Such a lovely condo in a fantastic location! Roger's instructions were clear, the space was comfortable (2 bathrooms!), and we had a great time visiting family in Toms River while also enjoying Seaside/Lavalette. It was rainy during our trip, but the view from the covered balcony was still beautiful! The easy parking was a huge plus too. Thank you!

I booked the house for Mother’s Day weekend as a gift for my mom who’d been missing the ocean. The location was perfect and the views were to die for. She loved sitting on the deck, looking at the water and listening to the waves. All together we were 11 people. There was plenty of room for us. All the beds were so comfortable! The place was very clean and decorated tastefully. Jay was a great host from arrival to departure. I highly recommend this home!

We had a great stay! The house was stunning, close to the beach and the boardwalk. Mike met us at the house and showed us the house and the surroundings. We left a cell phone at house and checked prior to realizing it was still in there. Mike was actually out of the country and was doing his best to get the cell phone mailed to us. Much appreciated! Would love to stay again.

It was exactly what we were looking for! Everything was perfect. The message from Susanna giving us all of the information about their home was very helpful and extremely clear. Their home was perfect for 4 couples although it could home even more people with the pullout couch in the sunroom! The hot tub seats 8 people and we only had 6 so there was plenty of room. The sauna was the amenity I didn’t know we needed. It fit 4 perfectly and 6 tightly. 6 person seating around the dinning table. During our short stay everyone was trying to plan how soon we could make our trip back. Thank you again so much! We loved our stay!

This place was the perfect little getaway from our busy blended family life! The bed was insanely comfortable, very plush comforter and pillows, everything was clean, and it is RIGHT on the ocean. You can lay in bed and see the sunrise! Definitely exceeded my expectations and Dean was incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind. I highly recommend and this will be my go to getaway spot.

I came to celebrate my birthday with my friends, and destiny led me to this house, which truly lives up to its name “Celestial”. Every space is perfectly set up clean, organized, and creating the perfect atmosphere for our weekend. Vitialy is the best host super kind, attentive, and full of great energy. Thank you so much for everything! This house makes you never want to leave; it has all the ambiance you need to relax in the mountains. It was a magical weekend. Without a doubt, we will be back! Muchas gracias fue maravilloso!

The house was in a great location. It’s within walking distance of many fine eateries and a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. The hosts were very responsive and helpful.

You will be surprised to be able to see the sunrise from your bedroom, have cocktails on a little beach on the brackish Shrewsbury River with windsurfers trying their luck, walk to Bahr's seafood resto or Proving Ground tavern with good beer and food and views -- great location and quiet at night and interesting to watch clammers ride out in their little boats in the morning.

Jenny was an amazing host and her husband Wesley was the cherry on top. Incredibly helpful and hospitable. They even invited me to have thanksgiving dinner with them! So cozy, it feels like a home that’s lived in, not a hotel or a commercial space. It’s a warm and loving HOME.
