Great stay and we will definitely be back! Very short walk to beautiful beach. Our coffee pot didn’t work, no big deal, let David know - he had a new one dropped off within an hour!

This bungalow is a perfect little retreat for a couple or a small family. We would like to head back again this year; we had a restful and lovey time!

What a great place. Nice quiet friendly community feel with pretty much everything you need to lay low and enjoy Madeira Beach and nearby. Away from the hustle bustle yet convenient if you want to go check stuff out. Nice, clean, quiet and comfortable. Thanks John! Oh yeah and you too Dave (Property Manager). You're on top of it man!

Judy’s place is very nice, and walkable to the beach. The pool and common area are an oasis. They house is equipped with beach necessities. Close to downtown that fills with good restaurants. Judy is an exceptional host, she went above and beyond to accommodate us, and great communication.

This place is everything that was written about it. Cozy, ice cold air when needed, king size comfy bed! Fresh beach towels and lines were there and ready! Stacked washer and dryer made sandy clothes disappear. The kitchen is stocked just as it would be in any kitchen! The living room furniture was very comfy after a long day at the beach! Not to mention, you have 2 bikes, a retractable wagon, beach chairs, a boogie board and giant umbrella for the beach at your disposal! This place had just what you needed for a short or long stay. The owners stopped by and were very pleasant to chat with. Best of all, you have a heated pool (if you want heat or not, there is a button for that) andddddd a hot tub with changing lights for a relaxing time! The street itself is quiet and perfect! Will come again…..Worth the money and the location! Everything is in walking distance! Lovely stay!!!!!

Great little place to stay, its a 1 minute walk to the beach.

Just steps away from the beach! We enjoyed it so much that we extended our trip and stayed in another unit. It was pet friendly for our dog and right down the street from the dog beach. Would recommend and would consider staying here again our next visit.

Our stay was wonderful! The house was clean, larger than expected and well stocked with essentials. The backyard was like a tropical oasis, with beautiful plants, lush trees, and a sandy area. The jacuzzi was nice to enjoy in the backyard as well. Magdi and Bill are very nice hosts, and answered any questions that came up during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I stayed here with our two pups and infant for a month, and it was the perfect home in an ideal location. The neighborhood is highly sought-after and just minutes from a beautiful park, perfect for walks. The backyard is incredibly peaceful, with lush greenery, a large pool, and a grill for BBQing—an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee. Plus, it’s just a short drive to many popular areas, including the Riverwalk, Armature Works, The Brisket Shoppe, Hyde Park Village, and more. We highly recommend this Airbnb!

Jess was quick to respond to our questions about running the pool. The home was clean upon arrival. Fireplaces were a nice touch <3

This property has all of the amenities that made it feel like home. The beds are super comfortable, the bathrooms are amazing (with smart mirrors), the kitchen is high end and we especially enjoyed the espresso machines in all three proprieties. The desk and workspace were perfect. The internet was fast and the smart TV's were great. This was the perfect layout for our family as everyone could have their own space and privacy with the bungalows. You don't need to bring a single thing as everything is provided.

My wife and I loved the place, very eclectic in a cool way. If you seen the photos of the interior, you will understand. Everything functioned as it should. There are great neighborhood places to eat of have drinks within a 5 minutes or less walk, even more within 10 minutes. The neighborhood is active and Ybor City has chickens and roosters all over the city, so if you are looking total quiet, not for you but neither is Ybor City. Hosts were very helpful and friendly. We hope we have an excuse to return one day.

The Treehouse was spacious and had everything one might need. Very comfortable. Excellent location for exploring the city, with easy access to downtown and also to I-275. Parking is tight, in a not-very-inspiring alley, but it turned out that that neighborhood (Euclid) down 14th Ave. N is beautiful, a lovely place for a stroll. We also walked to a supermarket for supplies. We would be happy to return.
