Stephanne's house was lovely and perfect for our family gathering. The outside space is great, and we appreciated all the seating. Stephanne responds quickly and was very easy to work with. Thanks for a great stay!

This house is beautiful, well appointed, comfortable, and spacious! The host was extremely helpful and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful outdoor area. The house is conveniently located to the downtown area as well as UT Southwestern, without being too close. It was the perfect place for me to rest and recuperate following a major surgery. I would highly recommend this house as well as the host! Even the gentleman that takes care of the pool and spa was extremely friendly and helpful! If you book this house, you will not be disappointed!

The stay was great!!! My kids enjoyed the game room. Unfortunately it was cold so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool but would definitely consider coming back in summer months. We did have a clogged kitchen sink but we handled it. There was ants on the kitchen counter but sprayed what was provided and we had better days. Overall we loved it!! Thank you Jake for being wonderful hosts!

Matan's place was as wonderful and his communication were top notch. I had made another AirBnB reservation which was suddenly cancelled and needed another place near Dallas immediately. Matan was so quick with responses and accurate information it turned a potential nightmare into a dream stay.

The house was so comfortable. The snacks and drinks on arrival were a life saver as I just wanted to sit down comfortably before running to the store. The house was comfy and cozy, even the couch bed I fell asleep on while watching movies. The space was just perfect for me and my family. loved it and will be back again.

My family loved staying at Tony’s place. The neighborhood was comfortable and safe. My boys loved the pac man game and hot tub. They were honestly all sad to leave because we had so much fun here. Home was clean and comfortable. We’d definitely stay here again. Tony was very responsive whenever we had questions. Check-in and check-out were simple as well. Great location about half way between Dallas and Fort Worth.

It was very good we all liked it and especially that master bathroom that was awesome. The hot tub was so nice and in a quiet neighborhood where no people are hardly outside. You can park in the front of the house or the back with a driveway. The upstairs of the house had an air hockey table and nice bean bags which is so amazing. Jennifer is a great helper she can text you back on what to do about basically anything just ask questions and she will help you! Me and my buddies really loved this house and it is worth it to stay at when it is super warm outside.

Sarah‘s house was perfect for our weekend in Murphy, as our friends live there. Sarah was very quick to respond to my messages and sent her handyman over right away to get the bathroom light switch to work. Kitchen was great! We didn’t use the hot-tub or outdoor area because there were several places to gather, talk and relax inside. The beds were amazingly comfortable. Plenty of towels, too. The Nest thermostat made it easy to adjust the temp at night. She was thoughtful to provide snacks when we arrived late our first night. The house is very large and in a quiet neighborhood. It worked perfectly for our needs and with some minor updating, it will be an awesome house! Great communication with me from beginning to end. Would love to stay there when we visit Murphy again.

Our stay at Kim and Kal's place was amazing! Their home was beautiful , spacious and cozy. We traveled to Arlington to experience the Solar Eclipse and we enjoyed it out in their beautiful yard. Their home offered a pool table for everyone to enjoy. Outside had a grill in which we utilized. Loved cooking in their spacious kitchen. Best part was that each room had king size beds. Liked all the white in each room, very clean! Kim and Kal responded quickly to any questions that I had. Directions were easy to follow. I would recommend this place to any family. It met our family needs. Neighborhoods was quiet and nice. Thanks for the goodies upon arrival! Thanks again!

Highly recommend this property for a large group, there’s lots of things to do and common places to hang out. Pool and hot tub are great with large outdoor area for grilling/eating. Very close to airport and next to highway so you do get that noise but it wasn’t too disruptive. Austin was very responsive and able to accommodate many of our requests. Would definitely come back!

Great place for families. Quiet and safe neighborhood with easy access to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Close to airport. We were really happy with the space. Very comfy and perfect for our family. Ron was very responsive, and we appreciated the hospitality!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. This house was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. I felt right at home from the moment I arrived. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Host was very responsive to questions and even had dishwasher pods dropped off. The home was spacious and clean, our family would stay here again if we make another trip to Dallas.
