Hillsborough River : locations de vacances

Had a group of gents in town for 4 days and stayed here. Great stay, nice place, clean and nice neighborhood (versus many other places you'll find, particularly if close to downtown Tampa -- for example)...and thoroughly enjoyed it. The host is super-responsive...in fact, the most responsive host we've ever had in all the Airbnb's I've ever stayed it. Absolutely 5-stars! Would we stay there again? Definitely! (thank you)

I cannot say enough about how great Ash and Eva’s place is, and how wonderful they are too! I HIGHLY recommend this place. This is our second time staying here, and it feels like home. The fenced in yard is fabulous for our pups, as well as so peaceful and relaxing. Inside has new furniture and has always been clean. I say again, clean! The bed is very cozy and comfy! This place is close to so much, including beaches, restaurants, hiking, etc. It all looks just like the pictures. Definitely book if you are thinking about it!

We had a wonderful stay in Susan's home! We had no issues during our stay and really enjoy our time there. Would highly recommend! We will be back!

The house was very clean, comfortable and had all amenities listed. It was in a convenient, safe location to the beaches, down town St. Pete, Tampa. Located in a great neighborhood within minutes from grocery, shopping, restaurants.

Lori’s place was the perfect location for our trip to Dunedin and Honeymoon Island. We enjoyed our time and had everything that we needed for our stay.

This home was as clean, if not more, than some of the nicest places, even hotels, that we have stayed at. Updated beautifully, you couldn't convince me that some of the work wasn't completed yesterday, it was immaculate. We traveled with our toddler, and Nancy already had a pack and play, highchair, appropriate sized life vests, and toys. We felt welcomed and comfortable. The pool area is gorgeous and spacious, we enjoyed the heated pool daily. Even on a chilly (66 degree) day, we still swam. A short distance to Tampa, we recommended planning to eat most meals in the Tampa area, as around Apollo Beach we were disappointed by the selection. Not the hosts fault! We would readily stay again, just would have needed to pick up more groceries to cook (publix is close!) or plan better for meals out. We enjoyed the Florida Aquarium in Tampa, the Manatee Observation in Apollo Beach, and even took a day trip to Anna Maria Island. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and look forward to visiting again.

A great place to stay. House was clean and so well kept. The location is so near a bunch of restaurants which made it easy to enjoy the local life without having to go out to far. Lots of food and drink options within walking distance. A major bonus was the golf cart - brand new and helped get us around when we wanted to save time. We loved the pool and putting in the backyard too. Jarrett was very responsive to all our questions. He even had a left handed putter delivered when we let him know we did not golf right handed. Thank you Jarrett!

Such a hidden gem in Historic Downtown New Port Richey. It is a very spacious property that you have access to, other than the guest house. The river has a beautiful view of the sunset and the pool area is a paradise. The property manager was always available and very helpful. It is a must to stay here. I’ll be back! We also rented a golf cart since it’s so close to downtown.
