When you stay at an Airbnb there are always expectations about the space you’re staying in. Jennifer is one of the best hosts I’ve ever encountered. The house is charming and was in a great location for our visits to Cincinnati Children’s Hospital and visiting family North of Dayton. The house really felt like home and there wasn’t one thing I felt like I truly needed. I contacted Jennifer a couple of times during our stay and she is responsive and genuinely kind. For our family of five with an Airedale, this was perfect. What a great stay! 10/10 recommend.

Great stay in a very nice home and an easy walk to town!

The parking was important to us and there was plenty of room there for the trucks. The property, more importantly room situation was accurately decribed which we also appreciated. Beth was very responsive to any messages sent. overall great experience.

Went for a weekend getaway and ended up wanted to say longer. Beautiful and private place you won’t regret staying! Perfect place to take the family and get away!

I appreciate the responsiveness Grant and Rachel showed when we had questions. Instant and proactive! The place was adorably decorated and clean. I loved the location-- a few terrific runs by historic homes. It was an ideal setting for my daughter's soccer tournament at the Warren Sports Complex, and WAY better than a 3 day hotel stay. We will be back!

Bob and Sherry’s place was spacious, comfortable, felt private and peaceful. The kitchen was well stocked, which is always very important to me. We definitely plan to visit again when in the area.

A great home base for our daughters’ horse show at WEC. So close to the facility and with all the nice touches of home so we could enjoy some family time together in the evenings. Our hosts checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Looking forward to coming back in the warmer months and being able to enjoy the big back yard and shade trees.

This home was the cleanest and most well-appointed Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Everything we needed was already thought of by the host - robes and extra towels for the hot tub, coffee for the first morning, paper towels and dishwasher tabs etc. All the things that are so nice to already have there so I don't have to bring or remember them! I am very picky about cleanliness of bathrooms and bedsheets and here they were both up to my standard. Thank you Rebecca for a great stay!

I stayed at Tony’s place while in town for work. It has a comfortable bed and is in a quiet alley with one apartment next door. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook my own meals. I feel like it was a good price and would definitely stay again.

This little apartment was perfect for the weekend while we were in Wilmington visiting family. We enjoyed being walking distance from good restaurants/bars. Jessica was very friendly and responsive almost immediately to messages. I left a personal item in the apartment when I checked out and Jessica was very accommodating in getting it back to me, which I really appreciate. Jessica also dropped off extra linens during our stay. The shower has great (strong) water pressure. The bed was very comfortable and overall it was a nice stay.

Nana’s Nest is wonderful and cozy. Next time we’re in Wilmington we will look to stay here again.

We stayed at this beautiful unit in Washington Courtyard while visiting our son’s family. The accommodations were nice, clean and updated. The beds were comfortable. It is in a good location with easy access to some local restaurants, coffee shops, and an excellent ice cream place. It was also fairly close to the highway. We will definitely be back.

Perfect stay for the person or people who appreciate and love old homes

This our second time staying at April’s. The place was very clean and April is very responsive. The weather was beautiful for our stay. We enjoyed a great hike in the John Bryan state park. The restaurants are very good and walkable from Aprils place. She has a great place and is an exceptional host.

Best airbnb we've stayed at thus far! I couldn't have been happier. my family and I felt safe and were extremely satisfied with our our stay. place was clean and had catered to our every need. We honestly did not want to leave!

This is the second time we have rented from Heath and Trish and once again we have nothing but great things to say about them. We will continue to use them and recommend them to our friends travelling to the Wilmington area.

So clean and comfortable. This home was beautifully appointed and thoughtfully decorated. Newly renovated and impeccably maintained. Hosts are professiobal and helpful.

Once again lovely stay at the Tranquility. Location is wonderful and close to restaurants and WEC! Bed is so comfortable and much needed after a long day at the horse show. Communication was phenomenal and the place was so clean when we arrived. We had the best stay!
