Let me begin by saying this house is not like the pictures… it is so much BETTER. Photos do not do this house justice. 4 spacious bedrooms, 1 with a king bed and 3 with double beds, each room with its own private, beautiful bathroom. The location of the house is also IDEAL. It is about 5 minutes to the Marina, 5-6 minutes to the beach and about 8 minutes to altos de chavon. From reservation and throughout our stay, Isabel was not only available but willing to help with anything— and I mean ANYTHING. (Ie. I missed a spray tan appointment before leaving home and Isabel connected me with someone local to do my tan in the house!). She was checking in with me throughout our stay and giving suggestions for where I could get different services as well. The in-house staff is also simply amazing. Iro is the maid/cook— she would make us breakfast daily and also made us an incredible lunch one day that had the whole house smelling wonderful and had our mouths watering as we anxiously awaited the deliciousness she prepared for us. Junior, the butler, is quiet, respectful, and always looking to help, but not at all intrusive. Any issues that arise, Junior takes care of it right away. Iro and Junior make you feel so at home that if it was up to me and my family, we wouldn’t have left! I honestly would’ve preferred not to write this review and keep this place to myself for future availability, but alas that would be total selfishness on my part! We are already planning our return trip. Cannot wait to come back!!

The place was very nice and we were very well taken care of. The workers in the house were very helpful. Highly recommend.

Place was great location for my taste not so good at night on weekends music is very loud so if you are a light sleeper like me this will be very inconvenient because you won’t be able to sleep on weekends due to all the festivities going on at Altos de Chavon. But if that’s something your okay with place is great really love it.

My family and I spent a month on this property and felt right at home. I was able to work remotely with no issues. Gloria, the owner, was very responsive and helpful. AnaCristina was so wonderful and attentive - we miss her already! Overall, we had a great time at Tres Palmas. The property was excatly as pictured and so well-maintained. We are already thinking about returning next summer.

Anabella est une hôte exceptionelle d'attention, gentillesse et de réactivité (et parle aussi un excellent français): merci!! Etre à 2mn à pied de la plage change l'experience de Casa de Campo. Plus encore avec des enfants. Vous adorerez prendre vos repas dans le luxuriant jardin, parsemé d'orchidées, délicieuses figues sur l'arbre, et visité par perroquets et colibris. L'internet est excellente pour travailler, même dans le jardin. Acoustique Sonos pour agrémenter votre séjour ou bains d'un jacuzzi chaud sous les lauriers.

Patricia was a great host. Extremely communicative and very responsive. Check-in was easy, but it was a little challenging going in and outside of Casa de Campo. While it was challenging, I do appreciate the level of security. The staff in the villa were amazing to work with. The food would get better every day. Always kept the villa, towels, and pool clean. I will be visiting again!

Everything is absolutely amazing. The stuff is really friendly and if you go through the house with them they are happy to clean all little things to european standard. The outside bathroom and the many many different seating areas with different atmosphere and spectacular view over the golf course and the sundown. 100% Caribbean

Our stay at Jenny’s Airbnb was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, she treated us like family, always available whenever we needed her. The house itself is absolutely flawless—the most stunning property in all of Bávaro. Every detail was perfect, making our experience truly unforgettable. I’m beyond grateful for Jenny’s hospitality and the exceptional service she provided. If you’re looking for the best place to stay in Bávaro, this is it!

Very clean and spacious apartment. Fernando was always quick to respond to me. Trust me I would recommend anyone to his place. Lots of credit to Fernando. Lots of respect for fsrna do place.

Amazing stay, super quiet and completely safe. Cynthia's condo is big and comfortable and has everything you need. I stayed as a single woman and walked the whole neighborhood with zero problems. 10 - 15 minutes walk to main beach and restaurants. Excellent location and easy check in. Cynthia is the best! It feels like your own private resort!!

Excelente alojamiento

First of all Nader is a very nice host. He speaks English French and Spanish. Very nice place, the appartement is huge, nicely decorated, ( you can see on the pictures ), wide screen TV, sound system, really good internet reception. The appartement is on the third floor and on the sunny side, so wen you are on the balcony you have the sunshine all day and you are on top of the palm trees, very nice. For the location, getting out of the complex, turning left you are really at 350 feet from the ocean, ( the beach is superb, endless, the water is clear and worm ), and turning right you find in a range of 350 feet, restaurants, bars, 2 little grocery stores, 1 pharmacy and the bus stop that brings you directly to the big shopping center. I was there 30 days, 30 days of sunshine, average 30 degrees and the beach, can't get better then that.

We had a phenomenal stay at Margarita’s place. We were a group of 7 and were very comfortable. Check in was seamless and the staff at the villa were phenomenal. No complaints and highly recommended.

Staying at Germania's place was an absolute pleasure ! From the moment we walked in, it felt like a home away from home. Maybe because it is our style of house. The house was clean. Also, it is beautifully filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay so comfortable. The house size is perfect for a family. We like to cook, so we found the well-equipped kitchen was very comfortable. The rear patio became our favorite spot to relax. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, yet still close enough to “local shops,” “beaches,” or “restaurants” making it a great location. We even enjoy using the bikes they provided to make small trips to the nearest beach and shopping at the local supermarket. The host was fantastic—quick to respond and so accommodating, ensuring everything we needed was taken care of. We can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a cozy, welcoming, and stress-free stay. Thank you for an unforgettable stay. We hope to return soon!

We just returned from a wonderful stay at Ellis’s villa! The house was exactly as described/pictured and worked perfectly for our family. My daughter loved being able to sleep on the top bunk, jump on the trampoline outside and swim in the pool while my little one was comfortable in the pack and play provided. Ellis was super helpful and responsive both prior to and during our stay. The housekeeper, Elsa, is lovely and ensured the house was impeccably clean, made delicious breakfast and lunch and was very sweet! The location is great - nothing was more than 15 minutes via golf cart and the beach was an easy 5 minute drive. Would definitely recommend and hope we can come back soon to visit!

The house is great and the security is tight. Binca was an amazing host & fulfilled our every need. FYI the made service is actually a pro and I would advise you to bring your own towels. I just wish the pool was heated.

My wife and our two young boys stayed here for 5 nights and it was a great stay. Mourana was the best part by far. She was extremely helpful with our boys and her food and service was amazing. Would highly recommend.
