've got easy access to the towns, villages and countryside nearby. Perfect if you want to explore. If we're back in the area we'd definitely check to see if the apartment is available. Highly recommended.

Absolutely Beautiful spotless and comfortable apartment. Lovely quiet area and well furnished. Very spacious for an apartment.I had no issues at all and good WiFi. Kevin was very informative so i knew to bring my own towels and toiletries before arrival. Very clear directions and check in information. Thank you for a wonderful and peaceful Stay ! ☺️

We had three lovely days in this stunning cottage - can't wait to return. The views are incredible and we were lucky with the weather. The cottage is very cosy with top notch facilities and lovely decor - a very special place.

Beautiful little cottage - perfect place to stay for an adventure in the Peak District! Also great for dogs with baby gates installed to keep them downstairs, it’s lovely to have these things already in place!

We were so lucky with the weather that the beautiful garden and seating pod were a big feature of our stay as we were able to be out in the sunshine until it dipped behind the roof well after 7pm. The whole place was spotlessly clean, downstairs was one room that was kitchen /diner /lounge, quite adequate for our needs. Upstairs was huge, with a big bathroom, good size second bedroom and a master bedroom that made us exclaim ‘wow’ when we opened the door it was so spacious with a beautiful view over the surrounding countryside…and a comfy bed…lovely.

We had a wonderful stay at Sylvia's place! Absolutely beautiful location and the cottage was spotless and so comfortable. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches left in the cottage like a delicious home made cake, milk in the fridge and chocolates. We also loved the horses in the field next to the cottage who liked to come and say hello. Sylvia was so friendly and met us on arrival and as we left. would definitely come back!

The cottage was perfectly comfortable for my family of five. We enjoyed being immersed in the going-ons of a working farm, including all the sounds and smells. Our hosts, the people on the farm, and all the animals were lovely and welcoming.

quaint charming comfortable cottage in a lovely village walking distance to pubs and restaurants and beautiful lake with boathouse converted to a tea room overlooking lake. For us carparking was the only issue we had was trying to find a safe place to park and leave the car on returning to property due to narrow lanes and trying not to obstruct pathways for pedestrians as was busy with cars already parked but it did not spoil the lovely weekend we had there. Everyone you meet were very welcoming and friendly 😊

The most beautiful air bnb we’ve stayed in. Peaceful and private location. The sauna, jacuzzi and ice pool were amazing. Couldn’t recommend more!

Wow the photos do not do this lovely property and surroundings justice! A true walkers paradise with unbeatable views from the cottage. The cottage is lovingly decorated with everything you could need for a relaxing stress free stay. The comfiest beds we have stayed in, perfect for the best sleep after a long day exploring. The host is fantastic and so lovely with lots of local recommendations and on hand for anything you might need. We stayed here with our two girls who loved being able to go down from the private garden to feed the ducks in the mornings. We highly recommend the pub just a few minutes walk from the property and the Holme coffee house which has the added bonus of the friendliest dog. Overall a perfect stay made even better by such a brilliant host. We look forward to coming back to stay again!
