Austin’s home was perfect for our visit to Waynesville to see family. We were close to their home as well as many of the things we typically do when in town. Bed was very comfortable, lots of space and great location. There was a motorcycle that rode by often at night that could get loud but we always travel with a loud fan to help while sleeping so we had no issues as far as the noise at night. Recommend that or a sound machine if staying but that’s out of their control. We plan to book again when we are in town next.

Karen’s place was amazing! We were in town for the Polar Express Train and the location could not have been more perfect. It was a short walk to the train station and anywhere else we wanted to go. It and had a beautiful view of a downtown street and all the comforts of home. We actually left an item and Karen was so helpful getting us reconnected with it. Would highly recommend!

Kela’s place was wonderful! We loved being right in the heart of downtown. It was convenient being able to walk to so many shops and restaurants including the bakery/coffee shop directly downstairs. Kela was super friendly and quick to respond whenever I reached out.

Beautiful downstairs apartment with private entrance. Felt very private from the main house. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Large space and spotlessly clean! Lots of thought went into everything you might need. Snacks and drinks in kitchen and bath amenities. Bed was comfortable and linens and pillows top notch. Easy walking distance to beautiful Main Street with great food and shopping.

If you are looking for a comfortable place to stay in a peaceful location close to downtown Franklin, look no further! Up a quaint, winding road, nestled in the trees is a wonderful two bedroom ground level apartment waiting just for you. Once you arrive you will be warmly greeted by your hosts Dave, Barb & Beans who are always available but never intrusive. Their view is wonderful! The property exactly as described. You Can’t ask for more! And I can’t wait to go back!

The home was nice, no complaints, would stay again. But the stars here are the hosts. I was here for Hurricane Helene. The storm damage was honestly minimal compared to what I would later see in some of the harder hit areas, but I was blocked in by a small mudslide for just a day or so. The hosts happened to be out on vacation, but even through the cellular disruptions, they managed to maintain constant contact and coordinated assistance from neighbors. They took care of me like family.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb with our family of 10, ranging from a baby to grandparents. The house was meticulously maintained and spotlessly clean. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The layout was perfect, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out while still having great common areas for gathering. Every room was beautifully designed, so no one felt like they got the “lesser” room. The views were absolutely incredible, and we loved the added amenities—board games, foosball, a jacuzzi, and a grill. The host was fantastic—super responsive, helpful with local recommendations, and proactive in keeping us informed about a nearby fire. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this home for any group looking for a relaxing and well-equipped retreat!

Our family had the privilege of staying at Andrea's charming home in Brevard. We are actually locals, utilizing the space while completing some home repairs, and it was a wonderful experience! The house has a cozy, vintage appeal, and was incredibly well stocked, from spare toiletries in the bathroom, to essentials in the kitchen, which we appreciated. There were clearly printed directions with all the info we needed, and we greatly enjoyed the fireplace on chilly nights. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who needs a spot in Brevard!

Eagles Nest was absolutely fantastic! We loved sitting on the porch and listening to the birds singing and the sounds of the creek. The house was absolutely impeccably clean and was of lovely decor. Plus, the kitchen was extremely well equipped. It was a wonderful, peaceful getaway, and we would highly recommend it! We enjoyed hiking the waterfalls and enjoying the gorgeous area. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Along the Little Tennessee River was very peaceful, I only wish I’d brought a fishing rod. Instructions were clear, check-in was easy, and simple requests to follow upon our leaving. You will be just outside of Franklin, NC and central to many outdoor activities and places to eat and visit. I would definitely recommend a stay here and hopefully be able to book again when I’m back in the area.

This was our 2nd stay at Carmela's place. Again, it was spectacular. It was warm enough for the outdoor firepit. Unfortunately, there was a burn ban in place, so we were not able to use it. The place itself is very homey and comfortable. Love that it's pet friendly and a private location. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful, inviting river house with all the cozy comforts one could want. This river house offers ample sleeping arrangements in beautifully decorated rooms. The living space has a comfortable couch next to a large fireplace. This was the perfect setting to lose multiple games of Uno to my daughter. This property was convenient, as we had a fishing charter set for 7:30am on the banks of the river through the host’s family. Fontana Guides has provided my family of four an incredible day wading in the river and catching trout for multiple years. It’s a perfect duo.

The condo was absolutely ideal for our stay! We were pleasantly surprised by the peacefulness—there wasn't a sound to disturb our relaxation. The surrounding area is stunning, with beautiful views and charming streets. We loved how conveniently located it was, with Ingles grocery, Cashiers, and Highlands just a short drive away. Even though February brought chilly temperatures, the heating system worked flawlessly, and we were grateful for the ample firewood that made our evenings by the fireplace cozy and inviting. Our host was incredibly welcoming and attentive. We would without a doubt choose to stay here again!

Beautiful surroundings. Easy access to gated community with app. Met all our needs for a nice weekend at Keowee Key. The outdoor patio off the main bedroom and living room was a perfect spot for morning coffee. Would recommend staying here and hope to return.

This was a great tri-level condo. Loved the quiet location away from everything. Go in either direction on main road and find lots to do and see. The views are exceptional. Loved the restaurants close by. Their food is great. Coffee/ hot tea in the morning and off we went. Did not feel like cooking on vacation. We love this area and all that it has to offer.

When booking an Airbnb you have no idea what you are getting. When I booked this condo I had no idea except for the photos. Once we got close to the date to check in the owner Matt reached out and I felt like it was met to be. The location, the place, the fit. And let me tell you about the bed, outstanding! We had the best time at the condo. Even the locals in the area walking their dogs were so friendly. Asking us if we enjoyed our stay. I will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Kim's place. It was very convenient to our son's wedding venue on Lake Fairfield. The area is so beautiful and Kim's place was very clean, well appointed and updated. It was easy to find and easy to access per the directions. Kim was always responsive to any questions I had and the clear communication was appreciated. We would definitely book again.

This is a really special home. Not only is it beautiful but the hosts have decorated with items curated from the stores just below the home on main st. Personally, that shows me the pride they have in their space and their town. Our arrival time coincided with a festival and parking was a problem but I would not let that deter me. I would just plan better next time! Hope to return next year.

I really loved the decor throughout and the kitchen was perfectly laid out which made meal time easy. The location is a really pretty spot and we even had Thanksgiving at the club! I would definitely go back again.

We booked last minute and by that, a day and a half before we arrived. Darlene responded within minutes and made arrival so easy with perfect directions/information. Darlene checked in with us during our visit and with the welcome packet Darlene sent us, I had minimal if any questions. The place exceeded our expectations and was so very close to the club and all the amenities. View was beyond! The only negative was we never saw a bear. 😂 We will be back!
