John was great at communicating if we had any questions. nice quiet space. quick access to I275 and 10 minutes to the beach! Great stay, would recommend to anyone!

We truly enjoyed our stay, our family get together was so much fun at this house. We used all the toys in the backyard during the day and then played into the night in the game room and media room. The patio was everyone’s favorite spot to hang out, cook on the grill and eat. We even used the fire pit to do s’mores one night and the weather was perfection. This home had plenty of towels for the pool and the inside bathrooms. Honestly even our Doodle was having the time of her life outside making friends with squirrels. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone with a group of 8 to 10 people no problem with space at all. The rooms and beds are all very comfortable. The neighbors have a cute rooster that we could barely hear but when I did hear it, I loved it 🥰. We spent one day at Indian Rock Beach, small but beautiful sunsets. We also went to John’s pass and Pass a Grille beach both were fun to bar hop and snack and on appetizers.

I had an incredible experience at this Airbnb! The home had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—peaceful yet close to everything I needed. We only had four days, but we had a great time and the space was great for our families. We had four boys who enjoyed the movie room and the pool table, as well as, the pool and outdoor amenities. It had a private deal and was close proximity to several different beach areas and activities. Great stay!

What a great house in a great area!!! Very clean! Lots of room! Nice outdoor area with a pool and screened in deck!! The area was perfect for what we wanted! So happy we choose this Airbnb! Couldn't have been happier with the house and the communication! Would stay there again, for sure!!

Very clean a modern place. They thought of all of the little things from a bottle of wine, snack basket with chips crackers & chocolates. Coffee bar with lots of K Cups, Sugar and Creamer. Bathrooms filled with makeup towels, makeup removal pads & q-tips. Laundry room had all supplies available too. We had a total of 5 guest and it worked very well for us! I would recommend this space for sure and would rent again in future.

This place was an amazing get away for our entire family. Everyone used all the amenities. The outdoor movie theater was a huge highlight. The host was very response. We would definitely come back again.

Excelente lugar! Lo recomiendo 100%. El lugar está muy cerca de la playa. Es ambiente es muy bonito, tiene muchos juegos, la piscina está espectacular. Nos encantó mucho.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is on the first floor and within walking distance to the beach. The beach has a mobility mat which was nice since I recently had foot surgery. Karen provides just about anything you could need and she let us know we could reach out anytime if we needed her.

Wonderful location, and everything matched the photos / description. The instructions to get in were seemingly complex at first, but were actually quite east once you got through the first steps. This was the perfect spot to stay while day-tripping out to St. Pete! During downtime, the poolside was lovely (even if a bit too chilly to swim), and having a whole foods next door is everything. Would recommend!
