The hosts were very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. I stayed here with 18+ people, and it didn’t feel overcrowded at all! It was a great space to hangout, and it was exactly what my friends and I needed. The house was very nice with plenty of amenities, and the front yard was such a fun hangout spot (especially at night with the great lighting). The beautiful lake is within walking distance, and it was absolutely perfect. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone, and I hope we’ll be back one day!

My college group gets together twice a year (April/October). We recently lost our "go to" place because of a sale, and really struggled to find a comparable substitute. Luckily, we found Brittnie's place. The property (acreage that borders Lake Whitney) and house(s) were perfect for our needs while also being clean and comfortable. The large main room is truly amazing and the ping pong table/pool table/shuffleboard table were all great. We will not have to search for a new place again. Jackie's Jewel was an ideal 4BR, 2.5 BA house for our family and dog to spend Thanksgiving holidays. There was plenty of room for us to cook with a well stocked kitchen, watch football and movies in the 2 family rooms and eat, do puzzles and games in the dining room. We loved the outdoor patio, large fenced in yards and the short walk to the lake. We also enjoyed Wed night fajita special at Tres Hermananos Mexican Restaurant, shopping in downtown Whitney and golfing nearby. We appreciate Jackie's hospitality and recommend this Airbnb to families that want a homey atmosphere.

Buck and Jo Jo were amazing hosts and the property was amazingly peaceful. They communicated efficiently and responded in a timely manner. The property was just as described and felt right at home with all the provided amenities.

The stay was nice. Thought it was on the side of the road by the lake but that was my fault for not studying it hard enough. Kelli was very friendly and went out of there way to bring us a grill because the one that was supposed to be there was missing.

The place was very pretty kept and peaceful. We had everything we needed. I wish I had known they had an expresso machine to take some beans, otherwise our family had lots of fun!!

Our stay was exactly what we were looking for! The location is very pretty and the front porch is perfect for relaxing. The host is very friendly and always responsive! We would absolutely stay there again!
