We had a great stay with little complications. The communication was abundant, and the instructions were very clear. The condo is located within walking distance to the free Tampa Trolly as well as the water Taxi for exploring the city. It is on the second from the top floor, so the views were beautiful. I would definitely book this again without question.

Had a fantastic stay. Check in was seamless and was a good location to drive to various hotspots in and around Tampa bay. Plenty of amenities were provided (keurig cups, shampoo, soap, dishware, laundry detergent, etc) which helped reduce a lot of things we needed to buy after we arrived. There was construction on both sides of the building but the noise was minimal, wasn’t a bother at all. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Jonathan was an excellent host, helping us with many issues we had that were no fault of his at all! He was very communicative and responsive. The place was in a perfect location for the activities we had planned while in Tampa and was walking distance to several bars, restaurants and coffee shops and other attractions. The unit was extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need and more.

We really enjoyed our stay during Thanksgiving break! Great location and comfortable accommodations with modern amenities! We would book again! Aaron is the perfect host!

We had a great stay at Sasa’s place. The pool was wonderful and warm, people we encountered were extremely friendly, balcony was fantastic, and the area itself was great. Sasa was also incredibly responsive. Highly recommend - everything was exactly as described, and we felt very safe.

Caroline’s place was super cute and cozy. We loved the earthly theme of the place and how it felt like home. Super peaceful and calm neighborhood. Loved the short drive to the beach and loved the local restaurants and shops. The games in the backyard were awesome for some morning or late night fun. Caroline’s instructions and rules to the place were very straight forward we had no issues. We will definitely be back again.

Phillip & Kathleen were definitely the best hosts I've ever had with the Airbnb app. They were more than accommodating and supplied us with everything and anything we could have possibly needed. Their home is so beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing. The pool area is gorgeous and has a slide, grill, and a Blackstone. We didn't use the grills, but they're there for anyone to use. We arrived early for a festival that we were attending and they let us park there and hang out by the pool while the house cleaner was finishing up. They stocked the fridge and had complimentary coffee and wine. They provided pool towels and had any cooking utensil that we could think of. Overall great experience and we would 100% book with them again! I highly recommend staying in their Bear Creek home!! Oh, and they left us delicious popcorn by the front door when we got back from the festival. Their daughter has a small business, and they make it themselves.

This is our second time staying at Justin’s place since we enjoyed it so much the first time. The house is very spacious and also kid-friendly since there is not a lot of clutter and decorations around the house. Justin is also an extremely responsive and accommodating host. We plan to stay here again in the future!

This may be one of the best Airbnb rentals we have ever had. We rented this house because we had a family wedding nearby. It accommodated the members of the family who stayed, and everybody loved it! Such a cool house in a great location.

The house was an amazing experience! The check-in process was seamless, and the host provided clear instructions, making it easy to settle in quickly. The space itself was spotless and very nicely decorated. The backyard was incredible with many things to do including swimming, corn hole, badminton, hanging by the fire pit or laying in the hammock, and just relaxing or fishing off the pier. The location was next to Rick’s on the River which is an awesome local spot for food and drinks and 5-10 min drive to downtown Tampa and YBOR City. Would absolutely stay again!

This is a beautiful location to stay while you're in Tampa Bay. I love the pool, the restaurant attached to it, the quality of the food and drinks and service, and the music on Friday nights. I've met a lot of fun people around the pool which is a bonus. The condo is nicely laid out with a beautiful view of the water. We appreciated having a place to sit in the living room and also a place to sleep in the living room, as well as the queen size bed in the bedroom. We will definitely be back! Thank you! ❤️

Brian’s place was just right. It was clean and nicely decorated. As soon as you walk in you see the view of the beautiful landscaping and pool. We were here at the end of July and the pool was refreshingly cool every day! How do. They do that. The area is very walkable with waterways everywhere. Just a quick drive or a challenging walk and at the end is the Don Cesar! Great location. Would definitely rent again😎

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is on the first floor and within walking distance to the beach. The beach has a mobility mat which was nice since I recently had foot surgery. Karen provides just about anything you could need and she let us know we could reach out anytime if we needed her.

Exactly as advertised with clear instructions and guidelines of the building. Andy was very helpful recommending several restaurants and attractions in the area. We were extremely satisfied with every aspect of our stay, as well as our host, Andy.

Laure has an amazing property and is the absolute best host I has ever dealt with. I have stayed at many properties and have a couple properties we repeat. She has paid attention to every detail and then some! It is expected to provide “starters”, but Laura’s starters exceed any place I have ever stayed at! I appreciated getting to her place and not feeling the panic of running out of essentials She leaves really special welcome gifts, has impeccable communication and has thought of everything you could possibly need. She’s incredibly friendly as well! I almost hate to encourage people to stay here because I want to be able to get back into her property 😊 You will not be disappointed and should not even hesitate staying at her place. The only negative I could state which has nothing to do with Laura is the pool doesn’t get sun until afternoon as it is blocked by the building. Solution to that is walk a block to the beach in the morning!! The best!

I had a wonderful stay at Phillip’s place! Phillip is a great host and immediately responded to any questions I had! The condo is super clean and well appointed. The kitchen was stocked and beach equipment was provided (a nice bonus). The location was perfect with a short walk to the beach, groceries, and entertainment. I did a solo trip to Madeira this year and I felt safe the entire time as the community is gated and private. I highly recommend his condo and I would definitely return the next time I visit Madeira!

Had a great stay! Karla’s place was very nice and had everything we needed! The beach and local restaurants were about 10 minutes away. The area is very quiet.
