Bettys home was a wonderful place for our 7 family members to stay. It was very comfortable and well equipped, with thoughtful amenities and lots of room. The fenced in yard was great for our dog, and the neighborhood quiet and close to the lovely towns of Warwick and Sugar Loaf. Betty was extremely responsive and kind enough to let us check in a few hours early. We would definitely stay here again!!

The property was excellent, featuring a superb swimming pool area; the pool itself was exceptional and the price was justified. The house was clean. Hottube could be alittle more hotter though.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hava’s Airbnb! From the moment we booked, Hava was an incredible host—warm, welcoming, and unbelievably reachable. She responded to every question we had almost instantly, whether it was about check-in details or local recommendations, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free. The place itself was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described, with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. Hava’s communication stood out—she checked in to ensure everything was perfect without ever being intrusive. Her suggestions for nearby spots were spot-on, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about her guests’ comfort. We couldn’t have asked for a better host, and we’d love to stay here again. An amazing location when you want to get slightly off the grid for peace and tranquility. Everything you need to truly slow down, dial out and get peace, quiet and rest. An amazing spot for a weekend getaway. If you want to find yourself amongst serene surroundings and a quiet, private wooded area, this is the place. Just enough modern amenities to be comfortable, but just basic enough to make you slow down. Tanner the host was the most responsive and helpful host of any of the airbnbs we've ever stayed. Truly went above and beyond at every turn to make our stay as comfortable as possible. More than accommodating with every request.

Great place. loved the pool table, darts and shall shuffleboard. lots of good wineries and cider places within 25 mins. pennings is our fav. didn't use the hot tub so couldn't comment but looked nice and private. driveway is steep but easily driveable. recommended. also didn't have coffee filters and they paid for some to be delivered same day! sweet.

We had a great weekend celebrating our parents anniversary. The house was plenty big for all of us and the grounds are beautiful. Nathan was quick to respond when we had trouble navigating the AC and made sure we enjoyed our stay!

Lovely home, plenty of space. A little hard to get in and out of the driveway with the snow (even though they were very kind and plowed for us there was just too much snow). I recommend taking a car with 4wd if a snowstorm is supposed to come. Will return in the summertime!

We were absolutely delighted with this house. Lisa is an amazing host—always very attentive and with excellent communication. She is kind, cheerful, and that truly reflects in her home. Her house is simply beautiful, filled with wonderful details. There are all kinds of different mugs in the kitchen, collected from various places. Masks from all over the world. The house is colorful and full of life. The steam room and sauna worked perfectly. The beds were incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend this place, and without a doubt, I’ll be coming back soon—because I won’t be choosing any other house

Having a current child / Cadet at West Point and also another child / graduate of West Point , we always make it a point to stay at different Airbnbs in small towns around the USMA on both sides of the Hudson River . Melanie ‘s place was wonderful. Plenty of rooms/ beds for our Parent Weekend visit. Peaceful and safe location , yet a short 20 minute drive to the Academy . We felt right at home and look forward to staying at Melanie’s place again . The house was very clean and we had no issues at all !! Thank you

The walk from the street to the entrance door could be challenging for someone with physical limitations, and the room air conditioners were a little loud, but everything else was wonderful. The outside of the house does not represent the beautifully remodeled interior. Kitchen had all modern necessary appliances, cookware, utensils and dinnerware. Bathrooms were stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryers etc. Modern washer/dryer in the basement. Great sunrises and lake view from the front deck. Children enjoyed fishing from the dock and sharing the 2 provided double kayaks. 10-15 minute drive to public beach, boat rentals, dining and groceries. 30 minute drive to Legoland.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful modern home in Wallkill, NY. Tucked away on a quiet street with plenty of privacy from the surrounding trees, it felt like the perfect escape from the city. My favorite part was the open-concept kitchen and living area, with expansive windows that made it feel like I was immersed in nature while still enjoying the comfort of being indoors. It was the ideal space to rest, relax, and recharge. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway, I highly recommend this home!

