We have stayed in a lot of Airbnb's and Alicia's was probably the cleanest we have had. The house is very cute with lots of historic detail. The town is quaint, and we enjoyed being close to the river. It was nice to walk the area and see the town charm. Alicia was very helpful and informative as we had bad weather rolling in while we were there. She sent emergency information in case it was needed while we were there. Our girls enjoyed the cute bunk bed nook and the "cuteness" to the space. We will definitely stay again if in the area!!

Loved staying here. Great location, clean, and very easy to communicate with host. Had everything we needed and will continue to come back in the future.

This our second time staying at April’s. The place was very clean and April is very responsive. The weather was beautiful for our stay. We enjoyed a great hike in the John Bryan state park. The restaurants are very good and walkable from Aprils place. She has a great place and is an exceptional host.

The hosts were extremely nice and helpful when we had a entry issue and during our pre-booking conversation. The kitchen was fully stocked as advertised and the bathroom was updated. It was a sweet place and very convenient with food within five minutes. We would happily book again with them.

When you stay at an Airbnb there are always expectations about the space you’re staying in. Jennifer is one of the best hosts I’ve ever encountered. The house is charming and was in a great location for our visits to Cincinnati Children’s Hospital and visiting family North of Dayton. The house really felt like home and there wasn’t one thing I felt like I truly needed. I contacted Jennifer a couple of times during our stay and she is responsive and genuinely kind. For our family of five with an Airedale, this was perfect. What a great stay! 10/10 recommend.

Three of us stayed comfortably for two weeks while horse showing at WEC. The house was exactly as shown in the listing and conveniently located for our needs. We appreciated how clean everything was. There were plenty of fluffy towels provided as well as a great washer and dryer. Mark was super nice and checked on us periodically to make sure everything was going okay. A great home base for our daughters’ horse show at WEC. So close to the facility and with all the nice touches of home so we could enjoy some family time together in the evenings. Our hosts checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Looking forward to coming back in the warmer months and being able to enjoy the big back yard and shade trees.

This home was the cleanest and most well-appointed Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Everything we needed was already thought of by the host - robes and extra towels for the hot tub, coffee for the first morning, paper towels and dishwasher tabs etc. All the things that are so nice to already have there so I don't have to bring or remember them! I am very picky about cleanliness of bathrooms and bedsheets and here they were both up to my standard. Thank you Rebecca for a great stay!

This is my second time staying here and I absolutely love staying when I come to Ohio. Joseph is kind and will respond fast to accommodate if anything comes up. He is constantly working on trying to do things better and improving his house for his guests! I would highly recommend this place to stay if you can!

So clean and comfortable. This home was beautifully appointed and thoughtfully decorated. Newly renovated and impeccably maintained. Hosts are professiobal and helpful.
