The condo was nice and very well stocked. easy to find. Easy to get to all the beaches, everything is a very short drive 5-10 minutes to most beaches, restaurants, pier etc. we saw dolphins while sitting on the patio Everyone there ( locals) were very friendly. The only downfall was the bridge road noise certain times a day but it certainly did not effect our trip. Highly recommend host was very responsive and sweet. We will be back

Sitting on the back patio was our favorite spot to relax. It was fun to watch the boats and we even seen dolphins come up in there. It was a great location to walk to the beach and to the pier. Great little spot to get away and enjoy. I would for sure go back.

If you are looking for a historic, old-school Florida home, this is it. The only reason it isn’t a perfect score is that the hurricane closed most of the shops that make Pass-a-Grille quaint. We were able to support a few local restaurants, and the local traffic was very light. We wouldn’t have changed our trip, but it would have been good to know. It seems like businesses are working hard to get back on their feet. Overall a good experience. I appreciate Lisa’s great responsiveness.

The house was very nice, not huge, but very accurate with what the pictures showed, and it was actually a lot brighter inside than I expected based on the pictures. Everything was clean and with 5 people, there was plenty of space. They provided beach chairs and an umbrella which was wonderful. We also used the grill which we enjoyed having access to. The only thing we would recommend is more pots/pans/serving bowls, etc. for use in the kitchen - that was a little lacking. Otherwise, communication with the host was outstanding. We had a couple of minor issues that were resolved immediately. They let us check in early and stay late based on our schedule and the fact that no one was coming in behind us. Finally, the location is awesome - right across the street from the beach with easy beach access. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this house.

This was the 2nd property we stayed at of Kathy's. Great hosts in a perfect location and we will absolutely stay here again! very walkable location and a bus stop close by as well if needed. the room of beach equipment is a huge bonus! can't wait for our next trip back!

This was an amazing place to stay. The pool and backyard patio area overlooks the water making it the perfect place to hangout. It's really close to the beach and other points of interest. The house was beautiful and in a nice neighborhood. The house is well appointed and super cozy . Wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a great time, Home was very nice and spacious, beach right in front of the house, sunsets were beautiful, beds were very comfortable they had everything that we needed, would definitely stay there again no problems Thanks again Alan and Susan Mohn

What an enjoyable visit to Passé Grill. Not only was our stay at the Berkeley beach club exactly what we needed but it was a perfect location! The amenities were also unexpected and amazing. Would highly recommend this spot and Maryann who was very responsive. Thank you for a great vacation!!

My Airbnb stay was fantastic! The place was just as described: clean, cozy, and equipped with all the amenities I needed. The host was incredibly welcoming and ensured I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The outside area, with its island-like atmosphere, is breathtaking - it's easy to forget you're in the Tampa area. Overall, I had a wonderful time and would definitely stay there again!

This was hands down the most well equipped rental we have ever used. It had absolutely everything we needed and more. You can truly pack your clothes, arrive, relax. They are great communicators and extremely responsive. Highly recommend this unit!

Our family had a wonderful time at this condo! We enjoyed waking to see the ocean every day and also had enough space to relax on our vacation. Helena provides a beach bag with towels and sand toys that were a very nice touch for our beach day. The staff at the bar/restaurant were great and we also felt safe with the 24 hour security guards on duty. This place really made our trip extra special!

We really enjoyed our stay the house had everything and more that we could ask for very the pool was great and a short walk to the beach with several of our favorite restaurants within minutes we cannot wait to come back

We had a fantastic long stay at this large home in Ruskin. From our adult children to college friends, there is room for everyone, and something to do for anyone! I loved that everyone could have their own room and there is plenty of space to find a quiet corner to read or watch your favorite show. We spent time playing ping pong, pool, and shuffleboard. We spent many hours sitting by the water looking for wildlife (dolphins, manatees, birds, lizards, snakes, etc), fishing, enjoying the pool, or appreciating the shade of the screen porch. The kitchen is large and easily accomodated us all cooking or prepping snacks and meals. And, we could all sit together at the table for dinner, which was great! Heather was a great host and always responded quickly when I had a question. We had a great stay at this quiet, peaceful home in Ruskin!

This was our family’s second stay at Eric’s house and it was everything that we remembered from the first! So comfortable for our family of 4- enough privacy for the teens with an amazing outdoor space for all of us to be together! From morning coffee watching the birds to evenings listening to the fish jump with fun pool time in between… we enjoyed our time and will be back!

There was four of us who went on this trip. We had a WONDERFUL TIME. We loved our condo and the location. We went e-bike riding, Kyacking, Boating, Jet Sking and Comedy Clubs. We had dinners galore! And everthing was so close to our condo. I would sugest this place to anyone! We had a blast! But more importantly, Dave took great care of us! He checked in on us to make sure we were okay. And even bought or group a bottle of Tiquilla! He was so nice. The condo was beautiful and has absolutely everything you could possibly need on a trip. We plan to stay there again in the future. I really cant say enough about this place. We had a great time.

We had a wonderful time, loved the condo and Treasure Island. The condo was very comfortable and perfect for me and my 2 daughters. The walk to the beach was 5 minutes, just across the street. The beach is beautiful, we walked over every night to see the most gorgeous sunsets. We collected beautiful shells every AM. The pool was refreshing with beach towels and chairs provided. We enjoyed the patio at the condo which overlooks the pool. Jordyn was wonderful to work with and answered all questions we had very promptly. Nicest property manager I've ever worked with, we definitely will go back. And its close to the airport. We really enjoyed everything!

Maria’s was a great place to enjoy spring training! It’s far enough off the main strip where you can relax away from the hustle and bustle but close enough that you are a short walk a way from all the fun!

My family and I loved this shore house rental. From the spacious accommodations (2 bedrooms perfect for my 10 and 8 year old daughters, respectively; and a full master suite on the upper level for my wife and me) to the extra beach amenities (beach chairs, wagon, cooler, and bikes) and games to play with the family — this was a perfect backdrop for our stay. Kudos to our host!

Very nice stay at Tanya’s place. Unit was as described. Check in and check out were smooth and easy. Had an issue with door lock during stay and was handled promptly and courteously. Would love to stay again.

A perfect location and house for my family! Each family had their own floor and bathroom! The swimming pool was a big hit for the grandkids and grownups alike! Lots of boats passing by during the day which was interesting to watch. Loved this location, as it was a short car ride to Fort Desoto, Pass-a-grille and St. Pete beach with great restaurants and lots to do! Thank you for the hospitality!!

Kurt’s place is an absolute gem. I could not have asked for a better place to stay. The views are unbeatable from the balcony, perfectly located for the beach and local attractions. Kurt was beyond great when it came to communication and everything about this place was exceptional. Can’t wait to come back !

Katie was a great host - great communication before, during & after stay. Home was adorable and comfortable for family of 3. Beautiful sunset view from patio every night. Easy walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Overall it is a good experience. We enjoy the private setting.

Sunrise with coffee was perfect. Rooftop lounge area was ideal for hanging with extended family. We could watch the waves and even saw two manatees in the cove. Close to everything we needed. Baby playpen and kid “stuff” made life easy. Was a bit confused that we needed to do the dishes and linens before we left but that was minimal
