Great place to stay nice quiet area but not too far from town. Comfy beds and the hot tub is an added bonus.

I was staying away due to work, the place was lovely, clean and Svetlana was friendly, booked again for later in the month. Highly recommend.

Lovely, homely cottage in a great location for exploring the rest of the Cotswolds. The Killingworth Castle (cosy local gastropub) is just a 5 min walk away from the property. A perfect base for a long weekend in the country.

Myself and some friends stayed for the weekend.. it’s a fabulous converted barn.. very spacious, immaculate and very well equipped! The hot tub was super with lovely views over the countryside and a great walk to a nearby pub.. Helen was a great host, happy to help and we would love to return! Lo

Beautiful cottage , warm and cosy and very quiet and private.

A perfect ‘half-way’ point for our family to get together to surprise my Dad on his 80th Birthday! Stunningly beautiful converted mill, with everything we could possibly need for our family of 10. The feature illuminated mill-workings were a lovely focal point. Warm and cosy with the log burner, well equipped kitchen, spacious, comfortable living space and bedrooms. Beautiful low character ceilings (challenging for my 6’4” Brother-in-Law!!!!) The hot tub was a perfect added bonus, a steamy soak when it was -1° outside, listening to the sheep and river cascade and at night the colour changing lights, where relaxing while watching the starry sky. We would LOVE to stay here again, all 10 of us (aged 8-80 years old) enjoyed our stay. The Victoria Sponge Cake, went down a treat-thank you!

We had a fantastic stay at Amy’s. The house is so lovely and really well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were incredibly comfy and there were nice thick towels. It’s well maintained and was very clean. The Christmas decorations made it feel like an especially cosy and festive stay.

What a fantastic place to stay. We felt right at home at Suzanne's cottage. Suzanne is an excellent host, was very proactive in her communication and we were offered flexible check-in and check-out. The cottage is really well furnished and equipped and is in a peaceful and traffic free location, but at the same time close to a number of eateries and having great transport links. We didn't need to use our car. We would love to return.

Miranda's cottage is very well situated and set up for doing as we did - enjoying the local area, taking advantage of hot summer days by the pool, and walking in the woods with kids. Highly recommended for families of 4 or even more if you're prepared to really use the space. My kids were very happy sleeping in the twin beds, and we were able to use every inch of the place.

We had a wonderful stay over the New Year’s Eve period. The property was exactly as described, and Carina was so friendly, proactive, and quick to respond in all our communications. The area is absolutely beautiful, even in the heart of winter, and it’s conveniently close to transportation into London. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway in a charming little property, I highly recommend this place!

Quiet village location. Super-friendly hostess. Immaculately clean. Warm with welcoming fireplace. Easy access to nearby pubs and villages including Banbury and Blenheim Palace.

À proximité des commerces et de la gare avec la district line qui amène directement dans le cœur de Londres. Le cottage est très mignon et bien équipé. Si je dois revenir à Londres, je repenserai à cette adresse.

Relaxed and quiet location, most easy-going and friendly hosts. Perfect location for Milton Keynes locations.

The living areas were perfect for our group of 6 friends with lots of seating space/ options. Also great to have lots of parking space for all. Very peaceful surroundings.

We had an amazing stay! The home was so comfy and relaxing. Loved being able to take the children and dogs for long walks. Lovely local pub nearby. Angie and Charlie were very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Such a perfect little escape! Cozy, super clean, and full of charm. Loved being able to stroll into the village in just a few minutes. The host was great and shared local tips. Would definitely come back – highly recommend!

A beautiful and idyllic country cottage. The interior was spacious, immaculately clean, and very well appointed. Olivia was friendly, responsive and welcoming. We felt warm and homey around a burning fire every night. The surrounding beauty and quiet was a long needed respite from city life—the perfect ending to our England trip.

Mary-Ann was so helpful prior to the stay giving recommendations about places to eat. As we were there during a storm, we lost electricity and Mary-Ann went over and above delivering extra blankets, food and hot thermos. She also checked on us in the morning and delivered hot breakfast. Simply amazing, especially when there was nothing she could do about the national electricity outage. We can't wait to come back!

A beautiful cottage in a small village just outside of Oxford. There are plenty of footpaths nearby which was great for the dog, and the study was a lovely place to work. Evie was really helpful and friendly

Hamis & Susie, what great hosts. We loved the cottage. It was spotlessly clean, spacious, and so comfortable when the fire was lite. The cottage is in a brilliant location. We stayed with two young kids and a toddler, Hamis & Susie had the house fully catered for them (cots, beds, wooden train set etc). All I can say is our hosts were excellent. We have very clear information & communication from Check in / to check out, they helped us immensely with local food recommendations, local kids attractions & entertainment, added benefits is that the cottage is just a 2 minute short walk into Windsor Great Park. We definitely recommend the gorgeous cottage and we’d definitely will stay again.

My family and I were in Esher visiting friends for the holidays and we couldn't have been happier with this cottage. It was beautifully decorated for the holidays and was a warm and inviting retreat from the British cold. It's very private, spacious (for our family of 4) and has all of the amenities that one would need for their stay. The communication process through the entire booking process and stay was excellent. If you are in the area and looking for a great rental, this is the place. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Second time of staying, as good as first time, James and team sorted out a few problems left from previous guests quickly and efficiently without fuss. Great stay. Thanks again
