My husband & I were in town for a Marriage Retreat and the Avenue AirBNB was absolutely perfect for such a trip! Location was easy to find, parking not an issue, easy access in and the apartment was great! Beautiful kitchen with necessities to cook dinner, living space was great, comfortable bed & the hot tub was the BEST addition to relax in at the end of the night. It is possible to hear neighbors in the same building but not to the point of major disruption, when we soaked in the hot tub each night the neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. We were so glad to stay here over a hotel and would definitely return in the future! The venue we drove to each day was the Hyatt Regency hotel in downtown Columbus and it took us about 13 minutes to travel there. Many great restaurants nearby this location to choose from also.

This was an amazing stay for me & my girlfriend! We had sooo much fun in downtown Columbus ! Would love to stay here again in the future !

I was there for a month with my wife and my baby and no complaints, we felt like home… the only bad thing was we wanted to stay one more week. It it was already booked… Highly recommended

This was hands down the best place i have ever stayed. It was so peaceful and felt like home. The pictures don't do it justice, it's easy better in person! I highly recommend this home if you are looking for a nice place to stay!!

We loved the accommodations. Such a cute, well decorated, and clean place to stay right downtown and close to a venue -high line car house -where we attended a wedding. We are city dwellers so it didn’t bother us, but if you aren’t used to it-the evening can be loud. There is a bar downstairs, but the hosts provide ear plugs and a sound machine if you would like to use it. Plus, the bar downstairs is so fun to stop in to. Will definitely stay again if in Columbus. Thanks!

My sister-in-law described her stay as “top notch!” As a western North Carolina resident she particularly enjoyed the ravine setting. But she also loved the beautiful space provided by Nancy. We would both highly recommend this place and would use again.

great location if you're looking to walk to and from rumba cafe for any events there, but would definitely recommend walking with a group at night as the area can feel unsafe walking alone. note that this is unit was built as a single home, but has been split up into 2 or 3 separate units, so the walls and floors are thin so quiet hours after 10pm and before 8am are important to abide by. if you're looking to have dinner with friends at this location, I would recommend going out for dinner as regular dinner conversations are too loud due to the thin walls. outside of that, if you're looking for a reasonably priced Airbnb in the area and don't mind some potential noise from fellow units, would definitely recommend! overall enjoyed our stay, thank you Matt & Lori!

the place is a five star place. clean, spacious, comfortable, best location. everything is neat. we felt at home. I highly recommend staying at this place. if you compare it to a 5 stars hotel, they will rank lower than this palace. everything you need is there from the bathrooms to the living rooms to the rooms. if we ever come back to Columbus, we absolutely would look it up again. The hygiene is superior in this place. thank you Ingir and Mike for accommediating us.

Very cute and clean place in a wonderful neighborhood that was walking distance to every place we wanted to go. I had forgotten my bag with all of my toiletries in it, but there were some convenience toiletries in the bathroom so I only had to get a couple of things at CVS. I felt very safe and secure and it was very quiet at night. The bed was super firm which my husband loved. Street parking was a little bit of a challenge and we ended up getting a parking ticket because the no parking sign was located quite a bit behind where we parked. We would stay there again.

Great location in German Village, easy to find and easy street parking, plenty of space a nice fenced in backyard. Matthew was very responsive and was super understanding/accommodating with an unforeseen last minute change we had!

Nice neighborhood and easy to find. Beautiful on the inside and plenty of room and bathrooms for hosting multiple people.

Had a wonderful stay with friends and family. Great house. Kitchen was full of cook ware. Bed &Bathrooms extremely clean. Would definitely stay there again!!

The house was perfect! My family loved it. We were able to gather our family together there cook our meals with no problems. Plenty of room for all of us at the big dining room table. Nancy was terrific. Very helpful and responsive. Will def book again.

The house is cozy, cool and stylish. It is stocked with amenities but not at all cluttered. It is super clean and modern. We felt right at home. The location is ICONIC! Beechwold is an excellent neighborhood. It is quiet and friendly and in walking or very short driving distance to shopping, food, parks, etc. Larry was very friendly and communicative/responsive. The instructions were clear and reasonable. We will absolutely stay here again.

Ashley was a wonderful host! The unexpected welcoming note made our mini honeymoon special! The loft exceeded our expectations and I am hoping that come our one year anniversary next year, we’ll be able to take a week long trip to make up for having a shorter honeymoon as long as my husband is healthy and has a working kidney! The pictures don’t do it justice! It’s a beautiful loft with plenty of space and very romantic! I would recommend to any newlyweds and couple’s celebrating their anniversary! The German Village was wonderful! We explored the Book Loft and 3rd and Sycamore! We also realized that one of streets name is my husband’s family name, which was really neat! We cannot wait to visit again in the future!

We were only there for one night but it was the easiest and best one we have been to by far! Such an easy place to find and they had such great communication if we needed anything at all! We definitely will be coming back! 🤗

Very perfect experience here. I love the sweet fragrance in the room. Everything is tidy and bright. It's a real comfortable and quiet place to stay. However, since both my friend and I prefer to sleep on a firmer surface, we didn't use the sofa as a place to sleep. In addition, if you are not used to walking barefoot on the floor, you may need to bring your own slippers for backup. The area is very convenient, with a large Kroger nearby where you can buy things. Overall, it's a really great experience, and we love it here.

Mark's place was perfect for a convention. The proximity to the center (even though hotels were connected) was the closest option to the main entrance. You literally walk across the street right into the doors! The place was immaculate and very clean! Lots of character in the apartment. The kitchen was supplied with everything needed for an extended stay, as well as a keurig and fully packed keurig holder, a regular coffee pot & bew grounds, two different kinds of coffee creamer, popcorn to pop, & some mini cereal packs, and a water britta type filter in the fridge to fill as you go! The bathrooms were stocked with shower essentials. Charges for phones if needed. Nintendo or some kind of game system and games, as well as regular games too! Spacious for a family or a few small groups. Also can take a nice stroll on foot to short north- beautiful and really cool district to walk through. Building itself has a cool speakeasy under the pizza place & other great places! Would stay again!

We only stayed for one night, but would have loved to stay longer. The host was responsive & very welcoming! Instructions for parking & getting into the unit were clear. The Airbnb looks just like the pictures, and was literally spotless! Great location, practically anything you could need is within walking distance! I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone traveling to Columbus, and would love to stay again sometime! Thank you for having us :)

The location was perfect—close to North Market, and many restaurants.The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, providing great recommendations and even a few special touches that made me feel welcome. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience!
