What a stunning little cottage. Great space for me, hubby and our dog. The cottage has everything you could possibly need and more. It was very comfortable and cosy and the attention to detail is amazing. The welcome basket was an added bonus and very much appreciated. It was just a 5 minute walk into the centre of Bedale and it has everything you need.

Absolutely stunning place! From outside - the beautiful, natural surroundings to the inside, stunning high end and luxurious decor. Nicola has thought of absolutely everything! We had everything we needed and more. Nicola was really responsive, friendly, and recommended local walks. Even gave us some extra supplies after a muddy day out! Would definitely stay again! we have just returned home after an amazing stay at Melanie's flat, the location is fantastic with the park just literally opposite, shops,take aways, places to eat just around the corner and the seafront and theme park literally a 5 minute stroll away. we came with our 2 children and they have also thoroughly enjoyed there stay at the flat! extremely clean and felt homely! all rooms immaculate and both bedrooms a good size! we will Deffo be returning in the future and Melanie was a fabulous host, only a message away and very catering, thank you for letting us stay in your amazing home! x

We stayed at Neil's place for a long weekend, it is ideally situated for fabulous walks with waterfalls. It is so well equipped, like home from home. My kids loved the table football, felt at ease with the hard floors and dirty dogs, the garage was a great drying place for the pooches. In summer the garden would be a beautiful place to eat and drink. I will definitely be back, such a gem!

We were able to have a family get together with loved ones we had not seen for a year. The perfect location with my special people in a spacious apartment overlooking the sea, I didn't want to leave!

Lovely modern house.. great social space layout downstairs. Martin was helpful and answered all questions I had quickly. Hot tub was great and garden was nice, secure too. Would 100% recommend this property for family break

Lovely, clean, spacious lodge in a lovely setting with a perfectly placed hot tub. The lodge meet all our requirements. Plenty of storage space, extra bedding provided and all the essentials. Highly recommended.

This is the second time staying at Debra's place. We couldn't wait to come back after the first time so didn't even look at any other places when booking. It's so cosy and feels like a home from home. Everything is always so spotlessly clean and there is always everything we need. Debra is a fab host and always responds when we have a question. The apartment is a perfect location to walk to town and to the local beaches. There is honestly nothing negative to say about this place. If you're planning to come to Seaham and go seaglass hunting then do not hesitate to book here. We can't wait to come back!
