This place was exactly what we were looking for. Close to downtown and the beach. It was very private and well appointed. Even had a backyard space. Plenty of towels, coffee and even had some water bottles for us. I would come again and definitely recommend to my friends.

This was just the perfect little place. Victor was very thorough on check in and check out leaving no questions. No complaints at all.

We had a great stay. Everything we needed was there. I truly felt like I was at home during my stay here. It was perfect for 2 people.

The hosts were extremely responsive, friendly and polite. Amelia met me at the door and gave me the key; walked me through the rental unit to make sure I had everything I needed and was happy with the accommodations. She even offered to let me use the outside kitchen area to cook in so the room didn't smell of food. The bed was comfortable; firm but also with enough softness to support the back well. The shower is the size of a one person stall and the hot water takes a moment to warm up but there was plenty of hot water and it got nice and hot. There was an induction stove to use but the pans/pots are not compatible so I bought my own. I could have asked Amelia for different pots/pans but I needed to get a set to travel w/anyway. There was a set of two bowls/plates/cups/mugs/silverware, etc. The refrigerator is full size w/a freezer. The entire place was very clean. Easy to use TV and AC. Room is on a busy residential street so be okay w/traffic noise but didn't bother us.

Stay here!!!!! I can’t say enough great things about this AirBNB!! Great location (safe, walkable, quiet, close to great restaurants and coffee shops!!), GORGEOUS space (the backyard with pool and plants everywhere is a dream come true), and everything you could need inside: comfy beds, a super stocked kitchen (seriously, you could cook anything you want, the kitchen is stocked with all the dishes and pots you need), and very clean! There was a personalized book with local recommendations, the hosts were responsive and kind but gave us space… perfect!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Bob and Liz’s Airbnb in Hyde Park! From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had all the amenities we could ask for. The location was perfect—close to local attractions. Yet peaceful and quiet at night. Bob and Liz’s attention to detail truly stood out. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Hyde Park. Thank you, Bob and Liz, for being such gracious hosts—we hope to return someday!

absolutely fantastic unit! very quiet, in a very nice neighborhood, and a quick commute to anywhere i went in tampa. bref and sarah were fantastic hosts. i highly recommend this property to anyone visiting tampa that wants to be close to all the action, without actually be right in all the action. loved it, and would absolutely stay here again!

Location location location! This is your private beach hut on your private beach while only being 200 yards from the most popular restaurants in lovely Gulfport. Since Lisa’s property is separated from town by a small park it is so quiet you would think you were on a private island. Inside the unit you’ll have everything you need for a long stay. Kitchen with stove, dishwasher, dishes, etc.

Cesar was a fantastic host and this was the perfect spot to stay for the weekend. Communication was great. The space was private and comfortable and convenient to everything I needed for the weekend. I will be booking this place again next time I come to Tampa!

We had a great stay here with our 1 year old! We were in the area visiting family and this was the perfect place to stay for a few nights. It was nice and clean and had everything we needed for our short visit. It was a bit strange to not have any windows in the whole place, but since we didn’t spend much time there during the day it was okay.

I enjoyed my stay, have the private patio was a nice touch and it was 20 minutes or less to everything I needed. I would stay here again!

This was just what we were looking for! We needed a place to stay while we were visiting Busch Gardens and it more than met our expectations. it was very clean, had all of the amenities needed and very easy to access. We even found our favorite breakfast restaurant (First Watch) 5 minutes away to have a great breakfast before our day at the park. I highly recommend for anyone needing a nice, clean and cute place to stay in the area!

Cute guest suite! Stayed with my friend for a week. Bed and chairs comfortable, great air conditioner to come home to, and the adjustable tv is convenient. Nice quiet neighborhood as well, would stay here again.

We absolutely loved Rafael’s place. We felt completely safe. It’s exactly as described and even though it’s attached to his house, we had complete privacy. The bathroom alone is enough reason to stay again! The shower was wonderful. We’d stay here again for sure.

Great little place. Such a good deal. Great neighborhood. It is very small but just what we needed for us and our daughter. Lovely bathroom and kitchenette.

Great place to stay!!!

Julie and Zoli were amazing hosts and their place was perfect for a couple. The space is small but clean and had exactly what was needed. I ran into some issues with a canceled flight and Julie was so understanding and worked to find a solution that helped us out. Julie was extremely responsive, Zoli was very friendly, and overall a definite 5/5 experience. Superhost was an understatement.

Incredibly easy check in, nice little touches like popcorn and candy bowl, Scott was very responsive answering questions, very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. 10 minutes from airport, 15 minutes from Convention Center. Property was exactly as described. Would stay here again.

This is a clean, comfortable and spacious apartment.

Liannet was so kind and accommodating. She’s was also very responsive. I was on a solo trip and a little nervous but felt right at home here. She’s across from a school and the neighborhood is quiet. Super close to the freeway which makes traveling everywhere nice. Loved the little workspace.

Peter’s spot was really great for our weekend getaway to Tampa. Cozy, private spot and convenient to both downtown and the airport. The place was nicely stocked with basic needs like water and coffee to have first thing after getting in late. Everything was clean, and Peter was a responsive host. You might hear people above you, but it was never loud or heavy footed. This was everything we needed at a great value.
