Cindy’s Place was wonderful for what we wanted to do. My Son graduated from UF and we stayed there and relaxed. Great amenities (A bit cold for the Pool but beautiful Pool). Will come back!

My daughter and I stayed at Tara's home for HITS. This was the perfect home for us with our dogs. The commute to the show was just ten minutes. The home is beautiful with everything you would need. The pool is lovely with a fenced in yard that our dogs loved! Tara has a supply of pool floats for the kids to enjoy. The neighborhood is safe and great to take a walk or run around. I'm already requesting to rebook when I'm back in the area!

Nice stay. The golf course gets a tad loud during the day, but it comes and goes. Very active community. We felt right at home.

Ravit was a great host, I told her I may need to check in early because I arrive earlier than expected. She was able to accommodate me. I ended up running errands and checked in late anyway. It was nice to know that I could. House was immaculate. King size bed was extremely comfortable. I was here for business and I slept like a baby. I definitely recommend that you see it for yourself. The price was nice as well.

Brittany's place was everything I wanted to end and start the year!!! Everything was perfect there...had an amazing time and the view was beautiful My dog loved it!!! We had everything we needed Such a peaceful neighborhood The surroundings were so nice to drive around Hope I can come back soon!

Loved it. Had everything we needed for a softball weekend. Would book again!

This house was absolutely amazing! It was super clean, big and beautiful. The house is completely remodeled to perfection. It was fully stocked with everything you need. Kitchen fully stocked and so organized. Charging blocks in every spot, games for my little one but the adults really enjoyed the tabletop card game. We all sat around the beautiful family room and laughed for hours. The back yard is so big with a pool and fire pit. Very quiet neighborhood. Beds, pillows and linens were so comfortable. Host answered all questions within minutes. Not a single complaint. This house is being added to my wishlist on Airbnb and I hope it is available next time I am in Gainesville.

The house is ideally located near the Itchetucknee River, spacious, well-furnished, and equipped with a practical kitchen. CJ was always available and helpful, making it easy to address any questions. We had a wonderful weekend by the river, bringing friends together to celebrate our son's 7th birthday!

Location was off the main road and had plenty of parking with a nice patio area. Clean, plenty of space, and close to some great restaurants and the Florida Springs!

We loved our stay at the Mangrove. Plenty of space for us (2 couples) and conveniently located close to UF. Would definitely stay again!

Michael’s place was perfect for what we needed. It’s in the country with a decent amount of space outside for bonfires or hanging out. Had 3 beds and a couch, kitchen with the necessities, laundry and a couple of bathrooms that had towels and body wash. Michael lives in a house just behind the airbnb so you’ll see him as he works in the yard and his dogs will come greet you. There is plenty of parking space even for a truck and trailer plus a couple cars. The house was simple but tidy. And for cave divers it’s in a central location to some of Florida's best known cave systems.

Absolutely wonderful host. Home fit all 8 of us verryyyy comfortably. 0 issues. Everything went as smooth as could be.

Home is just as described! Some friends & I stayed here for a concert in Gainesville and it was everything we needed for the night. Marlon was so proactive & informative we didn’t even have to reach out. Would stay here again! 🥰

This is a great house in a perfect location for us. It was as described and had very comfortable beds and linens. Great for families.

Great value for a weekend on a budget. House was clean and easily accessible. Furniture/ decor is dated, but clean. Perfect rental when you’re looking for a place to stay without paying a fortune.

Didn’t end up staying with Jeff due to an error in the Airbnb system. But he had great communication and gave me a full refund. Will stay with him in the future if I get the chance.

Great place to stay, especially if you’re in town for an event at UF. We came in town for the LSU Florida game and it was super convenient for a game day weekend. Just a short uber ride into the stadium. Lots of restaurants around as well. The home was spacious and would easily accommodate a good size group. The hosts were even so nice as to bring us a bottle of wine before our late arrival. We would definitely stay again!

Absolutely wonderful time! So peaceful and beautiful. Heard owls and coyotes, saw countless birds and deer. Would be perfect for families since there are so many activities provided. We did not want to leave and will be back for sure 🥰

This home was a great place for animals fenced yard and down the street was apart to walk them very animal friendly.

My family really enjoyed our stay! When the host said peaceful he means it. The teenagers enjoyed the disc golf and poker table. We would definitely stay again and recommend our friends and family visiting the area to stay there as well. Host was very responsive when we needed anything. 10 out of 10 we would recommend!

My family and I stayed overnight, heading to Miami. This is the only airbnb that was handicapped accessible. Everything was PERFECT!! My mom really enjoyed her stay. (It was her first time staying in an Airbnb ❤️) I would definitely recommend and stay there again. 5star experience. Everything was amazing!! Kudos to you Carrol.
