Loved our stay! Jessica is wonderful with great recommendations! The place is really nice with view of the water and I really enjoyed running through the adjacent park. The place has everything you need and is very close to Busch Garden for those of you looking for something near the theme park.

We had a wonderful Christmas at this charming cottage in Dunedin, FL! The home was immaculate, with a cozy yet open living, dining, and kitchen concept that made it perfect for family gatherings. With 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 clean, modern bathrooms, everyone had plenty of room to relax and unwind. The backyard was a standout feature—spacious, well-maintained, and ideal for enjoying the beautiful Florida weather. The quiet neighborhood provided a peaceful retreat, yet we were just minutes away from the vibrant downtown area, filled with great shops, restaurants, and attractions. Went for my daughter's Spring Break and took her friend and my college aged son. We had an amazing time. Great location. Close to beach and stores. Only downfall was one bathroom, but it was also a choice we made going in. Plenty to do at the house and surrounding area. Loved the swim spa. The house was spacious even with the 5 of us staying there!

Highly recommend! Great location with easy access to multiple beaches, which is what we came for! I appreciated that Amy left beach chairs, umbrellas and a small cooler with ice packs that we could use. The binder with helpful recommendations of things to do was great too, and we enjoyed driving up to Three Sisters Springs to see the manatees, and the local botanical gardens, in addition to Clearwater Aquarium. The home was spotless when we arrived, and we enjoyed our stay very much.

The cottage was perfect for my stay. The area was clean and quiet. The common building was inviting with comfortable areas to relax and free coffee! I had a small issue with the lock and Antonia and her staff responded within seconds with a quick resolution. I could not be happier with my stay. You can’t go wrong staying here!!

Michael’s Citrus Cottage was perfect for our 6 day stay in Dunedin! It had all the amenities we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower was one of the best I have seen in all the Airbnbs I have been to. The location is perfect also. Less than a 10 min walk to many restaurants, to 7 microbreweries, and many stores to satisfy your shopping itch. I would stay at Michel’s place again should we travel to Dunedin again.

We had a great stay at Sandy Feet VR! The house is clean, comfortable, and located in a lovely, walkable neighborhood—perfect for morning strolls or quick trips to nearby spots. It’s a great place to relax and unwind. The home is well-appointed, though it could be stocked a little better for longer stays—just a small consideration for future guests. That said, it’s a wonderful place overall, and we’d definitely stay again. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

Christopher is a welcoming host! He left us fresh flowers, snacks and coffee to enjoy. The apartment was nicely furnished with a delightful outdoor patio. It had everything we needed. The neighborhood is peaceful and very walkable with many beautiful older homes. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend Christopher’s apartment.

The house was very nice, not huge, but very accurate with what the pictures showed, and it was actually a lot brighter inside than I expected based on the pictures. Everything was clean and with 5 people, there was plenty of space. They provided beach chairs and an umbrella which was wonderful. We also used the grill which we enjoyed having access to. The only thing we would recommend is more pots/pans/serving bowls, etc. for use in the kitchen - that was a little lacking. Otherwise, communication with the host was outstanding. We had a couple of minor issues that were resolved immediately. They let us check in early and stay late based on our schedule and the fact that no one was coming in behind us. Finally, the location is awesome - right across the street from the beach with easy beach access. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this house.

Just steps to the beach closer than most places. Room was just as described and very clean our dog felt right at home during our stay. We will consider staying here again when we come back down for vacation!

This is probably our favorite Airbnb to date! The location is fantastic, on a street full of restaurants and bars, about a block from the beach. Yet, it was quiet! The place is very comfortable, with awesome and quirky decor, two bedrooms, and an air-conditioned, screened-in front porch, which was our dog’s favorite part! Great value!

We can’t say enough about how great Krista’s listing is…the home was perfectly laid out, clean, modern, and so many small details that made our stay easy, fun, and relaxing. We didn’t bring our kids, but noticed how kid-friendly the home was with so many thoughtful additions like a high chair, pack n play, toys, and swings. I want to find an excuse to come back to stay again!

Our original plans to stay on Indian Rock Beach were changed due to last fall’s hurricanes. Luckily we found Jennifer’s place in Largo, only a short distance away from IRB. Her space is one of the nicest and most comfortable, we have stayed at in our many years spending part of our winters in Florida. The home was very clean and well appointed. The neighborhood is quiet and easily walkable. A County Park (Taylor) is very close, with nice trails, wildlife and a picturesque lake. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the cozy cottage. The location to Crystal Beach is great! We loved sitting on the screen porch. The house is just like the pictures. We had everything we needed to spend one month. Joni is a responsive host. We would be happy to stay again.

This property is in a quiet older neighborhood about 2 blocks from a lovely park on the water. A wonderful place to see the sunset. The house is very clean and attractive. Loved the bed and the ceiling fans. Patti is very good at communicating. I would certainly return if I were in the area. Great restaurants within a 10 minute drive.

We arrived at night days late due to flight cancellations from home weather. Ashley and Josh were very understanding and welcoming. They were responsive and kind throughout our stay. Their daughter showed our kids around the property and shared her toys, making everyone feel welcome. The back house was comfortable, clean, and well stocked. The area is beautiful and we felt very safe with our small children. We enjoyed walks to feed the cows, playing with the dogs, finding frogs, watching lizard play, listening to birds, dipping out feet in the pool, and collecting eggs from the chickens. The location was convenient for getting to many locations in and around Tampa.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Unterkunft in einer guten Lage, wodurch man sowohl den Strand gut erreichen konnte, als auch Malls und andere Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen. Alles nötige war vorhanden, falls man auch selber kochen möchte und die Unterkunft war sehr sauber! Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns super Wohlgefühl! Würden wir aufjedenfall weiterempfehlen!

This super cute cottage is very clean with up-to-date appliances and beautifully decorated with well-thought-out use of space! We stayed for 10 weeks and slept soundly every night due to the comfortable mattress, peaceful & quiet safe neighborhood. The newer fixtures and large washer/dryer were so convenient. Communication with Mary Jane was fantastic. She’s very responsive to questions and even though she lives next door, never intrusive. She’s so gracious we’d be back in a heartbeat! 💗 Truly one of the best experiences we’ve had in the nearly decade of staying in Airbnbs. Location is a bonus as is very walkable to Bay/Beach or bicycle to the Pinellas Trail. This area has so much to offer with beaches, trails, restaurants, fairs, etc
