Great flat. Very clean and welcoming. Close to local restaurants and lovely walks along the quay. Bonus was a secure place to leave our bikes!

We stayed here for 5 nights in May. We were 4 adults and the place was big enough for 8. Beds were comfy and the place was spotlessly clean. Quiet location and only 1 min walk to the shops. Car park on the next street. Good location for exploring the island. Would stay here again

Great place to stay, everything was in easy reach and walkable, beach, shops, town centre etc. clean, tidy, comfortable & clear instructions. would stay again.

Ideal location just opposite the beach & great walks. Great outside access to the apartment with table & chairs & another area for couch & seats plus the lazy spa. Easy access with everything on one level except for two steps from kitchen area to lounge so great for my sister who has mobility issues. We all throughly enjoyed our time here.

the view was amazing waking up to the sun on the balcony was amazing and the Barth was very hot and the lounge is bigger than I thought with plenty of room

Easily found just off the Main Street this cosy but spacious apartment was clean and equipped with everything you need. The hosts communication was great. Thanks for a fabulous stay.

We had a great stay at Ruth's place. Everything was as described and the flat was just as good as all the previous reviews have stated. The flat is very near to two pubs - the Spyglass and Kettle and the Commodore. The Spyglass has lovely seating outside and the Commodore has a very good menu. We had some great days out and were able to get the number 70 bus outside the apartment to some of them. Firstly, Hengistbury Head which only takes about 15 mins on the bus. There is a cafe there and another one on the other side where all the posh beach huts are. You can also pick up the same bus there to go to Christchurch which is only about another 10 minutes in the same direction. We also got the same bus into Bournemouth. Other recommendations are: Compton Acres which is a beautiful garden, set in woodland and Harry's Rocks which involves a pleasant one mile walk from Studland Car Park. I can't thank Carolyn enough, after finding out I was surprising my 12 year old son to a birthday getaway birthdays banners and signs plus sweets etc all put out for when we arrived! above and beyond for us. Carolyn was very responsive, informative and so kind. wonderful localaton, amenities etc. caravan was like home to home, well equipped and very clean. thank you again! highly recommend! 5🌟😁

We had an amazing stay at Matthew’s house for my best friends hen do. The house was beautiful, great location and Matthew was very responsive. Would definitely recommend and return to this house!

Fantastic accommodation in the heart of Swanage. Apartment is finished to a very high standard with beautiful décor. Everything works as it should and the under floor heating is a real treat in the morning when making breakfast!

A really well located little house. Small but enough room for our little family. Excellent location for the ferry and Yarmouth. Parking is a pain but the local carpark is not far and there is so much to do on the Island you could easily be out for the day or not bring the car. There were a few niggles with the house but Bree communicated really well and was super helpful. It had everything you could need to be self-sufficient for a few days stay. Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had a group of 10 of us, but could have easily had at least 13. The house was bigger than expected and presented fabulously! The host was really accommodating to us, allowing us some extra time for checkin and checkout, and always replied quickly with our queries before we arrived :) It is a good location between Southampton and Portsmouth, so we drove to Portsmouth on one day which only took about 20 minutes. We were overall very impressed with the home and would definitely return!!

We loved staying in Sian’s beautiful home-from-home. We had everything we needed and more. Lots of space and light with comfy beds & seating areas. A peaceful sun-trap outside. Close to the beach, and an easy seafront walk to town. We’d love to come back soon!

We had a great stay at Sarah's accommodation. It was perfect for us - two couples. Everything was spotless, modern and super-comfortable. Sarah was a great host & the chilled fizz & chocolate in the fridge was a lovely surprise. Would not hesitate to stay at Sarah's again & 100% recommend this lovely home. Thank you Sarah x

Great flat. This is the 2nd time I have stayed here and its ideal for local marina restaurants and ocean Village. Its easy to find and the onsite parking is great. Will be staying here again

We had a lovely time staying in Lymington, such a great area, so close to everything! The town is absolutely gorgeous, with lovely independent shops and cute coffee spots. It was also just a short walk to the beautiful marina and a quick drive to the breathtaking New Forest National Park. The flat was perfect and very pretty! Would defiantly like to come back x

저와 남편은 Steven의 숙소에서 1달간 머물렀는데 집처럼 편안 했어요. 타운센터와 비치는 걸어서 10분정도로 가까우며 레스토랑, 주변에 마트도 많아 생활하기에 매우 편리했어요. 저는 이곳에서 정말 좋은 시간을 보냈으며 본머스에서 숙소를 찾으시는 분들에게 적극 추천합니다. Steven 다시한번 배려에 깊은 감사를 드립니다.

David and Liz were incredibly helpful from the initial booking through to when we had left their property. They even posted a charger that we left behind which was incredibly thoughtful! Nothing was too much bother and nice touches such as a couple of beers and bottle of Prosecco in the fridge make all the difference. The property itself is a fantastic location and within easy reach of the beach and shops. Would stay here again and would definitely recommend.

This is the perfect place to stay in Swanage. The flat is easy to find and very central overlooking the square. Shops, pubs and restaurants are all across the road and it’s just a 2 minute walk to the beach. The fish and chip shop below the flat is really good! The flat is spacious, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The photos don’t do it justice. Andreas is a great host, really helpful and the communication was great. We had a brilliant weekend stay and would definitely return and highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing stay at Samantha's place! Communication was excellent from start to finish. The flat is truly beautiful - the photos don't do justice to how spacious and open the main rooms actually are. The location couldn't be better - just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to the New Forest. We were able to explore so many beautiful sights all within easy reach. The beds were very comfortable and all appliances were new and worked perfectly. We hope to return again soon!

We were blown away when we walked into the home. Perfect home for our family of 4! The kids loved the outdoor space and enjoyed some of the books that were available for bedtime. We really appreciated the spaciousness and also the Short walk to the seaside. Hope to return in the summer for a longer stay!

Just spent a lovely 4 days at the apartment which was perfect for our family of three. It had a great location being a short walk to the beach and close to useful amenities. We would love to come back and would highly recommend it to others.