Full recommend. One of the most beautifully appointed Air Bnb's I've stayed at both inside and out. Gorgeous views and serene surroundings. Clean, comfortable and close to food & fun. One note, there is no TV - that is indicated on the amenities list - but you might miss it. So get outside when you're there!

Jose was a great host—very responsive and proactive. It snowed the day we arrived, and Jose made sure the snow was cleared so we could fully enjoy the place. I will definitely be looking forward to coming back.

Scott's place was great. We were so relaxed and felt right at home. We will be going back which is the best compliment I can give an AirBnB. The views were beautiful!

the hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the windows provided plenty of natural light and showcased the beautiful lake just outside. would love to come back in the summer to enjoy some more outdoor activities nearby :)

Mark & Whitney's place is absolutely gorgeous. It is much much bigger than it looks in the photos, but it is just as gorgeous if not more. I highly recommend staying here, I stayed for a little "staycation" and it was just perfect.

This was our 3rd time staying at Patti's -- and we will back for a 4th! Which at first sounded crazy to us. My girlfriend and I enjoy traveling and finding new places is always fun but this air bnb is worth the repeat returns! Patti does so much to make sure it's a special stay by curating a beautiful home with thoughtful touches. It's become a tradition to visit this place and enjoy nature, the hot tub plus all the nearby small towns. Looking forward until the next time.

My job extended my work contract and I needed a place to stay. When I booked this place I was excited! it looked quite and peacful, and perfect. I did not realize how true this would be. to say this place was perfect is an understatement. i felt right at home. To be honest, I didn't want to leave. Brian was absolutely amazing. Responded right away if I needed somthing, and was just so kind. As I said this was a perfect peaceful experience! I loved being surrounded by nature, seeing all the wild animals come through, and loved sitting fire side at night. I truly hope and cannot wait to go back. It is nice to know there is a place out there that feels like home with wonderful people around you.

Ilton’s place was a beautiful historic home. It felt cozy, but also spacious with everything we needed. He was very responsive and accommodating. The area is quiet and easy walking to shops and cafes. We’d love to stay here again!

We were fortunate to spend several months at the Waterside Home with our two children and our dog during our house renovation and couldn’t have asked for a more charming and peaceful spot. Jonathan is a wonderful host and was always responsive. Pictures cannot begin to do justice to the spectacular landscaping, the mature trees and paths carved through cultivated wildflower meadows. We loved playing tennis and pickleball with our kids. While given privacy, we all appreciated the well-cherished grounds. Inside, there was plenty of room to accommodate our family. It’s well-furnished, charming and functional and very much like a home rather than a rental house. The kitchen has everthing we needed. The primary suite in particular is lovely and large with stunning views over the reservoir. Last, the location is perfect within a few easy minutes of Katonah’s cute shops and restaurants and near 684 yet completely quiet, secure and tranquil. Thank you Jonathan for a perfect stay!

2nd time staying here. Love the location and charm of the home. Great escape from NYC offering all you need - huge and well stocked kitchen, warm cozy fireplace, and great property/outdoor space.

I can not say enough about how pleased we were with this home. Cleanliness is a huge factor and this property exeeded our expectations. Jane is the host with the most!!! The property is the exception not the norm. I have never stayed at a location that has absolutely everything a guest can think of or need. The Kitchen is better equipped than my own, lol! The towels and linens were crisp and clean and in abundance. To top it all off, I forgot my watch charger and she provided one within minutes. The list can go on! The only thing I regret is that it was a rainy weekend and we were not able to utilize the firepit outside…. Other than that, our stay was perfect!

There were 5 of us, with another 6 staying in another nearby air bnb. We had Thanksgiving in our house and found everything we needed to cook. Seating was a bit challenging, but we made it work and it was very comfortable. The location is in the woods with lots of boulders and rocks, which we all loved. We found the place easily using GPS. Everyone’s bed was comfy. Close enough to what we wanted, just far enough away to make it an adventure. Because it was so cold and grey, we didn’t hike, but saw plenty of opportunities (maybe next time?!)
