I have stayed in AirBnB homes in California, Colorado, Texas and New Mexico. Knotty or Nice is the best I’ve experienced. The cabin was clean, bright and homey. I hope the next time we visit Ruidoso this cabin is available. Host was easy to reach and very responsive. Cabin was stocked with coffee and all essentials for a wonderful stay. Location is convenient and easy to reach. My friends and I are looking forward to our next stay.

Kevin was wonderful and his home was perfect for our stay. Walking distance to town and beautiful views.

Mark and Debi were very responsive when I had questions. It was a quick getaway for us and perfect for our first trip to Ruidoso. Authentic, rustic cabin experience and we even got to watch some elk grazing before it snowed yesterday!

Our stay at Larry’s cabin was absolutely wonderful! From the start, Larry was incredibly communicative and quick to respond to any questions, making the entire experience seamless. The cabin itself was beautiful—spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. But the real highlight was the view—immaculate and breathtakingly peaceful, the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be back!

We loved our stay at this cabin- there was lots of wildlife & the deck was so peaceful! Everything was great!!

First off we would like to appreciate that stay at your homie place. It was an experience! The cabin over all was huge and shareable. The heated floors was probably my favorite feature, was very amazed and pleased haha. I would recommend this Bnb to friends and family, very close to town also and that was a pro! The host also kept it cool and didn’t bother us, in fact they were super friendly and understanding towards situations such as being a little late. There’s just enough about everything in this home incase you forget to bring something from home. I would get again.

Great location

I had a great stay here. It was nice and cozy, with a beautiful setting. The host was very responsive to any questions I had. Very peaceful setting and close to lots to do in ruidoso. It was very easy to get to local grocery stores and other things, hiking, etc.
